Hello

I just got a DVD that Hannah sent to me about a trip she did in Dyers and on the Ridge.
After 20 years, I looked at it with emotion because it was 15 years of my life and it was great really...

It seems that I almost recognized all the trees of the way from Dyers to the Ridge....

(If you want to see the DVD, just write to Hannah and she will probably send it to you, send about $ 5 to cover heir expenses, to do one is nothing, but then it adds if she had to make many DVD and to send them. It is nice from her).

Really, I think that most of us we had great time at the foundation, and we were there because the Lord did change our life , He saved us and we wanted to serve Him...For many kids it was great too...

Too bad Tony found out what he thinks is a loophole in the Word of God so he can do whatsoever pleases his flesh....

He don't care about taking for him a young already married girl (14 years old) after he had just kicked out heir husband, while he got already her younger sister, 11 years old. Have you read the testimony of Cindy Jo Angulo, (aka Cindi Jo Franckiewicz) on Facnet...it is sickening.

Sorry for talking again about that, but what started great, turn out like the "Children of God" did. Their leader, after a good and short beginning, started right away from the beginning to abuse young converts and to call that "Holy prostitution" and so on...Tony use to have hard words about the children of God and their leader and he was right...But now he is the one doing the same thing....

Anyone who wants to serve God just by himself, without anyone to check on his work, will fall in the same pit ; power, sex, money, arrogance spiritual and in the flesh...

Paul the Apostle was always with someone else and always checking with the elders, but not Tony or Dave Berg of the "Children of God..."

He received revelations from God identifying himself as the "End Time Prophet" who would play a major role in the Second Coming,the long anticipated return to earth of Jesus Christ. Let pray also for Tony to repent one more time, if his own self righteousness allows him to do it...

I got highest honors in English. I've had a blast, but been too busy studying Faust and Candide to post. I'm back from the dead, now. Anyhow, thanks for the post.

Tomorrow is my LAST day! I share your joy!! I have loved my internship but I am looking forward to a long break. I am taking time off to spend with family and to achieve some other short-term goals. I am so looking forward to getting out into my flower beds. This Friday I'm going to a Hospice camp for the weekend for 6-16 year old kids . That will be an experience! Life is such a wonderful, rich, rewarding adventure. There are so many options and choices and things we can do to share God's love. Thanks be to God that we are no longer in bondage to Alamo's mania. I'm grateful that I have a life!

Dear Pastor Tony Alamo,

In the first place, I would like to say thank you very much for sending me the materials, one Messiah According to Bible Prophecy book, two King James Version Bibles, and some other assorted World Newsletters.
I did greatly rejoice when I received the said materials. Pastor Alamo, your materials are very inspiring, provoking, and educative. Again, send me more World Newsletters for distribution, ten Messiah books and fifty Bibles for distribution to those who don’t have them. Put me also on your monthly mailing list. I would like also to make my comments concerning the Alamo Christian Ministries.

My comments are that I personally have heard many preachers preaching the Word of God, and have read a lot of Christian books, magazines and booklets written by different ministers of the Word of God, but I have seen there is a big difference with your preaching and written materials that you sent me, Pastor Alamo.

Therefore, I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are an Apostle/Prophet of God raised in this wicked and perverse generation even though you don’t claim to be one, but I for one believe that you are the true Apostle/Prophet of God, not these false apostles and prophets that are mushrooming today, preachers without the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

They don’t live what they preach. You are the “man of God,” a God-fearing man, a man of his word. You live what you preach. The world needs leaders and preachers like you, Pastor.

God should bless you and protect your life until the truth is fully proclaimed. Pastor Alamo, sure you had an encounter with God in that office. No wonder you don’t preach social and compromising messages. You call a spade by its name. A man who is not after worldly wealth and to make a name, but to lift the name of Jesus Christ higher and higher. My feelings and convictions, man of God, is that since the Alamo Christian Church provides room for those who truly want to serve God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength, I am saying that I am ready to serve God with my everything. I am 36 years old, married, with four children, an ordained minister of the Word of God, called in Apostolic Ministry. I would like you to be my spiritual father and mentor. Currently, I am in ministry, but I am unable to work effectively. One of the problems is that the economy of our country is bad. In fact, my country, Zambia, has been considered to be the second-poorest country in the Southern Region (SADC Region). The problem is because of not having God-fearing leaders. Therefore, I would say that, Pastor Alamo, if there is any way you can help me and my ministry, please do so, as God’s Spirit leads. Help me in terms of leadership grooming, training, and other help you feel can help me. I would like also to be trained by you, Pastor Alamo. God bless you and I’m praying for you and your ministry. Kind of funny how the majority of the TA praise letters come from Africa or other far far away countries where they have no access to the real TRUTH about Tony Alamo and his wicked perverse ways.

