What the controversy surrounding the Portland International Church of Christ?

I'm in Portland. Perhaps I can find out, but it would not be the Church of Christ (non-instrumental) which is the subject of this thread. We should delete our posts and you might set up a new thread if there is something substantial about the Portland group.
