It's been suggested that those who like the bunny threads find another forum. I like this forum for some things, but a chat client might not be a bad idea.
WARNING: THIS WILL BE A BUNNY CHAT ROOM WITH COARSE JESTING. IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THE CHAT.
For those of you who are interested, you can try the following:
1. Download MIRC, a chat client. You can find the MIRC homepage by googling MIRC. It will list a number of sites to download the software. Just click on any of those links and the software will begin to download. I've been off and on Mirc since 1996 and I've never had any problems.
2. It will download pretty fast. Open the file and used the download wizard to install.
3. When you open Mirc up, it will ask you to register or continue. Continue, unless you want to pay. You will need to fill out a couple of things, like name and nick. I never use my real name.
4. When done, hit connect (you will be on ircnet).
5. At the bottom of the status screen type: /join #PostMCM. This is not a registered room but a private chat room I sat up.
6. I know this sounds complicated but I did all of it in less than 10 minutes today.
7. There are hundreds of channels on Mirc; you might find other interesting chat rooms there.
8. Obviously no one can be there all the time, but you can always open up a new chat room using the name in #5.
This is just an option. Maybe no one wants to chat. That's fine, too.
