Praise to My God and King

This thread is to and for my Savior, and is for the purpose of glorifying Him.

Appropriate material will include the following:

1. Praise and Thanksgiving for who He is.
2. Praise for what He has done / corporately or individually.
This can include testimonies.

What is not appropriate, and will be ignored are:

1. Arguments.
2. Criticism of any kind.
3. False prophecies.

Thank you Jesus,
that You have caused Your light to shine upon me.
Thank you Jesus,
that you have opened up my eyes.
Thank you Jesus,
that you died that I might be forgiven.
Thank you Jesus,
for redeeming my life from the curse of the law,
and seating me at your right hand, far above all
principality and power and might and dominion,
and making me a joint heir with You, of all that is,
by your precious shed blood, which no one else could give.

When I am in distress, You are there.
When the world fails, You are there.
When all seems to be against me, You are there.

There is no one like You.
No one who can reach into my heart and touch me the way You do.
No one who can comfort me the way you do.
No one who understands me the way You do.

To hear You say:
'Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it'
Means more than anything, anyone else could say.

It is my intention, in this thread, to give homage,
to the One who gave His life for us.
I am interested in giving thanks and praise to Him who gave so much for us.

I am not interested in looking at any other man, here,
than the man Christ Jesus, looking unto Him,
the Author and Finisher of our faith.

That is where my eyes are in this thread,
and where I want them to be always.

I may stumble,
I may fall,
like a child learning how to walk,
..but God is faithful, and not only faithful,
but His mercies endure forever.......

...... for this I am eternally thankful,
and I fall prostrate before Him, for
NONE is worthy, save He.

Just wanted to remind you that I am still thankful
for what you did for me over 2,000 years ago.

I agree with you Hombre. Amen to that.

And I would like to say to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ...thank you Lord for your grace and mercy...though I am not perfect, I know that I can come to you for love and forgiveness. I am like an automobile that needs gas to operate. The gas in this case is the grace and mercy of God. So I am a person that depends on the grace and mercy of God on a daily basis. How I need Him so.

I am thankful that I do not have to be judged by others, but only by the Righteous Judge, who will do what is right. God is so faithful and He will not let me go through what I cannot handle.

Through all of the false accusations from certain people in my family, and from "Christians" and even from a few at work, I know that can I plead for the mercy of God to get through everything. And God has granted it to me.

Thank you Jesus. You are always there for me.

Thank you Jesus, that You have chosen to show me these things,
by whatever reason it is that You have,
( for I know that it is not through anything I have done )
that I may live a victorious life in you.
Help me to remember this Lord.
