I have been reading these posts the last few days with great interest, as I was in that organization for a number of years. It's been like reading the plot to a bad soap opera. Anyway, I take EXTREME offence to your statement that Tony Alamo teaches the Word of God, (the Bible) accurately, and I must put in my 2 cents. I am not going to get into doctrinal debates here, because that's unscriptural, and because the Word of God tells us that the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth, and we have not need of man to teach us God's Word. THAT'S where most of those folks made their first mistake. They put the Alamos up on a pedestal, and exalted them more than our Lord Jesus. I'm not going to get into a thing explaining why I was there, or why I left, suffice it to say, that, if people who REALLY love the Lord, and FEAR Him, would DO WHAT HE SAYS, and seek Him with their WHOLE mind, heart, soul, body, and strength, HE WILL SHOW THEM HIS WORD. Let me give you a clue here: Tony Alamo is in an extreme backslidden state, he is now seeking familiar spirits, (just like Saul did in the OT), because the Lord left him a long time ago. If any of you people who defend him, would take the time to do a little research, you would find out that in some of his writings he uses references from "The Holy Bible from the Ancient Eastern Text, George M. Lamsa's translation, Harper Collins Publisher". Ok, well, do a little research on Mr. George Lamsa. Here, I'll make it easy for you:

You need to take heed, and take care, nfly, because, after reading your posts, it sounds to me, that you have succeeded in your goal--you have taken on the same spirit as tony alamo. Talk about repent, tony alamo needs to repent. (oh, by the way, I'm not the least bit bitter,lest you accuse me of that, just stating facts here) CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.

I was raised in the Foundation from the age of 2 until I left when I was 18 years old. For someone who calls themself a Christian, you sure have a lot of contention and strife in your postings, Nfly. TA has always twisted the Scriptures to make it what he wants at the time. How come having more than one wife was not ok in the beginning? Maybe Susie wouldnt go for that kinky stuff?

Why do I say that? Because he can make people like nfly and others believe that stuff they tell. because he probally told them they would burn in hell if they didnt believe what he says. Yeah I was there for that bit of heresy too. And make no mistake about it,nfly you called us backsliders from the alamo foundation or as you say "ministry". We may be backsliders from the foundation ,(and that dosnt mean backsliden from the Lord. Lets see {foundation-LORD} way way BIG difference. but really is that such a bad thing. I think not. Just because we left the foundation does not mean we are going to hell. you really need to get more depth in God if you believe that. Does anyone here feel called to "step up with the bible and prove tony false? How could we do that? he leaves plenty of "footnotes" so how can he be proven false. rotflol You know I think im pretty much done with this. Its hard communicating with someone who is blind and deaf. Your insulting when you say that Gods people are being bad mouthed. I for one would never bad mouth Gods People. In case you didnt know this, but there are Gods people all over the world. I just want to say....Thank you to Nikki Rodriguez! No no folks, I'm serious! You see, Nikki is one of the main reasons I was kicked out for good. What with the witch hunt she was on. My family knew it was coming though. I mean, we knew Tony was trying to get rid of us for quite some time. Ever since we did not go back on the list, he had been trying to weed out the people that weren't under his thumb. Nikki, being the good little drone that she was--and if you have changed nikki, well I say nice, to see you have realised the error of your idol worshiping ways; and if not...well, I'll be praying for God to lift the blinders off your eyes(both physical and spirtitual). For anyone to say that TA is of sound doctrine, hasn't been reading and 'really' listening to what the Holy Spirit would say. I dare anyone to show me how TA lines up with scripture, and I will show you how he twisted it to fit his carnal lusts of the flesh. Yes, that man is extremely carnal! In fact the spirit that inhabits him has called all of his friends over to join him....his name is Legion, for he is many. If you do your research in the bible, and on TA, you will see that this fleshy, degenrate, swaggering, sodomite braggart-- is so far from what Jesus represents that even a child can see it. I saw it at 9yrs old. He gave me the creeps! Oh well, done for the moment, I guess. Oh yeah, my dare still stands..