Yeah, yeah there are the few letters they throw in there from the United States to make it look good, but in general most of the letters are from third world uneducated countries.

The people from these countries probably ask for so many of Tony's fake Messiah Books so they can use them for toilet tissue. I'm sure they dont have much of that in their countries.

Did you read about your beloved lying, self-appointed, self-anointed leader who lied to the court and stated he did not know where Susie's body was. Then about 1 1/2 years later, when he was told he would be put into a county jail as soon as being released from a federal prison until he returned Susie's body. He remembered where it was hidden and turned in her body.

I guess Tony forgot the lie he told 1 1/2 years earlier to the court, stating he didn't know where the body was at. Now to keep his butt out of jail he had the body delivered to the court.

ONCE AGAIN IT IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD THAT TONY ALAMO IS A LIAR!!!!!

How is it that you can call people who post facts they know about Tony Alamo liars.

"...U.S. Dist. Judge Jon McCalla ordered Alamo held without bond after a government witness testified that Alamo may have committed bigamy and statutory rape in the past 18 months."

The Witness, IRS special agent David Kimbrough, quoting one of Alamo's ex-wives, said Alamo took as many as nine wives, mostly teen and some as young as 15 years old. Kimbrough said some of the teenage wives were forced into the church marriages by threats of being thrown out of the church. At least one woman told agents she was forced to have sex with Alamo.

McCalla said anyone hearing Wednesday's testimony would be concerned due to "the very great control Mr. Alamo has over a great number of people.

Justice Department attorney Christopher Belcher also pointed out that Alamo was a fugitive between mid-1989 and mid-1991, when he was wanted on several criminal charges. Among the 40 witnesses called by the government were former followers and three of Alamo's ex-wives who detailed his extravagant spending for himself and his wives.

An Arkansas banker testified that Alamo alone controlled more than 20 bank accounts in the name of various businesses under the Music Square Church.

Alamo took the witness stand himself to deny that he had any income in the years in question. He said that as the pastor, he was supported by the church, and that everything he did was to further his ministry.

A inside story to the "Rhinestone Jackets"- One of tony alamo's claims to fame????

Tony Alamo,the cruel task-master decided that after school everyday the foundation member's kids 10 years old and up had to go to the sewing room M-F from 6-10pm and 1/2 day on Saturdays - until 2pm, to set rhinestones in rims on a tray to help with the production of alamo designs.

Then at 10pm all the kids w/ their babysitters would load up on the bus and make the trip back to the ridge. If you lived at the courts or apartments in Alma then you got home in about 15 minutes, however those of us who lived on the ridge it took over an hour to get home. So 10 year olds were getting to bed around 11pm and had to be up the next morning and ready to catch the bus between 7:00 am, or if you lived on the ridge you had to be in the prayer room at 8am for the prayer meeting.

Talk about slave labor! tony had it down to an art! cruel task master - his use of the kids went from slave labor to rape! what a sick pedophile he is!

"Evangelist Tony Alamo's stepdaughter testified Tuesday that he raped her, and a former wife said he beat and sexually assaulted her, but a federal magistrate said that was not enough to keep Alamo behind bars pending trial on tax evasion charges and set bail at $50,000.

In an extraordinary hearing that lasted well into the night in U. S.
District Court in Los Angeles, Alamo's stepdaughter made public for the first time her claim that he raped her in 1966, when she was a teen-ager.

The former wife testified that Alamo broke her nose in a fit of rage and routinely beat her and forced her into sex in 1986, when they were married.

Both women also testified that they feared Alamo still.

U. S. Magistrate Kirtland L. Mahlum ruled, however, that there was no evidence linking their unproven allegations to the prospect Alamo might do the women harm if he is released on bail while he awaits trial in Tennessee on the tax charges. Without that evidence, Mahlum said, he had to set bail-although he added that he had serious reservations about doing so.

Alamo's lawyer, Jeffrey A. Dickstein, said he expects to post the $50,000 bail in a few days, adding, "We're going to win this tax case."

Alamo, 58, breathed a sigh of relief at Mahlum's ruling. Dressed in jail-issue blues, he rarely looked at either woman during their testimony.

Alamo, who for years has had a running battle with the Internal Revenue Service, was indicted April 19 in federal court in Memphis, Tenn., on one felony count of filing a false income tax return for
1985 and on three misdemeanor counts, alleging that he failed to file returns for 1986, 1987 and 1988.

