In my own case, yes, I'm doing very well as an Architect. I learned my basic skills BEFORE I joined, and God gave me the talents I have for design. The only time I was able to learn or improve my skills was on my own initiative. I mainly got the time to do this by learning to "skate" some of the many "rules" so I could do my job better. Had I not joined, my education would have gone a lot farther and faster, and I would have been practicing 15 years earlier. All Tony's fault? Not at all..I joined of my own free will and did my work there "as unto the Lord" and also to please Tony and Sue. Once I work up and left, I decided to hit the ground running and go forward and not look back and turn myself into a victim. That's what most everyone else here has done.
Raining is right on. It's not about hating Tony...It IS all about putting info on this site to warn anyone who is wanting to know what the Foundation is all about. THAT ALONE is "doing something".

Tony’s great business ability is just another one of his many lies. He claims to be the originator of 20 hits on one record that you can’t buy at the store etc. etc. blah blah blah. But what he doesn’t say is that he stole those songs. The documentation is right here on this website. Posted months ago. Him and his buddies were sued. He skipped out and they had to pay up.

Any successes he had were because of the free labor at the foundation and the money that came in from bakes and the tree crews. Everything else was a flop. He could never compete in business on a level playing field.

He always blamed the brothers and sisters for his business failures. But in the real world the guy at the top takes the heat. If General Motors is losing money they don’t fire 50,000 workers around the world and hire new ones. They fire the guy at the top.

Tony doesn’t know how to train or lead. That’s why all his businesses failed and that’s why his cult is still so small. Warren Jeffs has 10,000 members and he hasn’t been around near as long as Tony. There’s only ever been two ways that Tony has made money. The first is to send the bros to work like in Bakes and the tree crew. Other people make the money and give it to him. He then boasts about how much he is bringing in and sends a small pittance back to the workers to pay for their room and board. The other way he makes money is to have people get donations for free through Armful of Help and other organizations. He then has the donations sold and uses the money for himself and his ungodly “ministry.” If there is stuff he can’t sell he’ll give it to the homeless or he may use some of the money to bribe a mayor by buying a new fire truck. It’s too bad he can’t take the fire truck with him when he goes. He’ll be needing it.

The fact is Tony is the greatest failure I have ever seen. God gave him hundreds of totally dedicated Christian workers who were willing to give up everything and work long hours for no pay to get the Gospel out. We were happy to do it. But Tony betrayed us and the Lord just like Judas did. Instead of using our labors for the glory of God he used them for his own selfish ends. He went around confessing his perfection when meanwhile he was lying under oath in court way back in 1972. Later he was out drinking and picking up whores while we were footing the bill. He was boasting about his 20 hits in the pulpit when he knew he was being sued because he had stolen the songs. In the Bible Zacchaeus restored fourfold the money that he had stolen. You’d think a mighty man of God like Tony would offer to do the same. Wouldn’t that be a good testimony. He didn’t pay one cent. And according to him he had boxes full of stolen money in his apartment. He would dump the stolen money out and roll around in it he had so much. But would he pay back any of the stolen money after he became a supposed Christian? No Way! Instead he hid out at the foundation while his partners took the heat.

Of course that’s the same thing he did to us. When the heat was on he hid out using Harvey Cochran’s ID and threw us to the dogs to save his own hide. If he was so innocent why didn’t he show up in court? He knew we would lose everthing we had and everything we worked for. But he didn’t care about us. So what if we were thrown out on the street and everything taken. How unlike the godly Apostle Paul who had no fear of the courts. He welcomed it as an opportunity to witness. He rejoiced at persecution because in his case it truly was persecution for righteousness. In Tony’s case the charges were not false. That’s why he ran.

