We tried to clean the floor of our place a few months back, and got sick, very sick from the cleaner we used. We paid a local guy to come in and re-clean it, which has caused us mostly to not have problems, other than I can't sit on the floor without getting a fever.

My honey was supposed to get a root canal at Villa Linda Dental, Wednesday. When we went in, they refused to tell us what med they were injecting into her face, and she blacked out for a long time afterwards, just forgetting. Then she started to hyperventilate. Since we'd been thru this with the floor and the keflex we were given in January despite our insisting we were allergic to it (and suffering as a result),, we knew to give benadryl, which clears it up right quick.

We were essentially threatened by the people who work at the dental place, as thye had tried to get us to get a crown done, instead of a porcelain one they insisted we get a gold one costing an additional 778$. The Dr stated his name was tom collins, I think the same name as the nazi who had the famous march thr Skokie. Also ,the guy who got mad at me and insisted we had the goldcrown (we are both on disability, medicaid doesn't cover it, and she never wanted it, they look funny), and he gave me a card stating his name was Francisco Varela. We are still having to have her take benadryl ever 6 hours. But she's been fine or better, and they are slowing down. They asked to leave after the dentist almost poked her in the eye with the drill, saying she'd have to be knocked out, and they don't do that. But th oldest boy's gf's mother works in town, and he knew the procedure, they give one ,then the other, every dentist does, and they refused. Her face swelled up on that side she had the shot too ,which has never happened in the past ,either. We have already had her had previous things done, and we talked to another dentist, and both told us what the dentist told us was impossible and wrong. Wow. All because we refused to commit fraud, and come in early (they were mad at that) without their having to go thru the normal approval process for root canals, like they owned us like slaves. We spoke to doral, they told us we were right, too. We kept getting blind transfers to them too.

Just an interesting note here-we have gotten numerous calls from supposedly "official" NM state people, but on cell phones, on work time, but the phones have area codes out of state. I know from having to tape record and deal with phone calls to UNm years ago, these people seem-despite the law saying to the contrary-to be under the impression they can swear, threatenn, and do whatever they want to, so long as it is on a cell phone. That's not true-courts have held any time you are on the job, even using a non-biz paid for cell phone means you are still on the job, and can be held responsible for what you do. So, if they record one conversation (illegal for any gov't person in NM, all of them, anyway) and not the next, they are stil lresponsible for what they say. In the past, when we've gotten multiple calls, usually one is nice, then one evil. I guess the extremely stupid and immature people think they can then say "well, I called them and this is what happened", but that's not true, since it doesn't include both conversations, and if you get the home phones and info while on the job, you are still held 100% liable for what you do with it off, no matter what, even on vacation. It's illegal to use personal info like that, but this past week, it has happened twice.

BTW, if you have caller ID, no matter who the person o nthe other end threatens you or says they are, you don't have to pick up if they block their number. And despite that, they are still liable for the threats and other things they make.

We talked to pres, they are going to let us transfer the stuff over to someone else right away. Thanks! But thisseemed to be yet another setup. It's funny how many people with problems keep having o go to AB for Drs, and we have checked-Roberts Gartz and heisch are experiencing people voting with their feet for the same reason others like us have, and the partners are not doing anything at al lto stop it. They have fired people, just not the bad ones.

NM what an armpit of trashy low class worthless people. They keep passing DWI laws, without giving people a way to get home from the bars like other states, one that worked to give us the lowest DWI rate back in 1996, in downtown ABQ. First dwi can ost the person 10K$ after all is said and done-wouldn't it be cheaper to not let pro-prison people pass more laws, and just have a bus to drive people home for free? We woudl have less dwi's, and deaths. But we still focus on incarceration and the huge expense for it, and despite it's proven low efficacy.

*Even if they are Actually Innocent!

This post will apply to a lot of men in Northern New Mexico, and Nationwide.

When I attended UNM in the 90’s, I had a therapist at the time I was dating a girl and lived with her short term. From what he, a number of psychs, some police, and people who work in the field have told me, as well as watching some unsuccessful accusations and some successful, it’s not too hard to piece together that domestic violence is not often about abuse, but more about a woman wanting to dump a guy or getting tired with a traditional role she accepted and planned her life around, then when that traditional role didn’t pan out as her church and her mother told her it would, her blaming someone and figuring a way to bail out to ensure she gets the house, kids, and >50% of the money instead of the normal half. Or in other words, getting the benefits of marriage without having to actually be married. Watching the story the Sun-News gave about a native American man who had never hit his rich white wife, getting triple-docketed and then the charges being finally dropped, it’s not to hard to see money and influence, not abuse, are what figure in New Mexico when it comes to divorce. Watching women at the lab line up for men who do get convicted, and despite the conviction women praising him and hearing them give their delusions about being able to change such a guy, and how he’s supposed to be a “real man”, and that “real men’ are the only ones who abuse (since a “real man” will fight to be an alpha male, literally), it’s not too hard to see why women in NM have a high domestic assault rate.