If convicted, Alamo, a former country singer whose real name is Bernie LaZar Hoffman, could draw up to eight years behind bars.

Alamo and one of his wives, Susan Alamo, built a large religious following during the 1970s and 1980s. Church-owned businesses, relying on the labor of their followers, produced expensive, rhinestone-studded denim jackets and other clothing.

The IRS stripped the Tony and Susan Alamo Foundation of its tax-exempt status in 1985 and has been trying to collect back taxes ever since.

Alamo was arrested Friday while appearing in San Fernando Superior Court in an unrelated felony child-abuse case in which he had earlier been released on bail. He has been in jail since, and federal prosecutors sought at the hearing Tuesday to keep him behind bars pending the federal trial later this year in Memphis.

Susan Alamo's daughter, Christhiaon Coie, 42, testified that her stepfather raped her in 1966, when she was 16. She had not seen him since leaving his house in 1971, she said.

In recent years, Coie said, she had been helping the IRS to investigate him and suspected he knew of her help."

In regard the the list of "Names Written in Glory"...Why are Tony and Susan Alamo on that list??? Not that the list means anything really, but to have them included on a list with people who literally gave up their lives, is a bit insulting. Just my opinion.

PS..For the record Ina (Levy) Ecelbarger does have two other children....Julie & Rebecca.

Julie, I put the names of Tony and Susan on that list because like us their names were written in Glory and they were part of the foundation.
About Suzy, I have no doubt that she went in Glory (except if I didn’t know something that God knew, but I don’t think so about her) .
I wrote "Names that have been written in Glory ".
And one at least need to repent seriously of his sins.
The Lord did use Tony and Sue when they were walking in the Lord and that why everyone of us can be in that list,Glory to God only . It was a time when Saul was walking in the fear of the Lord too, unhappily he lost the fear of God, didn’t repent and went worse, I hope it will not happen the same.

No matter what she looked like and whether the judge laughed or didn't laugh doesn't change what Tony Alamo was accused of doing to her.

I know for a fact that Tony Alamo has given the command to have children beaten bloody!

I know for a fact that Tony alamo took several of his congregation member's virgin under-age daughters as his wives.

The above letter is from someone who received the "Messiah Book" - Tony alamo didn't write this book!

God's word can not come back void- even if a jacka$$ speaks the words- check out the Old Testament where the jacka$$ did the reproving!

Read all the testimonies from many who lived under Tony Alamo and suffered numerous sorrows at his cruel hands!

Who cares if you post tons of letters from people who are reading God's word- that doesn't change who Tony Alamo is! So here is a little reminder of what Tony alamo is- a self-annointed,self-appointed world pastor, who in the name of God takes under-age virgin daughters from his congregation members and makes them submit to being his wife because he tells them they will burn in hell if they disobey the "Lord". He lies and steals.

Yes he did lie and steal from me when he beat justin miller 140+ times. He then went into hidding instead of facing the criminal charges. Also by lying on his tax returns he allow all the hard earned property we worked so hard for to be siezed.

I saw with my own eyes tony command children to be beaten bloody!

I saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears Tony boast about all his little under-age wives!

I heard tony take the 5th on the witness stand when asked if Lydia was his wife! Even the DA knew Lydia was one of Tony's wives. He also knew about Lydia & Tony alamo's son named "Tabor".
I knew lydia when her mother ruth 1st brought her to the foundation as a little girl. I knew when tony took her to wife, he was still married to sharon at the time he took Lydia to his bed. Now he had 2 wives. That was the beginning of Toni Alamo's building his harem. Lydia is one of tony's many sex slaves and has a son by tony - his name is tabor, Sion's brother! Tony has a whole harem of wives: sharon,lydia, jeannie, lizzy, angel,mishael and on and on.

Chris, Don't let them get you too riled. There are Bibles in motels across the U.S. It does not mean that the housekeeper that put them there has a free pass to heaven. I hope they pass out millions. When Tony is praised of men he is receiving the only reward he will ever get. Let him treasure it, and exalt it.

As far as being a mason. I think that he is just a Cancer still trying to grow, even though, the body has died. The life in that church has moved to the tents that God chosen. As it is written, The Lord goes " from tent to tent, and from one tabernacle to another".

I visited with your aunt Velda Fern and Uncle Fayette several times after leaving the Alamo Foundation in 1996. I loved Velda very much and was sad when I heard she had passed away. Velda knew Tony Alamo had become a polygamist and was so disgusted by it...especially that he had taken little 15 year old Jeanne Orlando as a wife. Velda was a sincere and devoted Christian and was loved by so many. So many of the former Alamo members speak of her with great fondness.

