EVERYONE ATTENTION PLEASE...
I am dying here....this reminds me of a line in the movie, The Russians Are Coming the Russians Are Coming (1966). Alan Arkin ... Lt. Rozanov taught all the Soviet submariners some English to help clear the streets: "EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY, EVERYONE TO GET FROM STREET!"
A group of sailors tried this in unison with a 8 year old kid and he goes running off..."MOMMMM!"
Unfortunately for you Krispy Kreme, Me and my boy Miltie ain't no 8 year old kid, and you sure ain't no tough soviet submariner.
Attention everyone please...indeed. A big dose of Biblical humility would do you good, son.

JBKREM, I remember when I just got born again back in 1983, the only books in the bible that I am able to understand is the 4 gospel and Acts. Matthew, Mark , Luke, John and Acts nothing else. I would read from Romans to Revelation and had no clue what it meant. I had no understanding. So forget the book of the old testaments. YET, anything I prayed for, The Lord answer. Yet, I laid hands on some people they got healed. You can say I was already walking in "Victory" back then.
I was persecuted, I don't attend the church that much. In fact rare. I had a friend who would ask me to pray for them because God always "HEAR" my prayers and not them. Even the unbelievers around me, knew that God answered my prayers. They saw that and can testify to it. My co workers knew it, my own mother knew it . My own mother would constantly drag me to some contest, because we would ALWAYS WIN something. It does not matter if its the first prize or the third prize. WE ALWAYS WIN.
YET, With all these, I did not tell anyone that I do not understand the bible. Only the 5 books in the bible. And yet I walk in faith with these things. I gave my tithes out of my heart because I loved the church.
So forget your doctrines of victory, doctrines of tithes. And all of whatever you preach , IT DOES NOT WORK.
I have seen healing, I have seen my son was protected when he was RUN OVER by a Mercedez, I have seen miracles. I DO NOT understand the bible till almost the year 2000. When I had to sit down and listen to preacher preach and I had to put notes on my bible , so I can understand it.
So if you ask me to understand your doctrines, Latter Rain, Calvanist etc. Forget it, All I know is the Simplicity of Knowing Christ Works. NOTHING ELSE.

What so bad is that these Doctrines that was created, made the bible and God so difficult to understand, and to say it works based on who ? Like a Pharasees, you started to look for the Greek word, or the Hebrew word, or even start to look for the root word of it.
Trying to find "LIFE" in those doctrines.
John 5:39
9You diligently study[a] the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life.
I would never , ever teach my children all these doctrines. The only thing that I will teach them is the SImplicity of Knowing Christ.
And here is my other testimony. If I always win, why can't I go to Vegas or buy some lottery ?
I remember when I just got married, we do not have any money. My husband bring home only $500 a month , he was enlisted, NAVY. We lived in a ghetto. Long Beach Ca. I had money when I came to america, we used that. But everytime , I buy grocery, I would buy those scratchers. And I ALWAYS WIN ON THAT. That pays for my Groceries. God does not want me to win big, just ENOUGH for me to get by.
But after three months, I finally got my first job. I stop winning. LOL ! I lost for the first time and I stop buying those scratchers.

Ginger, I was talking to Miltie on the phone this morining about people I know who are humble and sincere believers, who have no idea of the WOF movement, and are so incredibly blessed, it is unbelievable.
They do, however, have a great sense of work ethic, character, and human sweat. Krems would call this carnal. I call it putting the principles of God to work.
On the other hand, I have found most WOFers to be intellectually fat and lazy. Always with their hand out, always 'suggesting' to others their needs. Get a job, is what I say.

Miltie unfortunately FACTNet doesn't allow us to give appreciation points to others. You have just rated as one of my favourite people on FACTNet. I presume this is a place holder for our beloved Krem de la Krem of trolldom.
Of course he will be a cheap keep in this birdcage of the soul - the Lord will supply all his needs - confess and believe. Or maybe we need to invite a few of his friends so they can have 2 or 3 in agreement?
Krems, we have a saying where I'm from, "Never pis* into the wind." (I presume that translates into USglish?)