The psych I spoke to told me, after the woman I lived with started screaming one night, to watch for her to say or do something, in close range, so enraging and horrible it would make me hit or want to hit her. This kind of flabbergasted me, as I’d been raised with the idea that hitting women was wrong, and my Dad never did that, even when my mother purposely called his mother and told her over the phone if she had a gun she would shoot him when he came thru the door. So, I figured women would never purposely try and incite violence, which for NM is not true at all. My Dad had watched domestic violence start up between his parents, when his mother tried to purposely provoke his Dad, by getting a married boyfriend, hanging out in bars, and then getting pregnant by that bf and then giving birth to the baby, which she and my aunt then killed. My Grandpa was blamed for that, too. I have been told over and over again, this was the cry of a desperate woman, and then a lot of other Marxist oriented victim stuff. My honey had been severely abused by her ex-husband, and was always afraid of being hit by him. Her oldest daughter, who has antisocial personality disorder, had done that, and her mom and other family members, even up until 5 years ago, regularly slapped and hit her. She was a victim, but is it a surprise no woman took her side and defended her, ever, at all? I didn’t know where the bruises came from, since I trusted her and she told me her family wasn’t “dropping in” (code for catching someone off guard at home on purpose to hurt them, make it sound like you owe them that, too, no matter how awful or abusive they act).

They were, and slapping her, to get her to give up some of her children, so her mother would get food stamps AND and a house payment from the State of Michigan, which could be applied to her mortgage, and knew I had quite literally fought to get her custody of all her children (early medical retirement under social security was what her mother was applying for, but it won’t give the above benefits from the Family Independence Agency unless kids were available, and so she was pushing for it even though she wasn’t disabled since she didn’t feel like working anymore) and as long as I was around, would defend her right to make decisions about and be a mother to her own children.

So, without further ado:

• Spread a lot of dirty, unsubstantiated rumors around about the said man, starting with abuse, not mentioning the entire story, and leaving out key facts to make it seem as if the only reason he was doing it was because he’s a typical male, and that is what a real man does, so you are helpless if you want a man, but there’s no hope otherwise since that’s how men are (and this will justify your need to sleep around and not have stable relationships later, and take the responsibility off you to choose better or leave)
• Provoke the guy in public, usually leading up to it with other questions which you twist later into basically okaying your selling his personal things as part of regular household purchases and replacing them with something you yourself hate, to make it sound like you are brainwashed and can’t do anything without thinking of others. Or just to give evidence of his being upset.

I know a number of guys, my own Dad included, who came home and their wives have sold off his family’s heirlooms or personal possessions and then been bought a gift their wife knows, and anyone else does too, they would never want.

• Whenever you have a discussion with the guy, for no reason at all, scream about it and do things like walk away, and act afraid, despite their being no threat whatsoever to you.
• Do the character assassination thing with neighbors and friends, and have everyone involved repeat it as if it were fact.
• Any time neighbors hear anything, have them call the police and say they heard an argument or a beating or assault, as the cops won’t necessarily knock on the door and check ,but they will keep a rap sheet on the house with “potential domestic violence” written on it for each unchecked call, so anyone pulling that record and not knowing the truth will suspect they know the real truth you’ve manufactured.
• Repeatedly get the man to make serious promises, and don’t hold up your end, ever. Then, when he gets upset, tell other people he’s reasserting his alpha male status over you, and trying to force you to do something as a part of his plan to control you, rather than you failed in your promise as a partner to keep your end of a mutual promise.