Aunt Velda knew what Tony was up to during the last years of her life. We always had the greatest respect and love for Susan Alamo as her and Aunt Velda were best friends growing up together. When Susan came back to Dyer, her and Aunt Velda picked up where they left off. I have a service on tape were Susan talks about how Velda or "Fern" as she called her, was her only friend in the town. I almost joined the Foundation around 2002, but after seeing Steve Johnson for the man he really is...I knew that ministry was not what it appeared to be. What is your and anyones overall opinion of Susan Alamo? I have a vague memory of her. I enjoyed the taped services of her that I have, but I never knew her as a person. Was she legit? Aunt Velda sure believe so, but after reading all I have on this site and other places I am not so sure. I am 29. Also- are you referring to the house on River Road in Dyer? That is across the tracks, but you said Alma. I am sure we are talking about the same house.

Yes, Ronnie Decker is Joan's son. Joan and Ron will no longer have anything to do him, since he left the Alamo cult. He is a good young man and is raising his children out of the harm of the Alamo group.
Bethany and Kadie Decker are still at the compound with all their children.
If you attended services at Gloryland there was a lot going on beneath the surface in the late 90's. You mentioned Jennifer Kolbeck...her oldest daughter, Desiree, went to go live with Tony to be a "wife" when she was 8 or 9 years old.

About Anna:
While Tony was still in prison Anna and Marty Moan infiltrated into a local Fouke church in order to become part of their prison ministry and to be able to visit Tony undetected.

So many of those people really had hearts towards God in the early days, but now they just follow Tony's diabolical dictates.

As a kid, I idolized "gramma Susie" (as we called her). She was loved by all who knew her. After I left the cult though, I heard things about Susie that make me question her legitamacy as well.

My personal opinion is that both Tony and Sue saw the potential for money-making and power and took full advantage of it. Yes, Susie did know the Bible well and knew how to preach, but she was an actor, you know.

Jennifer K....I never trusted her. She overheard a small conversation that I had with Anna about Susan Alamo, and within minutes Tony knew about the whole thing.

I don't understand how Joan could turn her back on her children. Bethany...I think there is just something wrong with her. She always made me ill at ease when I saw her. I never understood why members of the church (men) sat in the parking lot during services. Are they afraid someone is going to show up? What was going on at Gloryland in the 90s?

I'm curious about how Bethany made you feel ill at ease and what you mean by "I think there is something wrong with her". Around the time before I left in 1996 Bethany confided to me that she was really fed up with Tony's rules, Shelly Borek Garner's oppression, and Tony's mandate that you couldn't use any form of birth control. Sometime after that Bethany ran over a young child in the parking lot (the child was severly injured but did not die). From what I've heard from others, Bethany took that as God's punishment for her defiance and then succumbed to obedience to Alamo's dictates and proceeded to have more children. I would imagine she is pretty miserable. I feel sorry for her. People need to grab their kids and run out of there.

If Bethany is tall, heaveyset, and wears glasses, then we are talking about the same person. I only saw her a few times as I attended the Brothers services. A few times I was unable to attend service, and Tony allowed me to attend the Sisters services granted I was with a couple such as Steve Johnson and his wife. When I saw Bethany around the church or in the church office (at Gloryland - the one with all the TV monitors) she always seemed to be mentally taking notes as if she was going to run back and tell Tony every word that was said between anyone around. I do know that once a visitor came and Bethany basically told the woman that if you werent in the ALAMO CHURCH then you would burn in hell. That put me ill at ease. Bethany - to me anyway - does not seem to be a balanced person, but having lived there all her life I can understand why.

One year as a birthday gift for Velda when I worked in the tape department, I made an 8 x 10 copy of a picture of Susan Alamo and Velda Fern together. In the pic they were dressed up and it was taken at the T & S Dyer house. You are probably referring to that picture. I would imagine someone in your family still has it. Is Fayette still alive? Last time I saw him he was very frail. He was a nice man.

About Bethany....it's hard for normal people to understand but Tony constantly instills fear into his followers. If anything bad happens to them like disease or an accident, Tony convinces them that it is punishment from God. So I can understand with Bethany accidentally running over a small child, she immediately reflected that God was punishing her. And I'm sure she probably got some "messages" from world pastor Tony alamo too.
Nobody living at Alamo's compound could be a balanced person. You are constantly unsettled. Being put on fasts, in trouble if your kids do something wrong, loosing your measily $10 Bux allowance, always in fear of getting in trouble or someone ratting you out.

Oh, it's wonderful to be free. Jesus says when you know the truth, the truth will set you free.