Anyone who actually reads the Bible and prays to the Father; can see how false tony is. 1# Poligamy...was setup to make sure that Widows were always taken care of, thus eliminating the chance for children to "fall through the cracks" (as we call it in ameriKa). It was not setup so that certain 'men' could have whatever they wanted, sexually.
#2. Jesus is our role model for an Holy life pleasing to the Father....who here can Honestly compare tony's actions to Jesus' actions, and still believe that tony is a christian?

This man claims to be one of the two witnesses; without any corroborations from the Bible or witness of the Spirit among the brethren. tony alamo is a lie, fraud, emotional-spiritual-sexual vampire, who gives into(at every possible chance) his carnal lusts, at the peril and ruination of young innocent sisters in Christ. That man is and will be the destruction of the wonderful ministry that God called into being. Just look at us that made it through with our faith, in the heavenly Father, still intact. Look what we have with each other. Who else(in the world) do you have such a strong connection with? Tony Alamo Does Not teach the Bible. Anyone can steal someone else's words and plant them midsentence into their own schmeal. That's called Plagiarism,and it's a forrm of theft. It's not what is traditionally considered teaching. Add plagiarism to the long list of crimes TA has committed (though if he plea bargains, I'd be willing to drop that charge.)

However on Tom Smith board as of 10/21/05 ALL the posts that you had posted before 10/04/05 are now deleted! What is going on?

YOu have endured many personal attacks from a couple of the people on this board, not to mention the situation you live in every day. I am praying for you. I have thought about your haunting words all day. Please don't be in a coma like I was for years. You can get through this. You are obviously strong to keep coming back for more.

Cross.....don't feel pressured to tell your name on this board. If your husband is still sympathetic towards Alamo than it may be best to keep your identity a mystery. There is no peer pressure here to conform.

Five years after leaving the Alamo group I had the privilege of spending two weeks at Wellspring Retreat and Resource Center located in Ohio. They are a wonderful resource for people who have been in spiritually abusive organizations. Anyone that wants to, check out their website at:

One of the great things about the place is that a lot of the people who run it and who do counseling there are x-members of abusive churches themselves. They UNDERSTAND when you tell them about the bizarre stuff that goes on at the Foundation.

There's also a place called Meadow Haven, in the North East. THe people there are super nice and there isn't anything they haven't heard about. If you're thinking in terms of intervention and getting a grip on standing up for your rights, these are two resources that are quite valuable.

What I mean is that according to Tony's definition, I have. Tony used the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost as a fear tactic to get us to stay loyal to him, and it is a farce. There is no such thing. To commit an unpardonable sin is something a lot of people fear doing, but they don't even know what it is. What kind of God would set his people up for failure by making arbitrary rules that can "accidentally be broken?"

When Tami left the harem and the Foundation (while TA was in prison) she dropped a note off at the office signed Tami Sprinkle...this made TA irate. He brought a message saying she had Blasphemed the Holy Spirit. I loved Tami and yet still believed pretty much whatever TA uttered, so I was devastated thinking she had committed the UNPARDONABLE SIN. Fast forward a few months later, we left the foundation (oh Happy Day) but I still hadn't shaken off the mind shackles. The Foundation was sending us the message tapes still and on them TA says "pray for Tami, Syl, the Groulx's, etc." Well, this was rather confusing because he was saying pray for Tami and months earlier he said she had committed the UNPARDONABLE SIN. So I started getting a little clue that he was a little wacko. So, needless to say, I wasn't afraid to talk to her anymore. She and I talked about that together at Wellspring and she told me when she lived in his house he tossed that term around regularly when he wanted to manipulate the situation. It's so crazy to think his words had such a hold on us. Oh, that reminds me.....We left without anyone knowing till the next morning. Later we got a message that we could NEVER come back. That was fine with us ;-) Four months later we got a call from one of the "brothers" saying he was calling for Tony and that we had to move back into the Foundation within a week or we were gonna get "cut off" from getting Tony's tapes. We never responded to that malarkey. Ha ha Geez...the dude can't make up his mind.