Like most half truths, this makes it sound like he’s a control freak, rather than he expects to get what he deserves, and then makes it sound as if he’s the only one at fault. I’ve seen women physically strike their husband in public for not buying furniture at full price, despite their getting the same piece agreed to for cheaper, simply because they wouldn’t blow money unnecessarily, and wanted the discount. This ticked off the other partner since she couldn’t tell people she had her husband buy something for her at full price (lying and manipulation), so she re-asserted dominance and took out her anger by hitting him. That’s domestic violence by an abusive partner who objectifies her husband for money and how she can get it from him, and that meets the definition of domestic abuse, but how many arrests occur for that? In New Mexico, the first person to hit is the guilty party, not the man automatically. So that would make the woman guilty, not the guy. If a man points that out, he will not get listened to often, and one of two things will then happen:

• He will be ridiculed by other women for being weak and not controlling his wife with gifts and etc. until he does,
• He will hear the old line about about women being smaller and weaker than men, which is not necessarily true at all, and does not give smaller people the right to be aggressive, either or provoke fights or hit people.

• If you are actually guilty of anything bad in the relationship, accuse the man of doing it instead, or else manufacture more rumors even worse (like child abuse) to cover for yourself. Make sure you never admit guilt to anything other than something so ludicrously NOT under your control, to make you seem like a helpless victim.
• Then, pick a date, get a lawyer, make sure the kids are home if they obey you without question, or out if they are not. All the week before, push every button you can, and then one night hit him open palmed, repeatedly, anywhere but his face (so when the cops show up, there’s nothing to show), and make sure your friends and neighbors know to call if there’s yelling. Encourage him to drink or skip medication of any sort, and then after he’s buzzed, provoke him. The Supreme Court has recognized fighting words as being the cause of a fight, so use them and claim you didn’t say them afterwards. Threaten to take his kids, kill him, malign him to his family, or surprise him with a divorce. If he’s inebriated, wait for the cops to show up, and while he’s in jail, take him to court. You’ll get the house (not half), you can switch the accounts into your name alone after the divorce if filed (all the money), and can expect child support.

My aunt told my Dad her husband was beating her. That was not true. In Ohio, though, you can file for cause, and he did. Since she had been committing adultery for over a decade with an ex-boyfriend and other guys, he won it all, everything, and she was only allowed to keep her personal things.

At the time, I’d asked why she was always left home when the family went into town, and from what I can see, and especially with her daughters, this has been a family tradition forever, to provoke guys and treat them like dirt, even getting pregnant with another man’s child, and always blaming the guy for it. The abusive women always stick by and help out, to make the guy sound either crazy, easily angered, or whatever. I might point out it was only the women so far who have used poison to kill sick husbands, or murdered a child for no good reason other than they don’t want to bear the responsibility of rearing it after its use as a manipulation tool has worn off.

My aunt claimed the abuse angle too, and her current hubby explained it for me, that she was lying to cover for the adultery instead. She kept nodding her head, but never said a word. This is so she can always say “well, we talked about it, but I never said a word, though my husband might have), so to make sure to take the heat off of her.

I didn’t fall for it when my ex tried to get me to hit her. Later that month, she brought it up that I would never hit her, since I hadn’t done it then and she had obviously TRIED to get me to do it. Nice, eh?

But the screaming and etc. set-up is what I expect happened to Gary King and Martin Chavez.

By the way, I was, recently by someone who has been diagnosed as psychotic, told that I was abusive by trying to explain a complicated question, which I’d been asked and the questioner might not have actually wanted to hear the answer. That’s ridiculous-but anyone beaten down enough by an abusive person after a while will believe them.

Also, Espanola, I did get my genetic test back, and I’m R1B2C6, Welsh, just as I expected. NOT anglo-saxon. Can you imagine what would happen if I started accusing valley people of being African, since so many have come back with haplogroup E? Despite being right, I’d get a diatribe.

I’m not a racist anymore though. But Jesus did say, anyway that you judge, will be used against you. Funny how no one listens to the second half of that verse, especially the people guilty of hating me, eh? But then again, if they were open to God’s teaching, they wouldn’t be making remarks like that to begin with.

Anyway, for those guys unlucky enough to be having a wife or gf act out for no given reason, and unable to leave, make sure you have a video camera set up.

The CONservatives right now are trying to make the SCOTUS into a 3 ring circus. The ideas the justices are holding people to do not exist in our constitution, or our democratic tradition, though it be a relatively short tradition compared to other cultures and governments.

