Here is what I know regarding Tony Alamo: I came to the foundation a long time ago and I really got saved and filled with the Holy Spirit and dedicated my life to serving the Lord Jesus Christ. Throughout the years I kept my eyes glued on God and minded my own business. To make a long story short, about 10 years ago, during the time when Tony Alamo was in prison he had asked if my 12 year old daughter, Katrina could come and stay at his house to be a companion to his stepdaughter, Rebecca, who also had been a good friend to my daughter. They were to be home schooled together. It sounded fine to my daughter and me.

At first I heard regularly from my daughter but after awhile I stopped being contacted. This started to really bother me so I told Tony I wanted her back home. Of course Tony rebuked me and told me I was interfering with God's will. Much to my relief my daughter was sent home shortly after the rebuke from Tony Alamo.

After Katrina returned home I was told by her the most horrifying story I had ever heard about Tony Alamo. The perverted things he was doing and the appalling things that he had poisoned my daughter with.

When she would go to the prison along with other little girls, ages ranging anywhere from 11 years to 17 years, Tony would not talk to them about the Bible, like I would expect, but rather Tony Alamo would tell them that they were to be his wives...some already were!! He warned them not to tell their parents, because they wouldn’t understand and may cause a scene!

Katrina was given explicit details of everything from oral sex, how Tony and his other little-girl wives were going to have threesomes once he was out of prison, he also bragged about the (supposed) size of his penis, and many other disgusting pornographic subjects that would repel any decent adult. This little girl who never watched TV or heard a cuss word was freaked out by the things “Papa Tony” told her. Katrina would tell me how, when in the prison visiting room, the girls would take turns being shields and keeping their eyes open for the guards while Tony would reach his dirty, perverted hands up the girls blouses, etc!

Needless, to say I was sickened beyond description upon learning these sordid details and moved fast and far away from that horrid place very soon afterwards. I don't like to think about Tony and the atrocities that are, to this day taking place there still, and from what I hear, are more brazen and bad than ever before.

I felt it was my responsibility as someone who knew first hand of the truths regarding this perverted Tony Alamo. To share it, if peradventure, it could help someone out. I know my little 12 year old girl did not make that stuff up; she heard it from the self-proclaimed 'world pastor, Tony Alamo'. I am thankful to the Lord Jesus from the depths of my heart for delivering my family out of the Alamo Foundation. It truly does amaze and sadden me that some mothers and fathers, some still in the Alamo Foundation and that they would allow their precious little girls to be offered up to that perverted, child molesting old man...to have sex with and be subject to his deviate sexual abuses.

Imagine yourselves for one moment back when you were 10. 11, 12 years old and your own mom or dad forcing you to “marry” a 70 some year old man and have him on top of you, raping you!

Thank you both saved_21570 & no_stoppin_me. I haven't said a word to anyone about how I'm really feeling on this whole issue. I been out for about six years now and my son is getting older and older and still lives in that foundation. I'm hurting pretty bad about it. I ran out in the middle of the night with both my children. I got myself a plane ticket to another state but I was stupid and called my son’s father to ease his mind about our son (biggest mistake of my life). I was charged with kidnapping my own son and had to return to the same state. I wasn't able to convince the court about these people so I was granted only joint custody. It is funny how they bad month the government but use it when possible to do their dirty jobs. I am hurting very bad for my son and his welfare. What kind of people tells a little boy his mother does not love him and she does not care for his soul? I felt so alone during my custody hearing they had people I didn’t even know testify against me. I still can’t understand why they would feel I would just leave with taking my children with me. They are my life. I was pulled into the foundation in the mid 90’s. I think the were pretty excited to have me join because of my educational and professional background and what my eyes I’ve seen I simply can not begin to tell. Joe, I thank you for your true concern. I’ve always been able to get a good job; I have my MBA in Finance. It has just been very hard to get full custody of my son because it been very hard to convince the court about these people. They are expert lairs. I was sitting in court and could not believe my ear on the lies I was hearing. I have very little pity for these people even though I know they have been brainwashed. What blow my mind are all the lies and secrets? If they truly believe they are righteous why would they feel the need to lie in court or public? Rainnig, that is funny you should mention that relating to Jodi job. When I left the foundation two month later a letter was sent to the CEO of my job stating that I stole from my ex employer. It was signed by Robert Striet and Shur-lener (Don’t remember how to spell her name) and Nikki R. What in the hell, I never even work for anyone of them. I just lived with them a short time.