here to break up all this horrible slander. i want to talk about some real good works that tony has done since i was in the church since around 97 to 2003. tony always said to give street people something to eat whenever they asked for it. i've seen him put out the word of God out (real powerful and the most spiritual messages that i've ever heard taught) freely and hundreds of thousands of souls have found Christ in horribly oppressed nations because of God through him. tony doesn't ask for anything in return. i had a supernatural experience for sure regarding tony one time that i know was from God. nobody brings the message from the 1st chapter of proverbs regarding God laughing at your calamity, etc (proverbs 1:22-33). which are the exact Scriptures God used to reveal Himself to me months before I ever got the literature from Tony while he was still in prison on proven to be false charges. When I think about these truths I know personally to be true it washes all of these posts completely away as misperceptions and untruths. I've seen the work of God being done through Tony and the ministry and felt powerfully the Holy Spirit many times in fellowship with the brothers there and during services hearing messages and testimonies and Tony is a humble man of God I know that for sure. I don't know what you all are. Where's your godly work? where's your ministry and websites? and audio messages bringing wonderful, poweful messages? none of you have ministered anything of any value here at all. you have fallen away and probably have blasphemed the Holy Spirit.

Hate to break this to you tlthe5th.. I have spent some time recently reading some of Tony's websites and listening to his tapes.. guess what... You can go and listen to any one of these so-called preachers that mail out tapes and put preachings etc. by testimonials on the web and all the other crap that Tony does.. all sounds great if you are sucked under his thumb, but guess what!!! They all basically say the same thing, only with the emphasis focused on their particular little cult. Probably a lot of it is plagerized and a few changes put in here and there to make it sound like his own crap. What Tony portrays to those outside of the foundation is also not a snapshot of life inside the foundation. That is very typical behaviour for leaders of groups like this. There is nothing godly or spiritual about Tony.. He is just a good actor in public and he uses it as a means to get what he wants.
Read this and understand once again... Slandering Tony is not blasphemy to the Holy Spirit, it is just one more foot stepping on the head of Satan (TA). And his head will be crushed!!!!!

If Tony is so humble and such a man of God.. why does he not speak for himself? Why does he not come on this board and identify himself in such a manner that it is actually believable that it is him and why does he not stand up to these allegations against him?

You Know , I have asked this question over and over and over. some of you know this. I just cant understand how the older ones there can buy what he is selling. How can they believe it. How do they believe that it is God. If we could see thru it, how come they cant. I cant get over that. what in sam hills name is wrong with maryjane and shelly and who ever else allowed there kids to be abused like that? I knew they were kuku for coco puffs,but how sick are they. I remember shelly when we got the tapes about tony being with lydia. I wouldnt listen to it, but i went over to shelly to give them to her, she asked what they were about. I told her and she kind of blinked and smiled. She looked at me and it must of shown on my face how i felt about it, cause she said , I know tony for over 20yrs and i know what he does is of God. and if you dont believe this is of the Lord then you are in the wrong church. I should of just left right then, but didnt. I didnt say anything. Yeah thats the one thing she was right about. I was in the wrong church.

I guess when you are fifty years old and you have spent most of your life in such a place that only gets worse, think about it: your life is only down hill from there, according to some people (not me. My goal for my eightieth year is to become a spy for the CIA) but I digress.
To them, there is no where to go. They must know what a failure their lives are; yet in a sense they are victims. Their entire identity has been stolen, they have been spiritually raped, and they can't blame anyone but themselves. Most of us on this board can understand, but the average Jo in the world hasn't a clue about why someone would waste their entire life.
To me, it is beyond sad.

I think for the "Oldtimers" still there, it kind of like the analogy of a frog sitting in a pan of water. If you gradualy raise the heat the frog won't notice it untill he dies and gets cooked.In the early days it was easy to see the Foundation as a godly ministry. Every body pretty much shared in common, and Susie acted on a check to Tony. It's just that things gradualy got out of control over the years, and with no church government to speak of (no elders, deacons,session,whatever)the power that Tony and Sue had corrupted them and all those closest to them who helped to implement their plans. In time, it may be that they realized that they were to old to start over and that they had already burned all their bridges to the outside world. That's how I felt when I turned 32 after being there 14+ years. I thought life on the outside had passed me for good and I had nothing left to go home to. Thank God that my parents didn't see it that way. They could have given up on me, but they reconnected with me and when I hit my crisis point,they were ready w/ a plane ticket back to Santa Barbara. My guess is that they haven't had that sort of lifeline in years, so they just continue doing what it familiar to them...It's very sad to think about.http://www.factnet.org/discus/clipart/sad.gif