I would just add that I don't think Jeannette wanted to be married to Tony Alamo. When Tony first started practicing polygamy in 1993 the Orlando's were appalled. There were a lot of whispers and hushed conversations of members who thought he'd really crossed the line of sanity with that. In January of 1994 when he took Jeanne as his # 9 "wife" she was only 15 years old and Tony was in his 60's. I don't remember the details but I think the Orlando's were coerced and threatened of expulsion from the group if they refused.
You're right about that was all she ever knew. She was raised in a bizarre destructive cult and she certainly didn't have the ability to make a rational decision. And yes, she may have thought marrying Tony meant a few extra privileges....nice jewelry, not having to eat cafeteria slop, traveling, etc. But it sure had its downside....being Tony's wife.

Anyone who knows me knows that this message board has always been a catalyst to have a public voice. In private I have spoken to the FBI, IRS, Local govt. officials, state govt. officials, talk show hosts, news anchors, etc. and unfortunately because Alamo has his wives so zombified nothing can be done. Your statement here is valid, it is factual. Us old timers came into the foundation with 'baggage' and still left with much baggage depending how long were there and what was said and done. I was there less than 3 years and have carried some yet to this day. The Alamo Correctional Institute has become those existing members entire life in some cases.

I can't believe some of the stuff I'm reading today. It really should be about the evil Tony has perpetrated. It really doesn't matter what kind of freaking job any of us had in the foundation, whether it was pig farmer, purchasing agent,driver, printer, or whatever. I can witness that he couldn't stand anyone that had business sense, Kitch, Garris, Elmore, Levy, and many others. When I saw these things, along with knowing he is the most egotistical person I have ever met, I knew it was time to go. Anything any of us ever did there was because we thought we were serving the Lord. We gave 100% and more, although I know Tony said I never gave 100%. Some of our eyes were opened to it sooner than others. I wasn't there for the smiting of one another or for the multiple wives and under aged wives but what I saw was enough to make me know it wasn't of God so I left. I do believe the testimonies of the people who say these things, Tony drinking, cussing, screwing little girls, etc. I think that the people who know first hand that these illegal, not to mention ungodly,things are going on should camp out at the police station,radio and TV stations, until something is done about it. The parents and other witnesses to these things that don't do anything but allow it to go on are going to be just as accountable to God and the law as Tony. I think it's a great thing that this factnet is here and any other means that are used to expose Tony. I also believe that anything we learned in the foundation regarding our jobs could have been learned outside the foundation as well so I don't give Tony much credit for anything I've become. Who's to say, I mean you can't go back and change the past. I'm glad I have a sense of humer because there was some pretty funny .... we went through. There was a teaching when I was at the foundation, and it is probably still the same, that when any wife or husband was leaving the foundation, that was giving the right to the one staying at the foundation to divorce and remarry again.
That is a wrong teaching, the only causes for divorce are adultery or true backsliding from God, not just to leave the foundation.

Well Marcel, Tony has not even given those girls the honor of a marriage license. They are degraded and are like his truth. He embraces it behind closed doors and hides it from the world. Sure people that were there and did nothing while atrocities were commited are guilty, that's what mind control is all about. Fear and destruction were pumped into each of us every day. As I said I don't know anything about Bills life, but I can say for sure that his posts have been more honest and truthful than anything the Alamo backers have said on this forum. Also, when Bill has quoted Scripture it has been in proper context.

This can not be said for Alamo backer who originally tried to justify Tony Alamos sexual bent by Scripture. After they were soundly and indisputably proven false by Scripture they erased their posts. It was the reason the sponsers of the board changed the protocol so that posts can not be ereased after a certain timeframe.

Tony Alamo is posing as a man of God. He uses his position to intimidate, fatter, and coerce, in order to gain the financial rewards of his followers labor, and worse yet, to force underage girls to have sex with him.

The Bill Levy who you accused of not delivering sold items (CDs in the case your link refered to)is in Clearwater Florida. The Bill Levy who was in Alamo's sick CULT lives in St. Petersburg Florida. There are alot of Bill Levy's in the world especially in Florida.

Also, according to public record Bill Levy, of St. Petersburg Florida was an honors nursing student through out his entire college career and graduated with honors. Bill was always smart.
