Confession: "Freedom Lover" makes me angry. Hiding behind her pseudonym, she occasionally tossed barbed arrows my way during my sojourn on CCG - during the time I was trying to figure out how to handle grief that was partly being inflicted on the CCG.

Here is an excerpt from the first such event:

(FL) "I guess if you don't kiss and make up, then Daddy's gonna take his belt off."

(Me)..."Your words are trite, because the dispute is over a more serious matter than a child's petty fight over a toy..."(I was losing my son to drugs, and being taunted and baited by certain parties on the CCG, who ought not to have been allowed there)

Now she’s at it again. Her latest is entitled “Not interested in spittin contest,” under which title she proceeds to spit.

I’m going to treat some of her words as a message (M) in tongues, to which I will give the interpretation (I).

(M) I'm really not interested in going to battle with folks who no longer post on this board.
(I)I’m going to take some pot shots at people who aren’t at liberty to respond on this forum.

(M)We all went through the same stuff.
(I) Nobody’s experience is unique, and everyone should respond to suffering as I have - quietly.

(M) If as many as two people on this board agree, then that means we all are afflicted with group think. Oh, give me a break.
(I) Let’s lie about their [us at FACTnet] position so it sounds too ridiculous to even ponder.

(M)How many of us have been hurt? Is there anyone who hasn't? Anyone here never been offended, never been misunderstood, never been wronged, never falsely accused; please, raise your hand and come forward now!
(I) Since these are common maladies, we can negate the Scriptural admonitions to bear one another’s burdens, to mourn with one another, and to clothe one another.

(M) I never had one living moment, not one day, not one hour, not one minute, not one second, that I was not in excruciating pain, while I attended Bible college. I mean physical pain.
(I) I wasn’t discerned by the body of Christ, so I just toughed it out. And that’s what everybody else ought to do. But secretly, I do wish somebody cared. And I don’t really want to be so damn mean.

(M)OK, so, I've been hurt, offended, suffered. I'm not going to get in a spittin contest over who is truthful about examining errors and hurts and offenses along our path.
(I)Except for that guy who differed with me on what the Bible teaches about forgiveness. I let him have it, and was delighted when he got the bum’s rush off CCG - cuz’ I can spit at him now and he can’t even respond.

One,

Lots of folks on that board elevated my bp at one time or another, but of course, we really weren't supposed to admit that there, were we?

I guess I'm a little surprised that the folks over at the ccg board are in such a dither about us???? Here they banned you, asked Steve to leave but it seems they are making this board and its occupants their focus to one degree or another? Gosh, things were calmer for them when we were still living under the ccg regime. Maybe us sheepies should all go back, wagging our tails behind us, in a perfectly sheepish way??? I'm just kidding, of course. :-)

I know I'm waxing somewhat sarcastic these days, and maybe that is my way of dealing with the frustration and anger I felt about the way things were going there. I have to admit that it's kind of fun to say what I'm really thinking!!! (with exceptions of course) :-)

There is just too much to do for the Lord to mess around with a bunch of demons.

Have really come to the conclusion that there are a lot of people with mild to severe mental problems that become born again Christians. Good that they become Christians, bad that they bring in a lot of crazy out to lunch ideas. Bottom line one just has to ignore them, help them in some areas, hope they do not get in a leadership position, and get medical help for them when needed.

Brudda you are missing the move of God. You have a good heart but you have demons.

Do you need medical help, or deliverance?
Are you friends with Cindy Sheehan?
Or is this just an attack?

I weally don't undewstand the mindset of those who hawbow active bittewness and hostility.

And I'm not intwested in undewstanding them. That's whewe this wondewful agape love stops bwuda. They can go be wawmed and fed as faw as I'm concewned.

They eithew have an Absalom demon or a Laodicean one. They awe like Michael Moowe or Al Fwanken.

No mattew what you say they will not believe that connections was not the wowst thing that evew happened at the Chapel.