The only reason I'm not an "old timer" is because Tony took a gamble and lost. He was going to try some pretty perverted sex acts on me when he got out of prison and that was enough to push me over the edge. I realize some people are really into that stuff, and maybe they're not criminals, but that is just not my thing... I was never in love with the idea of being in a harem in the first place. I did it for God. When I realized Tony was taking the idea as far as he could with it, I wanted out.
There's a lot more to the story, of course. I'm a rebellious person by nature and got sick of him calling us up and cussing us out, especially after being up all night working on his freaking tracts, (which, by the way, were becoming less and less
convincing. Especially since I could see where he started from.)
When he called, there were ten or so of us sitting around "taking notes." Sometimes I would scribble bad names on my pad instead and then say I lost my place because I did not want to be any part of writing his tracts. But I didn't know how to get out of there, either.
Then one day, I realized that getting in trouble was probably the best thing that could happen to me. The next time he started in on me, I refused to go down and listen to him. I put on my headphones. The girls came up to me and said "he's talking to you." I told them I didn't care, and I was giving this whole damn game up.
That made him really mad. He flew into a rage, I guess hoping I would repent, but I just went along with it.
When I was in the shower getting ready to get on the airplane (because I had been kicked out of his house) I remember feeling more free than I had ever felt.
Still, on the airplaine I asked God to wash me in his blood and forgive me for anything I might have done wrong, because I thought "great, now I've made God angry and he'll probably down the plane just to get even." I walked off unscathed.
Every time something like that happened to me and life went on and I lived, it was a revelation that
TONY IS NOT GOD, AND GOD IS NOT TONY. Little by little I started to understand that our world was really quite narrow compared with the wide world God meant for us to live in.
That's all I'm trying to do here. I have five gorgeous daughters (dad, you're my "witness") and as they grow, I keep wondering why I never did anything to get those little girls away from Tony.
I know what I want for my babies and it ain't sex at thirteen with a 63 year old. Does that make sense?

Have brain, it makes perfect sense! And that is the point. We had been doing things for years (in the church) that didn't make sense, had no point, and were mostly destructive to us, and those around us. Now that we are away, and realize that death is not looking at us from around the corner (not to say that life isn't dangerous in its self) but, that God seems to have shown us that he has a plan for us after all, it just takes more time to come to fruition when it is real. Tony became the medicine man, who used to ride into town offering snake oils, charms and cure-alls (spiritually); saying to just trust him and God would take care of you.
Let him be your inside man with God. He (haha ha, wow just realized this) He tried to be Gods promoter like HE was some young upstart that needed his touch to make it gold! What strong delusions! Tony is hearing alright, just he is listening on the wrong wavelength. Echh, Eww.

