Not that it matters to Eric, but he has again borne false witness against me on StrayGoats.com, by reiterating the old canard about me "maliciously using private information about a relative for the purpose of hurt."
FACTS:
1. No real names were used
2. No details were given - the word "rape" wasn't used.
3. It was incidental to the entire story, taking up about 2% of the text.
4. The point was to contrast Phil's negligence in regards to his own child with his willingness to meddle in the life of my child.
5. The Stray goats posted all the sordid details (which weren't revealed in my writing) on the world wide web
Oh, and Eric, I did vote in your stupid poll.
Here is the offending passage (by the way, I deleted it after silly Brenda drug my mother into the whole thing, and before more than a handful of FACTNet readers could have noticed it), which Eric lies about:
19 For Bill said within himself (but not to Joe) "Joel is heading for trouble, but I can prevent that from happening."
20 And Bill boasted that he had insight about youngsters.
21 Howbeit Bill left his daughter with lewd people who violated her.
22 And a well meaning saint from Kansas City asked Joe to help, because of what happened to Bill's daughter.
23 But Joe wist not what to do, though the thing horrified him. For Joe was leaving Bill alone.
24 But Bill waxed delusional, and on the web portrayed his daughter as a rebel. (Behold, it is in the melodramatic "Father's Day Sorrow" story on StrayGoats.com)

I responded by sending this to EZ Board:
<font color="0000ff">The board...run by Phil Maxwell, aka ... has in the past threatened me with both physical harm (with a baseball bat) and legal action. Examples of both of these type of threats were still posted as of this writing.
Moments ago, I was scanning the aforemention site when this notice came on my screen:
The administrator of this community ... DO NOT contact ezboard support. This is between you and the community administrator(s).
I have not posted on this site for two years, and have no desire to do so.
However, I need to view the site tp monitor it for accelerated threats, and am now prevented from doing so.
Please remedy this situation, unless you are willing to be responsible for my physical safety.</font>
I want this on the record in case harm comes to me.