I don't remember the story, but I remember there was some story about the two trees in front of Fayette and Velda's house. Did Fayette plant them or they got married in front of them or something like that? I remember Fayette's garden on the side of the house and him always generously giving away his veggies. I sat with Velda many times in her little TV room just off the garage. I remember John, Velda's grandson and Verna her daughter. I'm glad you posted, David.

I remember years ago talking to Susie Alamo's granddaughter, (Charles' daughter.) She was trying to understand the legacy of her grandmother. She called the witnessing line. She had had no contact with her grandmother since she was a little girl. Her husband didn't want her getting mixed up with the Alamo's. Smart man!

You asked whether or not Sue was legit. There are alot of different opinions among former members regarding Sue. I don't want to turn this into a debate about her since she is gone and none of our opinions can change for good or ill her true judgement. Let me just say this. The majority of older brothers who knew Sue and left ,before Tony's complete slide into debachery, have a great love and affection for Sue (me included). Some who were closer to them feel just the opposite.

Married couples have more tendency toward being negative. Take that for what it is worth, because there is probably something there.

Nevertheless, I can tell you as sure as I live, there was a great outpouring of God's Holy Spirit in the late 60's and early 70's. I will always feel honored and blessed to have been a part of it.

Anyway, like I said, I don't want to start a dabate about Sue, but I hope that helps.

Personally, I believe that the foundation started as a sincere effort on the part of Tony and Sue. There is no question in my mind that I was truly saved and filled with the Holy Ghost and that in the early years it really was a work of the Lord. But what it was then and what it became later are two different things. I realize some will disagree and I’m not trying to start a debate either. Just throwing in my 2 cents worth.

I think some people make more out of Tony than what he is. Tony is really no different than Judas. Judas also began as a sincere disciple but loved money and became a thief and betrayed the Lord. There are lots of cults out there. Many of them started by Christians who got puffed up and backslid. There are preachers in pulpits all across America and the world who have betrayed their congregations by compromising the Word and engaging in all kinds of sinful activities. You hear it on the news all the time. Tony is no different. Let’s not make more out of him than he is. He’s not some diabolical cunning mastermind who planned everything from the beginning. He’s just a backslidden bully who uses and abuses anyone he can to get what he wants. He was a bully, liar, rip off artist and a sexual deviate who hated women before he was saved. He was delivered from these sins by the Lord but chose to go back into them because in the bottom of his heart of hearts he loved sin more than righteousness. Now, as the Bible says he is 7 times worse than before. He abuses and beats women and children, molests little girls, steals other peoples money, claims authorship to others’ publications, etc. etc. etc. He loves the praises of men more than the praises of God. That’s why he surrounds himself with yes-men and continuously publishes his own accolades in the various bird cage liners his bootlicking lackeys distribute for him (by the way elevator boots have a lot more surface area than regular boots so the job is a lot harder than it sounds).

I don’t believe the same about Susie however. One thing that has to be taken into account is the fact that she was sick with cancer for a lot of years. I’m not saying this is an excuse for evildoing but I don’t think she was really aware of a lot of what went on. When you have a terminal illness and are in a lot of pain you become very dependent on others. She depended on her husband and he betrayed her just like he betrayed us. He would lie to her about us and what we were doing and she would believe it. By the time she really realized what Tony was all about I don’t think she had the strength left or the will to fight him.

I do know that before she died she told Tony to leave the Foundation after her death and not to have anything to do with us. He was to go to Europe or somewhere else and to leave the church to the brothers and sisters to run. She knew Tony would destroy the church otherwise. She said so to Velda and Velda Fern was there when she told Tony to do this. Tony always said it was because we were weasels but Susie had confided to Velda Fern that it was because he was a weasel. She knew if she told Tony the real reason that he would just take it out on us.
I personally got this information from Velda Fern not long before she died.

Many of the messages preached by Susan, would be copied from TV evangilist preachers, sometimes even the same day. One of her favorites was Jimmy Swaggart.

It doesnt matter the orginal intent of the group, however many founding members have said it was a scam, and that they did not have an end goal planned, it just grew and they took it as it came and it became what it did.

However people who did go there to followed Christ with their heart and soul, were of God and nothing can take that away from them.
They gave up everything to follow what was told to them the way of Christ, but was the way of toni and sue alamo's money making ways.

My Husband and I were indeed fortunate to be able to visited Fayette and Velda Fern in Dyer before her death. She was so happy to see us, just as we were to see her and Fayette. Fern loved the Lord and she loved Susie. During our visit, she gave us the exact same account of Susie's death-bed instructions to Tony, about what he should do as far as the church was concerned after her (Susie's) death. Fern said Susie confided to her that she (Susie) knew Tony would destroy the church otherwise. That’s why Susie had told him to just leave the church to the Brothers and Sisters and head for Israel.