Another thing that got me, and I know that this is a touchy subject to some, so I will be circumspect. Sex....Tony perveted the whole idea, act, meaning etc... He took a wonderful God given gift, and made it in to a sin; in to an abomination, to our thinking. And did it all by twisting the scriptures. Who here really beleive that guy in the old testament really got killed for Spilling his seed? That one never made sense to me. It was obvious that God killed him because he was using that women, for his own carnal lust, he wasn't raising up children to her name....Good one TA....
What goes on(within reason, of course) in the bedroom of two people that God put together, is between them and the Father. If a couple in love get inspired, and a little creative? Well, God bless Em' Wonderful! ain't it? if a husband is not to refuse their wife, and the wife not refuse HER (singular) husband. Then why is it only, according to tony, ok to have sex for procreation?--Wait, I know, Evil breeds evil. you are propogating little minions of hell, to think and act just like you--- God does not contradict Himself, like you do tony. And we all know that tony has never really followed(correctly)any part of the bible; so why should the subject of sex be any different to him? First of all it's a bunch of crap to say Tony dosen't ask for anything in return, he asks for everything in return, unless he's changed. I remember the millers were filthy rich when they moved in and were made to turn over their trucking co to tony, my family and i never lived on the georgia ridge under the total control but we did go to the church and I did go to the school for a couple of years (when i got out i was totally lost, took a year to catch up to my age group) and we rented a house from the alamos and my dad did various jobs when he wasn't working his full time job. My mom was always cleaning the house because we would get kicked out if it were the least bit messy and they could come over and check it at any time they wanted, we were on the georgia ridge constantly on saturdays working. mom would work in the mail room and dad would work wherever they needed help. My sisters at fourteen though did move in to the foundation, my sister Chris Rogers, Theresa Armstrong and Pam Armstrong. Chris and Theresa were very rebellious and moved from family to family until they were about sixteen then they were both kicked out. Pam was the good one and never left until the Georgia Ridge raid then they were still affiliated for a few years after. My sister Theresa begged after she turned eighteen to move back in and they moved her to Nashiville, Tn to work at The Store. She met Russel Partosan who was almost my dad's age and married him. She got out after they had Rochelle and they divorced. She has some wild stories to tell about things that happened in Nashville. BTW she lives in Nevada now and is married to Peter Levin, Holly's brother! They are happy and living foundation free! So lucky the ones that are!
I remember not being able to watch the Smurfs(the little blue guys and one girl) because Tony made us kids call him Papa Tony and he didn't like being compared to papa smurf who ran the whole gathering of the smurfs. Imagine that. Didn't want to be compared to a little blue leader. haha.
The church we attend now belives in Hell because its in the bible but we don't ever hear "your going to hell for that" because we concentrate more on repentance than hell fire and brimstone and I love that. We care about our families and take responsibilities for our bodies, keeping them holy and clean. The ear piercing thing, I knew when Becca L moved out of the foundation the first thing she did was got her ears pierced. That poor girl wanted that more than gold! And i'm happy that she got to experience life and that she made it to where she is today. I am very proud of Becca. I didn't spend my teenage years there, thank Heavenly Father, but for every impure though I had and any impurness that I did I was so scared that I was going to hell because of the words I remember from when I was eight years old. I do believe that anyone who spent more than a week in the place probably needs some major psych help! BTW that's my major so in a couple of years maybe I can actually help some of them!