A justice recently stated that a corporation essentially a person, and is being denied the opportunity to do whatever it wants, with aplomb, and be regulated, unlike a human being. But all Americans are regulated the same way, so he's pretty easily having a serious mental delusion, common to people on the right. Years back, I was told the only reason Martin Luther succeeded was because he endorsed secular leaders, so that gave protestants and catholics who did not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and using the Bible as a guide, to do whatever they wanted and gain power by trading it for influence in their churches. It has miserably failed, but that's mostly because the perceived tradeoff they were hoping for, according to a Republican teacher I had at UNM, was to trade that influence and power to the right, to get more power and influence over people and regulating their personal lives outside of government.

I grew up next to a church of christ elder. He beat his retarded son and called him a loser, and that he'd never do anything right, over and over, and then watched porn movies with other men during work hours and at work at LANL. I cannot, in all good conscience, see any tie between the churches running things and things improving. This was a slide by the financial CONservatives we are still paying for and giving more power in a begging sort of way, to reduce costs. It never reduced anything but people's chances of getting better, and giving their money more to the wealthy than to themselves.

But, since the wealthy now control 20% of our money due to this scam, instead of 8%, they can buy influence and have excellent marketing men peddle their lies, even as we enter the worst recession-largely caused by it-since the depression.

The republicans have concinced people that Adam Smith favored corporations-he actually hated them, seeing them as immoral ways for a small group of people to exercise power without accountability-boy does that sound like the republican party or what? The repugs also state that the free market is one free of impediments of government, but it's defined as a market with free access and entry-which as many reports have shown, due to political moves and other things, does not exist here but most especially now instead in communist china. Interesting, hunh? The idea the supreme idiots keep using, that communism is what we are following when we pass and enforce liberal ideas, is actually the one resulting in what they keep claiming we need to survive, a free market, which despite all the laws and deregulation since Reagan, has resulted in less of a free market here. How many people died from meds last year, since the deregulation and goofy science the companies pushed thru the FDA was accepted, it was more than Viet Nam, in only one year! What's funny too, is that the secular religion that chinese follow, is one they keep shipping our jobs over and into, while they complain about it not working here. Funny, eh? They thwart it, yet blame everyone but themselves.

Because it's really difficult to tax a contract made up or resting on abstract ideas, our gov't passed laws to make corporations assume the identity of a real human being, over time. This was a way of making an abstract concept gain some concrete ground. If you look, a corporation has never spent time in prison, or taken a bus, or had kids, or anything, since it isn't in any way a real human being or entity, but is only treated like one for tax and regulatory purposes. Executives of these corporations do go to prison though, proving that the idea the corporation is a separate entity has never been believed as real one, in any way ever. We regulate corporate authority and influence largely to mitigate the power the money the corporation had is spent fairly, wisely, and legally, and make sure it does not over ride individual rights. However, the supreme court idiot quoted repeatedly asked if the corporation was treated differently than a human being, as if this was a civil rights case. Truth is, with regulation, no he isn't- and they know that, since the decision the corporation makes are due to humans, not a separate ghost-like entity, making them, and those people, and not the corporation, are the ones whose actions are prohibited in some ways and whose influence is regulated, just as everyone else's is. Now, the supreme idiot seems to think the corporation ought to have more rights than anyone, and absolutely no accountability, as if it is separate from the people who make the decisions within it.

The TV gets away with peddling this stuff because we don't have a free market at all, which is the way the owners of these companies want it. They can restrict people's ideas, and even their information, just like any religious cult, and peddle their religion, simply because they have convinced enough people that their projection of persecution is real, just like the women in my family have, up to and including murder.

Which is why the political funding laws for corporations were passed, and why the corporate pigs and supreme idiots are squealing, because they don't want any of Adam Smith's ideas to really be implemented, they want ultimate control which is what they'll get if it goes thru.

A whore is a whore. The supremes often are put in due to political prowess, not having the right ideas, believing in our constitution, or anything else. The constitution consistently limits behavior, especially gov't behavior like the Supremes, to be limited to stop them from thwarting individuals and their rights.

And that's how a tax question about abstract entities became a redirection outside of our constitution. We limit monopolies, we also limit the corporations who try to evade responsibility. And the religious people will support this pain, as they want to limit your behavior, thoughts, and etc even if you are not a member, so they can remain in control, since they can't convince you in a legitimate fashion. Which is why the right, corp's, and religion all teamed together on this.

This last year, my medical expenses weren't counted by hud, as Renee king laughed and told my I'd brought on my diabetes by myself, and I deserved it.

Things were going fine, and now the worker is siding with the landlord. After okaying (I have witnesses), my medical expenses, she then un-okayed them, and instead of adding 1/3 back in, did the whole thing-a VERY illegal thing, and doubling our rent.