At the time of our visit, Fern and Fayette told us that they were ashamed and saddened at the testimony Tony was and Fern knew Susie had been right about what would become of the church if Tony remained.

Had Susie lived through her illness and regained her strength physically and spiritually, I honestly believe things would have been quite different. She was the only one I ever knew who had the ability to keep Tony in check. All who were ever part of the Foundation know beyond any shadow of doubt, Tony wouldn’t listen to anyone else. In process of time he had obviously gotten completely away from being led by the Spirit. Saul did the same thing; over time, Saul got so far away from the Lord until there simply was for him no getting back to God. For those of us with ears to hear, there’s lots of fear to be had in that parallel – for it is written: Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth. And again: Tribulation and anguish upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

Many have asked, How does Tony Alamo pick his wives?

There are several ways Tony Alamo has picked his wives. When counseling people, as pastor's commonly do, he has just simply decides that the person he is counseling is supposed to be his wife. It doesn't matter if they are married or not... If they are married he simply gets rid of that woman's husband. Inevitably he is given some kind of revelation of some hidden sin of the past or present that is in the man's life. These so called sins are usually so grievous, if only to Alamo himself, that he orders the man to leave the cult. This happened with Michele Jones Williams and Tami Hunt Sprinkle.

In January 1993 Tony Alamo took 2 new wives, first, Elizabeth Guiteriz who was 15 and second, Jeanette Orlando who was also 15. These two wives were at Tony Alamo's birthday party only a few months earlier. Perhaps it was there that Tony Alamo saw them and made the decision that they should be his wives.

While in prison Tony Alamo had photographs taken of potential wives. He had photographs taken of Eliza Vincent who was only 8 years old. She was then taken out of her parents home and moved to Tony's house, with Tony's wives. Sharon Krooph-Alamo then began to groom Eliza to be a wife. She told her all about sex and schooled her in proper wife etiquette. Eliza was brought into the prison where Tony Alamo was being detained for tax evasion and it was there in the prison visitors room, where Tony would fondle her and tell her in explicit detail how he was going to have sex with her. Tony's favorite part of Eliza, her little 8 year old legs. That is what he said... He said he loved her legs. During these visits one wife watched the roving video camera and let Tony know when it was turning his direction. This was so he could not be caught touching his "sexataries" oops, I mean secretaries, and the little girls, in an inappropriate way. While in prison he also had photographs taken of Katrina Frankowitz and later Cindi Jo Frankowitz. There were photographs taken of many other female children but not all satisfied Tony's lustful appetite, so ultimately, those children were never displaced and sent to Tony's house. It should be noted that the photographs taken were not of an explicit sexual nature. The girls were posed in provocative ways, but they were always clothed.

Why do I refer to Tony alamo as Toni - it is something that happened years ago, maybe 1972. A sister answered the phone and didn't realize it was tony alamo on the phone. She asked the caller their 1st name and as she was writing it down she spelled it out loud, "Toni". The person on the other end of the phone raised their voice and replied back, "My name is on every tract,every vehicle and above the door of the church, it is spelled TONY". Must have hit a nerve with tiny toni ! lol

His wife decked out as well. Everybody stood around him as if he were God. That’s when things really started to change. Tony, shortly afterwards, remarried and then remarried again. He was going through one wife after another.

Things started to change for the worse. I lived in fear that if anything I did could possibly be misconstrued or twisted, there was the fear of being beaten.. It was a fear that became a reality so many times. When I look back now, I, as well as the other children, never deserved those beatings.

Shortly after the raid in 1991 the members of the church started to come back together. I was 14 years old at that time. Still brainwashed, I did whatever I was told to do. I looked up to Tony as if he was Gods right hand man. Tony was in hiding during this time but he still controlled the church through tape messages and his right hand men.

The girls my age were all being married off to older men in the church. I knew my time was near. Sure enough, I was married too. I never knew this man I married or anything about him except that it was supposedly of the Lord for me to marry him, and how dare I question that!?. I was fifteen years old. At eighteen I had two children and two miscarriages. Birth control wasn’t an option.

Meanwhile the church and Tony was just becoming more and more corrupt. Tony had become a polygamist and was marrying girls my age. During this time he was finally caught and sent to prison for tax fraud and other things. Once again, he still ran and operated the church through phone and message tapes. His 9 wives, at the time , moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado to be close to the prison and would visit him almost daily.