You know, I have to say - smitty is it? I am not sure if you even remember me - but I am Oscar's oldest daughter. But, we were you the one who started this? My sister and I were talking about this the other day - this site is kinda addicting.
For those of you who don't know... were 'visiting Christians' for a few years and then we moved into the church. I may have been only 7, but I remember some of those church services like they were yesterday! I, with my two sisters and brother, grew up in the 'foundation' and I have to say, I only remember the good things until around '87. I had several awesome experiences as a child. I was healed from scoliosis - I left the doctors' office with them shaking their heads wondering what the hell happened to the girl who had to wear a brace for 10 years. Her spine is in better condition than the average human. And I have actually seen angels up close and personal.
But then, things started happening, and all of sudden Tony's messages changed. What the Bible said today, was suddenly different then what it said yesterday. I started realizing things just weren't right. I remember on my 16th birthday, I received a birthday card from a brother on 'tree crew' who said the Lord said he was suppose to marry me. The thing that killed me - he was 3 years older than my dad, and was like an uncle to us. He would come over to our house for Thanksgiving and Christmas and then he wanted me to be his wife! Now, that totally creeped me out. I believe I was sure damned to hell because I said NO - I did not want to marry him, however it was never brought up again.
After reading all of these posts - it totally {don't even know the words to express} astounds me! We left in '91 after our home was invaded by the FBI, but we had a place to go and family to help us. And I thank God everyday for that! But it broke our hearts that our best friends were still there. Several of our friends have left and we are in extreme close contact with them even today, but we still think and pray for those left behind. It amazes me that people are still around this monster and can still defend him.
Don't let me fool you, though. I may not have even come close to what these other girls have gone through, but believe me -- the psychological problems have been with me this entire time!
Chris, I was reading what you were saying about sex. You know - I have been terrified of men for the past 14 years! And I mean that in EVERY sense of the word. I was scared to even talk to the opposite sex. I have a self esteem issue like no one would ever believe. But, let me tell you - I hid it very well. I convinced myself that I was not good enough to get married, that someone would never want to be with me. And my God, if a man were to come within an inch of me - I ran for cover. I just pretty much convinced myself that I would be single for the rest of my life, and men were evil!
Then I got brave - after much praying and asking God for the strength - I stepped out of my concrete shell and slowly started putting my foot out there. And you know, God has brought me to someone who not only loves me, but somehow managed to tear down those anti-trust barriers around my heart and soul! He treats me like a princess and cares about me very much - and yet, no matter how much I try to explain the church to him, he will NEVER understand what I {we} went through. Let alone the misery all of you have gone through! Again, I'm not even going to try to compare.
But, now that I have said my peace - I thank whomever started this! It kinda makes you feel good to air out those thoughts and feelings that have been bottled up for so long. Not one of my {worldly} friends today know anything about the church. To me that is in the past. Yes, I had great times, and I had awful times - but to me, my real life started at 19 when I was forced into a world I was not ready to live in, because I had been secluded for so long! But I am alive today - and I am truly blessed. We have a very close family - and God has blessed us all so much.
So to those TA spies reading this I would like to say - God is everywhere - not 'just near Tony' like we were lead to believe. I ask that you please tell TA that the Gamez family is doing better than ever! And I know he hates to be wrong, but we are not being punished for leaving the church, but blessed immensely! Please tell him I, personnaly, want to thank him from the bottom of my heart, for kicking my dad out of the foundation when he did! Because this helped us so much when we were forced to leave our own home, at 7:00 on a cold morning! And please tell him for me {should I stop now, I know he is such an old man, I don't want him to get to overwhelmed and keel over with a heart attack or anything} But please tell him, I wish him well. WHY!?!? Because, I am no longer bitter. The Lord has helped me rid of all the hatred I had for him. I know and truly believe God has a very warm place waiting for him on the other side, and from what he personally taught me, the Lord said venegence is HIS! Oops! I always thought is name was Javier. Yeas Gale Garris worked in the Office with me as well as Tom Alford, Steve King, Richard Ondersiek, Annie Mac, and Jim Lamberson. Mostly the Older Brothers would just blow thru (Larry LaRoche, Ed Mick, Norman K. and Tommy Scarcello) and drop stuff in our lap that Tony wanted done. Surprizingly, none of them ever stuck around to help us actualy DO any of it. They were mostly busy acting as Tony's Gauleiters.The more I think on it, the more I think Tony actualy modeled the Foundation on the Third Reich
Sorry for going on like this, it just popped into my head at the time.

Thanks for all you have said. You are so brave to write what you really think and feel. And those thoughts are quite justified. Tony invaded our innmost everything and tried to chenge who we were to be like him. All those good things that happened were because of God, not Tony. Unfortunately, Tony forgot that, and that is why he is where he is.
He used to sing "To God be the Glory." I think he envisioned us all thinking "to Tony be the glory." And many of us did. Bravo to those who had enough ego to say

In light of everything that is being said on this message board, the Lord keeps bringing this scripture to my mind. (No, Tony didnâ€™t remind me of this scripture like you are probably going to say. I talk to the Lord myself, and believe me, Iâ€™ve talked to him about you people.)

Ivy do you not realize that you are sinning everytime you tell someone their going to hell? Who are you to judge? I don't believe you hung on that cross, beaten to a bloody pulp for hours until dying. Jesus did that for all of us, can you imagine that being your son (although your too young and immature for children) or your brother? It brings true tears to my eyes when I think about what he went through just so we could have eternal life. I feel so sorry for you and everyone else who is worshipping Tony instead of Heavenly Father because they are the ones who should be in great fear for the day when they stand before Jesus Christ and have to tell him, yeah I fornicated with Tony, or yeah I allowed Tony to molest and beat my child because he said it was what you wanted. Do you truly think Jesus and Heavenly Father want that? Do you really think God is sitting up there saying oh yeah, it's okay to beat and molest my children because Tony is the true prophet of the world and what he says is fine. Or maybe you think God follows Tony rather than Tony following God, maybe that's it! Yeah this sounds stupid, I realize, and so does everything that post sweetheart. Search your heart, search your soul and listen to what God tells you without the consult of Tony and I think your in for quite an awakening. I pray for you and all the others nightly, and I pray for all those who have been there before you and gone through the truths that we speak on this board, and I thank my father in Heaven constantly that I did not have to go through the things that they did.