I still have not received our tenancy addendum despite 2 prior payments made after the amount diecdd, and two extra increases for no know reason. We were told our ss increaded, the amount would be 10
$ each per rent, then lost a huge amount with a child leaving and his monye going.

Now, all that is left is to file suit, as the landlord has stated he will kick us out at the 6 month fro mdecision mark, and won't give us the lease. More, and endless games. More comments about our indirect fault for worker growing up learning english and not spanish, then criticising local indians

Sigh, guess tomorrow is it. We were watched this am, by the landlord and his buddies., sheeh.

Stated so to my mother this morning. She went pretty crazy a few weeks back, had been helping us. They told her they knew about the last post I made here, and they also stated they are waiting to after the 6 month retaliation covering period since the win, to have us sign. which mean he can throw us out before they do, with nothing to stop him. They also and he both stated, they are going to do the lease for 6 months, not the 12 as federal law requires.

I think I'm right in stating my mother's friend Jerilynn at the library tells her when I post, and someone actually brought up the emails to her, and my mother did too, so they are breaking the state and federal laws, and giving them to her.

BTW, I was given the heads up, this still has to do with Joanie Creamer and her husband.

Wow, lanl security sucks. Breaking the law-what exactly are they protectign lanl from? honesty? forthrightness?

So the HUD crud has to do with the lab, and my testimony. Wow. Well ,that ought o tell you guys what the lab is really about, eh? Like the mafia, without the honor and class.

We didn't really work out things with SF HUD, but they are not bad right now, so I'm giving myself a rest. Espanola ISD has messed around with us the same way, so now we are getting more money but less food stamps. I have a copy of the worksheet used by the state for figuring out food stamps, and have already seen I'm right. I know too, though, they have been sued repeatedly and lost each time, and all over their doing the same thing. Apparently the only reason they haven't been shut down is because of local politics, and that alone. Pretty sick eh?

My mother, in the meantime, has completely gonna off the deep end. I did an ILL and ordered a book about Borderline mothers, and figured out she has components of all 4 types, but most especially the Queen/Witch. Lookit this quote from it (pg. 141):

So, this is continuing. A man at the White Rock dog park (security cleared) was enlisted by my mother for the same thing, and it didn't work, and he stopped going. He tried to get me, because my mother insisted, to slander my landlord by claiming he was selling drugs out of the complex, which is really comical. The guy told me he'd been caught with an amount of drugs, but in english not metric units. Also, no record of it, since they claimed he'd made some squirrelly deal with L.A.P.D. All said with the words and maturity of a 9 year old, my mother's emotional age, the age her mother died, and she started trying to manipulate other family members. I saw right through it, right off.

On the other hand, a number of people have stepped forward and admitted to us they knew we were not lying, and were in the right. I guess for the first time, the truth is travelling as fast as the lies, and people aren't falling for it anymore. Funny enough, my mother went on about how she could have me committed, which is a really funny and last ditch effort to try and intimidate. I laughed at her, pointing out 3 of her 4 grandparents died in mental hospitals, and her latest defense to her being psychotic-that she can't cuz according to her there is a crazy truck, and when they "know" you are crazy, they come and get you, lol!-has made me finally realize that there isn't any getting through to her. She refused Dr. care a month or so ago, until she had to go to the emergency room, and is now stating my sister drove her there, and etc. After being through what I have with LANL and CPS, this is pretty easy. The people I've spoken to already knew we drove her there, and don't dispute anything I say now, so it worked out. She is trying to drive the oldest boy against us, of course before he goes into the marines, I guess out of frustration with my honey since she knows she's a better mother than my my own mother. That's a common thing with bpd's, and in my family. Unlike other families, the women in mine go after anyone better than them at anything, to cover their own ineptitude. That's one of the reasons the women in her family, despite money and opportunity, have never really achieved anything other than old-age loneliness, alcoholism, and mental illness.

My mother used to talk to dead people, out loud, in front of us, as kids. She's crazy. The book helped me fix that in my mind. It's really kind of funny too, cuz she gets along with people who were giving us problems much better than anyone else, and she is psychotic. They seem to relate to her. She also tried to give me instructions for faking emotions by crying and thinking of something else. I have a reputation for not lying, despite LANL, Det. B------, and other people on the L.A.P.D. telling people I make and deal drugs. I won over time, at the expense of LAPD losing a lot of trust. I was ambushed by a former biology teacher, who from what I can make out, was told I complained about TA-55 so I could sue them, which is laughable. I explained he was in the same danger, and he still works in the same rooms my Father did. Later I'll post the entries from my Father's diaries about his lungs being scanned prior to his exposure in August 1998, and the fact he didn't have cancer, not to mention the last 2 years LANL's refusal to re-scan his lungs to cover for their knowingly exposing him but refusing to tell him about it.

