An expresion like 'The Great Beast' = 666. This is what the first Christian churches debated about. To allow Revelation to be included in Bible scriptures. I found something interesting.

I'm with you! So many of the young men and women who came to the Foundation were willing to sacrifice ALL because they thought the CAUSE was truly noble. We were sincere, but SINCERELY WRONG! It was a BIG FAT LIE! Many good things happened and some lives were changed for the better in spite of Tony and Sue. But also, untold damage was done! So many families and relationships were broken up...only God knows the extent of the damage. The children suffered neglect and abuse and that can never be rectified.
Sometimes I ask God, "Why couldn't I have come to know you in a less radical situation? I could have come to know Christ as my savior and still had a life, married, raised and educated my kids and spent time with them like "normal" parents."

So yes, I have extreme REGRET for staying at that hell-hole for 25 years.
I am just so thankful that I got out of there eleven years ago and that by God's grace I have taken hold of the real TRUTH and FREEDOM.
I am surrounded by loving family and wonderful opportunities. I am truly blessed. God has restored my life!

just want to put some "food for thought" on the table- we can't really afford to think negatively, concerning every aspect of the tasacf.For instance, I can remember getting to read for as many as 8 hours a day, we learned to pray, and prayers were answered !! we did lead souls to the Lord, parents went out into eternity, and we knew God's promise to us was real, when we felt the witness in the Spirit, that they had entered into glory!! and in spite of everything, we did distribute the sinner's prayer, even in foreign languages. I would venture to say, that by the time we came to the foundation, we were ripe to start our lives over again. Everyone I knew had failed me, I had never found a purpose, or reason for living. I had no knowledge of salvation, even though I had heard "hark the herald angels sing", still had no idea what a second birth was. listening to "oh happy day" I just didn't get it, when they sang ;"when Jesus washed my sins away" it was like this blindness to all truth, and suddenly we could really see everything !!!the night I got saved, on 8/10/70, I just kept on yelling "hallelujah !!" over and over again, I suddenly felt just like a newborn baby... knowing every sin was miraculously GONE !!! enter toni and susan alamo... they were the ONLY ONES who were "instructors" and "leaders" (that was THE church we found the Lord in)...THEY were it's pastors, they fabricated stuff, making us to think they were supernatural, and not to be questioned. not too many of us had been "churchy", before we went there. we didn't realize that EVERY SINGLE CHURCH needed a committee, an administration, a government of several people. It was never God's intention for two people to exalt themselves to the position of pastors (which boiled down to overbearing dictators)
So many of the things we were taught did not line up, but they had already cooked up answers to our every question. Just like satan, they had years of experience in deception, and learning how to use the scriptures to their own benefit. they had such an "air of sincerity", and that was a stumblingblock. our eyes became more and more focused on their interpretation of the scriptures, and RULES, that gradually, our focus was more on them than God, or his word.
I believe we will be rewarded for the things we did, if done as unto the Lord.
Until things got completely preposterous (the polygamy, monstrous beatings, the little girl thing, etc.) we really thought we were in a Bible-believing church, serving God. Once we realized we had been psyched out completely...we left. Sometimes it's easy to say "I would have this, or I would be that, if I hadn't have listened to them for so long" but we never know WHAT may have been our fate. It is possible that some of us could have been killed, or been victims of violent crimes, etc. if we had been somewhere else, at the wrong time. Who knows ?