I am sure that even God is cringing at this so called Christian language and behaviour that you alamo supporters use.
Probably even Tony would be disappointed in you because for an outsider to sit and read all of this, they would definately not believe that a leader who allowed his followers to speak and behave in such an outrageous and rude manner would be a leader led by God.

All the time that you spend trying to convince outsiders how righteous and godly Tony Alamo is, is blown to bits by all your nasty posts.

Seriously think about it from a mature point of view if you will. The Alamo supporters are the ones trying to prove that Tony is led by God and that everyone else is just trying to destroy Tony, for whatever reason.

If you, alamo supporters, had never heard of Tony Alamo, and you were seriously trying to get some sort of answers about whether or not he was truly led by God, would you find what you are saying very convincing?

I know you will come back at me with something rude, at this point I expect nothing less, but I think that if you really search your heart, deep down you know this is true.

If you truly believe that Tony is who you think he is, then do you not think that he is capable of defending himself?

And if you are truly worried about someone getting turned off from following Tony because of what the non-supporters are saying, consider this: If Tony really is chosen by God and God wanted to choose someone to be a follower of Him through Tony, do you not have enough confidence in God to see his will be done regardless of what is said on here?

Why don't you let God and Tony fight this battle instead of coming on here and making Tony and his ministry look like such an unattractive ministry?

Please really give this some consideration. Right now things don't look too attractive and as a "mostly" outsider, I have to tell you ... they ain't getting any better.

This is Misheal again. Rebecca, first of all, the things I stated are very personal. Things I never even told my mom because I was too ashamed. I just never went back to your house after that. Your dad used to always ask me in front of people, “Why don’t you come over anymore?” I hated him, because he knew why I wasn’t coming over anymore. I didn’t even want to post it, but I couldn’t sit back and watch Pastor Alamo be accused of such vile things, by people such as your dad, when I knew the only ones I had ever seen do those things were your dad and mine. You so quickly shoot them down as lies when you really have no idea. You just don’t want to believe it. If you really believe that Pastor Alamo just sat and thought up those incidents and had me write them (which I don’t believe you really think that. I think you just said that because that was the only way you could really defend your dad because again, you don’t have any idea.) How would Pastor Alamo have known that I used to go to your house and we used to lay in his bed watching TV till late? If Pastor Alamo had made something like that up and made me write it, I would leave the church. I would have no respect for him. As far as the incidents with my dad, you have no place saying anything about that. You weren’t there. My dad and my sisters were there, and they haven’t denied it. (Even if they did it is still true. I’m not making it up. If I was going to make something up, which I would never do, but common sense would tell you I wouldn’t make it up about my own dad).

As far as your version of why your dad left. I have never in all my life heard of Tony making people go sleep in missions, especially people that are out distributing the literature. We currently have witnessing crews that go all over the United States every week, and an enormous amounts of money is spent putting them up in the finest of hotels and paying for them to eat at very nice restaurants because Tony doesn’t want them having to eat at fast food places unless they choose to. (There he is again caring about their health. He cares for people usually more than they care for themselves). And the people who go out witnessing volunteer to go because they love going. So I have to believe you were given a lying version of what went on from your dad, and you choose to believe him, just as you choose not to believe me. That’s your decision. I can’t help that. I didn’t figure you would want to believe it anyway. But that doesn’t change the fact that it’s the truth.

2nd. I liked the same girl (in relative silence) from kindergarten till 12th grade. I don't think anyone but my closest friends and my parents even knew. My cousin, who was Jeannie's best friend told that she didn't remember ever knowing about it. And I never told Jeannie about it, I only told phoney A-lame-O that I had a dream about her. Did not even get the chance to tell him what it was about. So phoney, I know that no stalker and the rest are you.