I warned him the same could happen to him, and he left kinda mystified and thinking, and afraid. Good. LANL murders Americans with aplomb, if you work near hazardous materials you ought to be afraid. In LANL's environment that could mean you are next. Since no one holds them accountable, that means you might not ever know, either, you'll just die without a good reason, inexplicably. Unless you have a son like me, no one will ever defend your name or stand up for the truth either.

In another comical political ploy, Fierro in Santa Fe may be off the hook, since the court seems to have constructed a way to let Mr. Party Favor off the hook. Funny too, have you noticed how biz are no longer even making a vague attempt to settle in this state? Think about it, would you? If you had unexpected political finagling and absolutely nothing to show long term honesty, how would you be able to count on workers, or anything else? Well, keep going, N.M.! Very soon ,at the current rate, you'll be dead pretty much irretrievably, forever. It's interesting watching things slip down the hole. The repubs were proved wrong by the FBI, but notice there's no consequence. Boy that's a big message for people and biz who normally would have relocated here, eh? The message they are sending is NM can be bought, and lies are not punished. I've never gotten any apologies or anything for my Dad's death, LAPD telling people telling people I'm a dealer or for defending my honey's son, or for the local ELCA church lying about everything. It still remains this blog/post set is here, though, and more people read and find out about it every day. Since they refused to repent, it's destroying the people who launched those crusades now too. My honey's son had to have two meetings with the background check guy with the marines, because of what LAPD did. They admit now he didn't do anything. Chavez still has a job. Think, if you were a good scientist a got offered a job, knowing this, would you move here, or move on? But Chavez still has a job. Given LANL's inability to hire quality people in a down economy, that should give people pause. But it's not, which is why it's giving LANL less people and power.

Truth wins out, over time. It isn't in Los Alamos , which is why it's dying. And no amount of lies by authority is changing that, either. All it does is give it a much wider audience for its antics, essentially what Jesus said.

The lab is is like a human with bpd. It's going down, as they do, too. The propaganda being made up seems to be having less effect. Totally worthless, too. Pantex took care of its workers, and despite it's congressional reps in congress being repub, they have girded them on to perfection, or as reasonably attained by humans. That also proved to me it's not a political only problem, but a maturity one. I don't agree with repubs politically, but it's hard to argue with honesty. From what congress is doing with a Democratic majority now, they feel the same way. Why give money to people who refuse to work, and keep offering will o' the wisps for evidence they did something? No one has to, and over time, it's going to snowball. Lab staff are picked for their ability to manipulate, not for work. It's really starting to show, too.

Good luck if you work at TA 55. I hope you don't allow them to cremate you, or you spend your final days at LAMC, so the lab can have it's stooges cover for their crimes. Well I finally got ahold of the neurologist report for my honey, and our run in with Mister Baten, the guy who reviewed her case.

He recommended the wrong course of treatment-I actually have the book Dr.s use to Dx people with her problem, and it recommends the exact opposite of what he did.

I’ll quote some parts of it, with my comments:

“There is no history of headaches, weakness, or sensorimotor change.”

Funny, she has a history, we stated all 3. She had her last migraine 3 weeks back.

“He fiancee indicated that some individuals have called her a ‘retard””.

Uhm, I’m not her fiancee, and I stated that, and so did she. It was Dr. Baten who called her stupid, and we didn’t make a comment about others stating that at all.

Our neighbor beat his girlfriend, then tried to cover the sound with the shower, which to inhibit water use has a limiter which makes a horrendous sound. We still heard him hit her, and then her baby, which started screaming .The joke of a report, states we claimed he was upstairs, and “raucous”, and seems to make fun of our concerns. Since it’s mental m----------, I’ll call him Mr. Baten, he doesn’t deserve the title of Dr. I’ve proven the noise, and to let everyone know, I’m looking for a lawyer to sue. If you know of one, post his name here.

