This is a complete falacy. I would not know how to send a virus to someone even if I wanted to.
It seems that this little girl is very computer savy and could easy copy and paste a virus alert to a new email and insert my email address to make a very authentic looking email to bring to this site and accuse me with.
Because of the harassing emails I am now getting from this young girl I have changed my email address and will not publish it again for fear of further attacks by this young disturbed girl.
This is the very last time I will address this lie.
Suffice it to say, I did not, nor have I ever, sent a computer virus to anyone, ever!

Hey guys,
I am by no means a computer whiz, but I will try to explain this the best way I know how.
The W32.Beagle.BY@mm Virus has its own SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) engine. This means that this virus sends itself out from infected computers without human help (just as long as the computer is ON and has an internet connection).
It doesn't take any instigation from the "supposed" sender.
The reason I say "supposed," is because this virus "spoofs" the sender's address. In other words, if you did receive an email which is infected with this virus, it did NOT come from internuncio's email address although it appears that way.
Here is some info on the virus:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.beagle.by@mm.html
Here is some info on virus spoofing:
http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/E/e_mail_spoofing.html
Again, Peacefulgrace very well could have an infected email that appears to have been sent from internuncio's address, although internuncio did not send any virus to peacefulgrace's email account.
Peacefulgrace: AOL will give you the same explanation as I have given you, although they may explain it a little better than I have.
I hope this info helps http://www.factnet.org/discus/clipart/happy.gif

Jody,I was just about to give that same explanation to peaceful grace about internet viruses. I had 2 ".exe" emails sent to my inbox recently with viruses attached to them. My computer won't allow me to open them as I have some very elaborate firewalls and other software that protects my computer from these viruses. Both emails came from friends of mine who don't have their computers as protected as mine. So, for what it's worth, peacefulgrace, those emails you received from nuncio probably had theose viruses attached to them without his knowledge.

Jody and InSearch
Thank you for posting what information you have regarding that virus. I have no idea about that sort of thing and I actually thought perhaps that disturbed young girl made the entire thing up.

MY DEAR LITTLE ONES, IT IS TIME TO PUT AWAY ALL THE BITTERNESS. Lets move forward. March on and smell the flowers. Who could love the Lord more than we? Beaten down, just to take a swallow of clear water, or be re-babptised by someone we can trust. I know how hard it is too. I move slower, my body aches from used muscles, my hands shake from the misary of the past. But For my GOD, I will love, I will move on, I will fly like eagles on high. The Lord promises he will wipe away all of our tears. He will do what he promises, it is man we do not trust, our own kind. But let us not fight amongst each other. We are all just little ones lost among the reed, you'll see, Our Jesus will teach us correctly. Let us rely on his voice. My love to you all. We will have the victory. }}

I 2 received that same "beagle virus" thing from Chris--who did not email at all. You may want to put some firewalls up and anti-virus' to protect your computer.

Webroot's Spy Sweeper is the ultimate in protection. I have used it for years and have NEVER caught anything. All of the geeks i know swear by it.

internuncio,
Mcafee or Norton's Firewall and VirusScan are perfectly capable of protecting your computer as long as you keep the definition files up to date on them.
Please note you only need one VirusScan Tool. Having more than one can actually cause conflicts within the software (depending on the brands).
Please do not think I was saying your computer is infected with that virus. That particular virus "spoofs" the sender's email address (many do now). In other words, the infected email most likely did NOT come from your email address or from your computer for that matter.