During this time, I lived in Moffet, Oklahoma. It was close to Fort Smith, Arkansas. We had a church in Fort Smith (Glory land Christian Church), in which I worked. My husband (at the time) was sent to California on a construction job. I stayed with my two children in Moffet, Oklahoma (church property) and continued to work in the church office. After a few months, I and a couple of the other wives were given permission to move to California and live on church property there so we could be with our husbands, as the construction jobs kept coming.

The church property in which we stayed was hardly livable. There was no electricity, running water and the duplexes were infested with roaches, mice and rats. We had blow- up mattresses and blankets and cooked with propane stoves and brought water to wash dishes and bathe. It was unbelievable. The property had been vacant for years and this was where we were supposed to stay. Meanwhile all the money that our husbands made was being shipped directly to Tony’s wives in Colorado Springs.

It wasn’t too long afterwards that my husband was caught with pornography and had made a 900 while he was still living in Moffet , Oklahoma that was subsequently tracked down to him. He was at that time kicked out or told to leave the church. He was dropped off at a mission in Van Nuys, Ca. I was told I could stay. A couple days later, I got a message from Tony that I could chose either to go back to Arkansas and live in Moffet or go to Colorado Springs with Tony’s wives. I chose to go back and live in Moffet. My message back was that God wanted me to go to Colorado. Having no chose I was flown along with my two children from LAX to Colorado Springs, Colorado where I was escorted to Tony’s house where all his wives lived. To my surprise, one of my sisters, Katrinna, (only 11 years old), was living there along with the other wives Katrinna told me she was married to Tony.

That was the beginning to the end. After I got there Tony requested pictures of me. I thought that was really strange but I did as instructed and allowed pictures to be taken. Shortly after my arrival my daughter, Varina, only 9 months, old became very sick with pneumonia. She could barely breathe one night. I thought she was going to die. I rushed her to the hospital were she was hospitalized for several days. During my stay at the hospital I got a phone call from one of the wives. She told me that Tony had called and that the Lord told him that I was to be one of the wives. She said one of us as she was being discreet over the phone. The news was overwhelming. I told her that I would like to pray about this. I didn’t understand. I thought it was against Gods Word to marry sisters as it causes confusion. When Tony heard my response he was furious. His message back to me was if I didn’t become one of the wives my daughter, Varina, would die. In my state of mind, (brainwashed) I believed him. I agreed to become one of the wives. Shortly after, I was sent a pass to the prison.

Ill never forget how confused I was. In a blink I was one of the wives and now on my way to visit Tony in prison. On my first visit I sat next to him. The whole time he was getting an erection as he was being turned on by telling me all the things he was going to do to me when he got out. He said he would spend four straight nights with me. He also shared in graphic detail how it was with each wife on the first night. While at the prison, the wives would take turns sitting on the each side of him throughout the visit. I sat next to him the whole time on the first visit since I was the new wife. The other wives would watch the security cameras and when they would turn Tony would fondle the wife on the other side of him. He only rubbed my leg on the first visit but the other wives he fondled.

I had so many unanswered questions. Although I knew no other life, my gut feeling was that this was wrong. The home I stayed at in Colorado was gorgeous. The refrigerator and pantry was packed with food. We only had the best. I couldn’t help remembering how I lived before I became one of the wives. It really bothered me. It was so wrong!

My visits to the prison continued for the next five weeks. It was during this time I realized who Tony Alamo really was and just how sick, demented, perverted, and ungodly he really was.
Over the course of my visits, I did ask him to explain to me how it was okay to marry sisters along with many more questions. His answers were even more unbelievable. He told me that he was confused when he told my sister she was to be a wife and that the Lord really wanted it to me. I asked him if it was okay in the eyes of God to marry children. His response was that as long as they were at the age of puberty, then it was fine. . I was sickened.

During my visits to come I only saw a very perverted man who would molest these young girls. He wasn’t the man of God I had believed he was. I was so confused and disappointed. The man that I thought was a man of God was some sick pervert who could care less about anyone but himself.

I started to become very ill. I didn’t know what was wrong with me. I soon found out that I was pregnant. I was so upset. Here I am with my two children in some freaky house with a bunch of brainwashed women and now I find out I pregnant! I didn’t know what to do. The thought of being Tony’s wife along with nine others and raising three children at only nineteen was overwhelming. I realized I could only do one thing and that was to take one day at a time.

The news of my pregnancy was told to Tony on one of his calls to the house. He didn’t say much. I continued to visit. During this time, Tony was writing tracts. The wives were forced to stay up all hours of the night looking up scriptures and assisting with the tract writing. It wasn’t getting done fast enough so we all were all put on a ten day fast. I asked Tony if I was supposed to fast too (as I was pregnant) and he said yes and that it wouldn’t hurt my baby. Unknown to me at that time, I was carrying twins.