I'm sure it is very difficult knowing your children are inside the Alamo foundation. When Judy Shapiro left the foundation she came back to get her 2 little girls, who were still living with their father (Danny) inside the Tony Alamo foundation.
Danny and the 2 children disappeared over night. It was years before they re-surfaced again, the girls were in their mid-teens by then. Tony Alamo had them hiding out all over the US and even hid them in Canada.

Others who have found themselves in the same situation as you sent their loved ones simple cards just saying hello and I love you. I didn't get fired, but it did make things a bit uncomfortable for while. Over the years my boss just joked about the letter and say he still gets stupid tracks from them from time to time. I do still have that letter.

I fly my son down to see me every Easter, Christmas, and summer. (I was granted joint custody by the court) I gave him his own cell phone so he can call me anytime. I’m just getting worried about the junk they are putting in his head. I don’t want my son to lose his childhood by living in that hell hole.

Judgment Entered In Mattress Suit

An area businessman with purported ties to a cult leader failed to respond to a lawsuit alleging he and others illegally sold high-end mattresses intended for donation, so a judgment as to his liability will be entered by default, a federal judge ruled last week.

Thomas Scarcello, believed to live in Moffett, was one of the original defendants named in the lawsuit, Tempur-Pedic International v. Waste to Charity Inc., filed in February in U.S. District Court in Fort Smith.

The mattress maker accused several groups and individuals of selling more than half of the 8,000 mattresses it had donated to aid people hit by Hurricane Katrina.

The plaintiff also stated that convicted felon and purported cult leader Tony Alamo is a “known associate” of Scarcello’s.

In April, Tempur-Pedic filed a second amended complaint adding Scarcello’s business, Action Distributors, as a defendant and detailing further allegations.

According to the lawsuit, Tempur-Pedic contracted with Waste to Charity, a New Jersey not-for-profit agency, to distribute its mattresses, slippers and pillows — with a stated retail value of $15 million — to charitable organizations working in storm-stricken areas.

The contract expressly prohibited selling the goods or distributing them for sale.

But Tempur-Pedic alleges in the April complaint that Waste to Charity and owner Jack Fitzgerald did sell and improperly distribute the goods. He allegedly sold 5,500 foot comforters for $7,400 and 490 mattresses for $49,000 to a warehouse in Bowling Green, Ky.

Fitzgerald also delivered 4,000 donated mattresses to Scarcello and Action Distributors, the complaint states.

Tempur-Pedic alleges that Scarcello owns or controls the same semitrailers that picked up five or six truckloads of the mattresses from Waste to Charity in Greenville, S.C., and delivered them either to his South Fourth Street warehouse in Fort Smith — where they remain parked — or to a Booneville warehouse that formerly housed the Ace Comb factory.

Tempur-Pedic’s April complaint states that the warehouse is owned by Sharon Ast-Kroopf-Hoffman and Elizabeth Mercado, both “believed to be espoused to Tony Alamo.”

Scarcello is alleged to have gone to the Booneville warehouse Feb. 5 in connection with a sale of 3,000 mattresses to an undercover operative for Tempur-Pedic. When the operative counted only 2,650 mattresses, one of the other defendants told him the missing 350 were in a warehouse in Fort Smith.

According to court documents, Tempur-Pedic filed a motion on June 28 reporting that it had attempted to serve Scarcello with a summons, a preliminary injunction and its second amended complaint on April 20, May 5 and May 10; that a warning order was issued by the clerk of court on May 22 and published in the newspaper May 27 and June 3; and that a certified mailing to Scarcello was returned “unclaimed” around June 18.

In response, the court issued a notice of default as to Scarcello.

Thursday, the court granted Tempur-Pedic’s motion for a default judgment with respect to Action Distributors’ liability in the case, stating that Scarcello as its agent had never responded or offered a defense to the lawsuit. According to Judge Robert T. Dawson’s ruling, the amount of damages will be determined at or before trial.

I do remember one isolated incident where the Streits were in trouble with the Perv. They had aquired a bunch of defective, battery-operated toys.