I’ve helped her slow nearly to a stop her migraines, but she has had them, and a history. The report is essentially full of lies, and he claims she has a horn on her temporal lobe. That’s funny, as wikipedia and two textbooks I’ve looked at show everyone has this horn, it’s not a malformation-he was taking advantage of our ignorance. People do that a lot when they lie, or are dumb, and want to make it sound as if they describe something, they understand it. What a piece of pooh, but typical for NM.

He called her stupid, and made fun of her. Given she has a serious learning disability, that’s outright discrimination and plain outrageous.

Wow. What a piece of sh-t. Both the report and the Misterbaten. We have been thru a lot. This is also why we gave up on most Doctors. He threatened me, in front of her. So did Dr. McKrainey in aBq. We went to the second man, and the police were next to our place when we returned, and turned on their lights. Our friend who lived there, said they’d been their for over an hour, and had not gotten out of their cars-not out on a call, they were just to threaten us, since the beater is also their guy. He vandalized the cars next door one night for the cops, to cover their complicity and helping with the dealers.

He was their informant for a while (our friend), he self admitted. He was also asked to keep an eye on us. It didn’t take long for him to figure out they were character assassinating us. He stated I was not a drug dealer, nor a child molestor, as the local cops claimed, but they were telling him that, especially Detective Bungler, or who to ask me questions about it, who messed up the investigation of yet another case recently, prolly on recommendation of the chief, but that mess up was natural-he really couldn’t figure out a case with help. I figure they hired the Bungler him out of misplaced pity, because of the ADA, as a token idiot. Both his kids and grand kids are misfits, and he has spent his adult life in the Monitor making excuses for his bad parenting with them.

We also were disallowed by Casados and her egg-sucking assistant from filing against our landlord. That’s against the law, but the egg sucker kept yelling, and refused. He sucked a round, white object, which is really comical, during both trials. I’m guessing it’s telling? People at the grocery tried to make fun of us until I asked them about why he sucked a round, white ball in court. That was pretty funny-even they got it.

Cuz they are breaking the law, and proud of it.

BTW, I did check the older girl’s “friend” despite prior checks not showing, was picked up and tried by Casados, for possession, and so was Ms. Mary, the crazy lady we tried to help (for speeding), same judge. She told us the judge told her if she did some “things” for her, she’d drop the ticket. A pattern here is emerging, but I am not sure if it’s a purposeful one, or not. The kid did claim to be married by witches, like Reva Heron’s group, and we know now that was a fudge. So was her claiming he impregnated her, and the other lies. She is still living next to Liz Wilds the drug addict with the “funny”, custody agreement.



We are still getting stalked by the cops, too, for no reason, in Los Alamos.

All of the people, including Trujillo/Hamilton, who have spied, lied, and harassed us so far had Casados as a judge at one time or another, and

our prior lawyer stated the probation and police cut deals for people who hurt, harass, and inform on people the cops hate in LA.

BTW, we did get from Chalmers Ford, a credit check and etc made out to our addy, with the name Velasquez on it. Hi, Ms Stoddard. Looks like y'all committed a felony, against us. Thanks for the info. It was when we checked, addressed to a a guy who was in his 60s, or else his son, in his mid 20s.

Well things have improved, and they have changed.

Now, Sue Hofmann, some insurance idiot, has gotten into the act.

Just to let you know, this time it's more than likely my sister. She stole
a gun from me, a Colt Python, and apparently is not happy about it, but
has not returned it. This is kind of comical, because it also will stop
her husband from having a security clearance, but given what the people granting
clearances do to keep their job and the fact it won't stop it at LANL, I think that's funny.
It's also prolly cuz she is driving to drive a wedge between us and her hubby,
but he is not mentally ill in the least, so that does not surprise me. Borderlines usually
get accomplices of some sort, this time it's her husband. He's a stooge, not a bpd.

A man I met years ago, stated people like that do it because of mental problems,
more than likely borderline personality disorder. I know my sister has that, so it does figure.
They steal to try to irritate, and keep the gun not out of usage, but solely out of trying to hurt.
My sister is the jealous type, always has been, and has not really ever earned anything, so
that would figure. Her husband earns what they have, and since this is a community property
state, she has decided that means that since she can own it, she actually earned it. That is not true,
but hey, being crazy means never having to be sorry, either, right?

Perhaps Sue Hofmann does too.

The police have backed down, but not completely.

My mother and sister have borderline personality disorder. Also, several famous people
from this state have it also, or rather, their children do. Mainly because of things the famous people
did to them.

