Did anyone see the news broadcast of how Mary Lambert had been released from her duties as Sunday school teacher after 54 years of service because she is a woman? Interesting report. She read the letter which stated the reason for dismissal as being her gender. Yet when interviewed, the pastor LaBouf claimed there were other reasons which he couldn't say. Right. Apparently, he didn't have enough confidence to stand by his interpretation of the bible without tossing out a general unspecified character attack on this 81 year old lady. Now after 54 years of service, she is out on her butt. Nice church. This method of twisting the bible to justify decisions, then saying general negative things to start rumors to maintain popularity qualifies this pastor for some of the big cults on this board. They would love his style.
