Let me make this disclaimer BEFORE I post my question, so the CB bunch doesn't get their VS O-Rings in a bunch..,.

I am not asking for info on Vegans, I already know what a Vegan is. I am not asking for scriptural documentation for Veganism. I have an in-law who has filled me in regarding both, at great length. Do not launch into a hysterical, wild-eyed defense of Veg's, I don't care what you do or don't eat, wear, kiss or kill.

What I would like to know, is whether or not there is anything implied or expressly stated in Rick Warren's Saddleback, Bill Hybel's Willow Creek, Schuler's Crystal Cathedral, Andy Stanley's, the Seeker Sensitive Movement's teachings, concepts, doctrines, books, etc. that endorse, promote or praise Veganism or Vegetarianism?

I would be most grateful for your thought-filled and insight-filled responses.

Isn't there anyone out there that can address this? Haven't most of you evangelicals been vacuumed into the Purpose Driven churches? I would have thought the MCMstaffs, Matthatters, TRS, etc.s might have had some info on this for me... please let me know if you know anything, I am very curious.

God had created plants and animals for man. Bible does not dictate what we must eat and what we must drink. We are all commanded to make wise choices in our eating habits. This is plain and simple. Christianity is not legalistic on foods. whatever is healthy, go for it.Do not feel guilty either if you make wrong choices

Fortunately, I work with the nursery at church on occasion... so I'm accustomed to clarifying and repeating, and then giving everyone a snack Inkorrect.