HUD in Santa Fe, has refused to give us the contract, which is illegal under state law.
But, because of that, we are allowed now without penalty on their end, to move if
we choose without having to have a reason, NOR losing our HUD at all, either.
State law requires that for a contract to be signed and copies given to both parties at signing.
The signed copy was not given to us, so that means if we choose, we can leave without penalty
at least by HUD-meaning we now have an open voucher, not closed as before.

Lookit this quote from my Dad's diary:

So, my Dad, once again, did not have lung cancer prior to his being exposed to Plutonium gas at
TA 55 in August. He did have extensive cancer afterwards, and LANL lied about it.

But that's because LANL kills Americans, not our enermies, too.

"[mom] mad again, stopped up the drain in her bathroom with something, rolled up toilet paper?"

And about my mother, my Honey's oldest kid did this too, she has Anti-Social Personality Disorder,
my mother bpd.

Eight days later, March 15,

"[mom] is mad so she stopped up the drain with something , same thing happen last week"

My gandmother and Aunt killed an uncle of mine, right after birth. Their main thing was, get mad
at hubby, have sex with someone else, and blame him for it.

The other guy was always married, too. My cousin still does this now-always tries to get
another woman's man, always, never a single guy.

November 26
"Went [sister's name] for Thanksgiving. All the Wedgwood china was there, taken out
behind my back. I was not told. Many things are missing at this house. Things that are personal
to [me] and myself."

My mother and sister are thieves, always blaming other people for their own
behavior, always projecting.

State law does require both partners to agree to any money spent, and anything given away
which did not happen here.

My sister really did enjoy watching my face when she invited me one time, to her house, and it
had a bunch of my things in it.

Borderline personality disorder.

November 27, 1998
"To Albuquerque with [sister] and [mother].
[sister] did not talk to me. [mother] ran me down what bad person I was down and back...
Bad day."

No kidding.

So, my sister, growing up had my mother brainwash her about her Dad, and every
time he reached out to her when he was not working, she was told he hated her by my
mother.

My mother also ran my Dad down constantly to me, and I worked things out with him anyway.
She tried using David, my uncle, to replace him, a common thing for psychotic borderlines
mainly the borderline witch. My sister does that with her husband, who is
basically the perfect husband, to other people and to us.

So my sister punished him with silence. This last time, it was because he refused to give her money
for something she wanted, which is ridiculous given how much income she did have at that time.
But still, always trying to make the guy pay for their personal stuff, for no reason at all
but to blame him and use that to hurt him.

It didn't work though. I had a good relationship with my Dad when he died, I had worked it out
with him.

Insurance seems to be a strange game. Hofmann stated she was talking about a policy for a male with two kids, in the event of his death.

Chalmers Ford, a real piece of work, called to tell me, on our unlisted, unpublished number which we never gave them, that someone from lab security called, and was trying to take out credit on our phone number. She already obviously knew we were not the people who asked for it.

Two numbers given besides ours:
1. 695-9339 (I think this is the oldest girl's friend, the multiple convict)
2. 667-4437 (which is the lab security alarm)

So, Hofmann prolly goes back to one of two people-the Seawrights, who are friends with my mother thru the dog park, or else an ex-roomie of mine in ABQ who sells insurance thru the same company, and used to sell drugs in Los Alamos.

This past week, the oldest boy went into the Marines. I guess this was supposed to be upsetting for us in a bad way, since so many peoplel showed up to stalk us, such as:

1. Tehom-local witch coven head, and nice person, but I'm sure Reva a.k.a. Amber K helped put her up to it. Reva was molested by a step-Dad and had or has borderlien personality disorder. She keeps hassling us for no real reason. Tehom's pic appeared as Amber K, though she isn't, in the Monitor.
2. Greg Barthell-bus driver, threatened me, followed me thru the library, glared a bunch of times, and I laughed. He grabbed me previously, and his employer offered to allow me to file a complaint against him. Guess he was taking out the trash, including himself. Funny, he kept claimign his ex was nuts, I was wondering if he's projecting? I am unclear as to his motive.
3. SSGT Mendoza-tried to get us to be a half hour late to the boarding plane, insisting the plane left at a certain time, but they boarded a half our previous. Since he'd already pulled this game once, we were ready for it, and some really nice Spanish people at the airport took pity and let the oldest boy call us on their phone. Thanks, unnamed family. Boy, you really saved it for us! Thank you!

The security person is still bugging us, so here is the info, since she's giving ours out. Her mother is Sarah Creamer in White Rock.