I came to the conclusion that there was only one way out. One day I decided after arriving at the prison that I wasn’t going to go in. I told Sharon (one of the wives) that I refused to go in and to please give a note that I had written to Tony. In the note I explained that it wasn’t in my heart to be one of the wives and begged for Tony to let me go.

I thank God to this day that he answered my prayers. Tony let me go. I was flown back to Saugus, California with my two children. I asked Tony for money, as I had nowhere to go and had two babies and was pregnant. He gave me $ 500 and told me to keep my mouth shut about everything. I was dropped off at a mission in Hollywood were I tracked down my husband. I, shortly afterwards, miscarried one of my twins. I had no place to go, no idea of where or what to do with my life or how I was going to provide for my children. All I knew was that I would make it and that I was FREE from the clutches of Tony Alamo.

Well, needless to say, I made it and I have no regrets. I thank God everyday that he gave me the courage to say no.

This incident took place very shortly after Tony's release from prison July 98' I was 14 years old and Jordad was, I'm pretty sure 4 years old. Jordan (Misheal's son by Kenya Williams) and Sion (Tony's son with Sharon Kruf) were playing with plastic play swords and Jordan accidentally hit Sion in the groin with the sword and Sion went running to Tony complaining about Jordan. Tony started somewhat calm but quickly turned to rage (this happened often his anger would or could peak in moments after having just been very complacent) and started ranting about how Jordan could have ruined Sion for life, and that he could have made it to where Sion would not be able to reproduce!!
He was quite infatic on this point. He had no realization that he sounded absolutely crazy. He then started hitting Jordan in the mouth, on the stomach, on the legs and once Jordan finally fell to ground Tony continued but he was kicking him now in the stomach while he kept trying to get up. Jordan was in a little ball now but Tony kept kicking this was a few minutes into the beating, blood was running out of his mouth, he had wet his pants, his face had already started to swell all while Tony continued to kick him across an area of about 20 feet circled. He was crying so heart-wrenchingly all while every "sister" and his mother Misheal (who looked as though she nearly lost strength to stand as tears streamed down her face) watched. Yes, I too was there and my heart broke. I did nothing.
I believe it was two weeks before Jordan could leave the house because of how badly bruised and beaten he was but in actuality it was just that Tony did not want people to see the damaged little face and the terrible marks on the little boy's stomach that bothered me the most. After all he was "papa tony" and "papa tony" didn't do things like that.

I just put new names on the list and a few new pics (one from Fayette and Velda).
Some of the things you are talking about are terrible and Tony became so perverted now, but how what used to be our brother and sisters can let this things go on and participate to it ? Tony don't lives anymore as a Christian (in the mouth of 2 or 3 the truth is established). Why they don't gather together and denounce him? I guess many are afraid to do it and some still believe he is still a strong Christian, it is saddening or sickening.
I am starting a new topic about ONLY PICTURES. Please let it be that way, just about pictures.

That is really sad, about Bethany Decker. She used to be a friend of mine, as a child. It is a real shame how the dark forces twist ones mind. It sounds like she was almost free to praise Him without the oppression and Tiny Alamo’s rhetoric actually made sense to her at a time when she was most vulnerable. Her mother will get her just rewards. Some day, all of her children will be out of that prison and still have some years to get their minds back under THEIR control. And when that happens, she will be one, very old, very lonely, abandoned soul probably clutching her Bible until the bitter, lonely end.

Most of these people have no way of knowing what is going on in the real world, other than Bernie’s sick hate-spewed version of current events. Everything is hell and damnation, fire and brimstone, fear and death. He preaches of our Savior being a hate-filled killer. He talks of “God hates this and He hates that”. He rants on and on about “God will KILL his (Tiny’s) enemies”. This guy is really delusional. Anyone who has been saved knows the GRACE of God. The LOVE of God. To hear Tiny tell it, there will only be a handful of people entering into Heaven – the ALAMO people. Anyone who lives their life the radical Biblical way and obey HIM will make it. Everyone else will parish in the lake of fire. Come on, give me a break. Do people actually believe this crap? We are all human and born in sin. We should be using the Bible as a guide to perfecting our souls and walking in His spirit. Nobody can be perfect as Tiny preaches we all must be (to gain access to Heaven). The man is insane! It is apparent to anyone with ears.

Even if he was brought down by law enforcement, the organization would continue. As long as people choose not to be accountable for their own thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and lives, they will follow any leader who will grab the reigns. When Tiny’s days are over, another will take his place.

It is just stupidity when one does not allow themselves to evolve spiritually. It is the only path to salvation.
