How much does it pay? My son will be looking for a job when he gets out of the Marines. I'll tell him about it. He might be able to do the whole talk show circuit. I hope Montel pays better than the Vatican. The only one I've ever seen that pays worse than the Vatican is Tony. LOL

Yeah, at least the Roman Empire pays more than $5 a week. At least minimum wage. And I would presume you're let out of prison long enough to spend it. lol

By the way, $5 a week equates to 0.125 cents per hour and that's just for a 40-hour week. Average week at the cult was 90 hours a week and sometimes more.

And if you were a bad little boy or girl you would have your measly 5 bucks taken away.

FYI...I read somewhere else on Factnet that the Montel Show is being taped today...and aired at a later date.

It would be interesting to watch. There are so many similarities between all these different cults. When you are in these groups you think your group is so unique. When you get out and find out that ALL these different leaders CLAIMED to be HIGHLY CALLED OF GOD, that their group had the TWO WITNESSES, and that they are God's one mouth-piece on earth who must be feared and obeyed.

Then you find out all these guys are living by a double standard, fleecing the flock, sexually abusing the women, abusing the children and adults, etc. Sure is an eye-opener!

You realize Tony Alamo is just a two-bit con-artist....walking in the footsteps and trodding the same path as Jim Jones and David Berg (Children of God).

capital punishment would be sweeter still and who knows by the time they nab him it could very well apply. Not wishing anyone to die at his hands but if thats the way it happens to play out Im a staunch advocate of capital punishment. Let him meet his maker asap and get where he's supposed to go as quickly as possible - the sooner the better!!!

SG, The incidents of these things happening is increasing and I used to wonder why. But its getting pretty obvious to me. If the bible is indeed true and I know it is, then many many liars and fakers would have to come up to cast doubt on the real thing. Its going to be really hard for the world to actually except the real thing because they will be so dull and turned against it by that time. It will take someone who is really in tune with God to know the difference.

I saw another documentary on Adolph Hitler the other night and it reminded me of Teeny Tiny. Little men tend to have BIG psychological problems due to several issues that arise:

I understand Montel's show is due for cancellation; Dr. Phil and Oprah seem to be a better choice should you consider the afternoon show route. Since prime-time has enough viewers to make a difference, let me suggest Keith Olbermann on MSNBC or Greta van Susteren on Fox News Channel or Nancy Grace on CNN, for starters.

I have maybe watched Montel Williams show a total of 2 times in my life but he had some lady named Sylvia Browne on there once who is some type of Psychic- who speaks like she smokes 2 packs a day! I tell you, I could do what she does-someone says "is my mother happy on the other side" and she replied "oh yes honey she is great she wants you to relax and enjoy life"..duh.... "Is my father in heaven", oh of course , he wants you to know he liked the gift you gave him 5 years ago!..hahaha

He has a good show, yes, and if someone on the board can get on his show before they pull the plug on it, great. What I'm saying is, if you can't get on his show, there are others.
