My last post didnt show up, hope I'm doing this right.. can anyone give my any info on Assembly of God (Newlife church). I am going to visit one on sun and have no idea about this kind of church. Im use to going to non-denomination evangilical. I just came out of a controlling church after 7 years and don't want to make the same mistake again.

My husband and I felt that they were too focused on works. They also believe that you can become unsaved. As far as controlling it probably depends on each church individually. The one that we were part of is a good church and we go back and visit when we are in town. What kind of church did you come out of?</font></font></font>