Krems - last year I sat and listened to an EN pastor give an offering sermon (why do they always make it a sermon??) to a group of well to do upper class students in a third world nation. You know what he told them? "God wants you to be rich!!" I mean c'mon!! You are talking to some of the most privileged kids in a nation with some of the poorest people in the world. I sat there wondering whether he could come into a village or a slum with me and preach the same message?
Jeremiah 29:11 was often quoted and claimed for all and sundray as well. Of course nothing was said about Jeremiah 14:11-14 and all the other such references. Claim what you want and ignore what you don't eh!
Come over here to your personal whipping room Krems. We have our boots at the ready ... in love of course. Actually our beef is not with you but with the crud you expound! Just as well mine are steel capped boots eh!

The WOF calls it Faith. I call it Walking in the Lord's Favor.
I remember having no money at all when we just got married. We would go to the Long Beach port, inside the navy base and go fishing. Mind you, it was my first time. We got our new fishing line, We were taught how to put 5 hooks on one line. I remember going there to fish every weekend, and school of Mackerel, large mackerel would come by, we would catch 5 fish in 5 minutes or less. I had so much fishes , I had to give them away.
My husband works in the kitchen ship also, so he brings home steaks and lobster for dinner. Instead of throwing them out in the garbage. He brings them home.
We stop fishing, after I got a job in three months. Those fishes also stop coming. We visited that place and those people told us. It was a good miracle for three months while we were there. The Lord supplies our need and He did it abundantly.
Hebrews is one of my favorite books...
Chapter 10
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. 32 But recall the former days in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great struggle with sufferings: 33 partly while you were made a spectacle both by reproaches and tribulations, and partly while you became companions of those who were so treated; 34 for you had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your goods, knowing that you have a better and an enduring possession for yourselves in heaven.

Hey guys. I hope this thread is not meant to try silence Jbkrems. Even if you don't agree with him consider that:
i. A lot of others in EN might think the same way as him and by arguing their viewpoint, it gives you the opportunity to answer it.
ii. He may be partially right on some points and you may learn something.
iii. He may be right.
EveryNation tries to silence dissenters. Come lets not let FactNet do the same.

Phil, I don't think anyone is trying to silence Krems. More trying to do what you have been advocating and giving him a place to vent and us to respond. Rather than polluting across other threads we are giving him his own thread. What say eh?

Phil, please. What is it in you that makes you want to control everything? Factnet will never be what you want it to be. Cease striving. Everything will be ok. In all love, my friend.

Give Dust a break. I am sad, burdened, heavy, depressed with all of this....and you, Philip, come in to make sure WE give Krems a break and don't hurt the feelings of the leaders in EN.
The second commandment says. LOVE YOUR BROTHER. Those who respect this, show it VERY WELL here. Those who don't reap what they sow.

Matt, I do agree, Its just so sad there just so many young people in EN, are being trained to received Handout. Its not just the WOF who are lazy and highly intellect. In EN, they are being trained to do that.
Proverbs talks about the diligence and hardwork of an ant. The Lord gave an example of it and yet these people would preach about "Claim and Received it "doctrine.
I remember praying, Praying simply whatever in my heart, then you come to church , they start to preach to pray in "tongues". Yet it was my simple prayers that got answered not pray in tongues. I gave whatever is in my heart, Go to church they preach about ten percent. Yet I am the one who got blessed and a lot of people who gave ten percent did not.
I remember praying for a couple that they have a baby, I was rebuke I was told that I should not pray for that couple but pray for the other "EN leaders" to have a baby.
You know, whats so funny, the couple I prayed for HAD a BABY after ten years of waiting. but the EN leaders did not.
Jesus said, your faith should be like these children. Whats so funny, THESE CHILDREN HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF DOCTRINES ! And they work !! All these teachings of doctrines, simply does not Work.
Ginger,
Well put. AMEN. I was praying long before I even knew there was something called tongues. Simple prayer is what God craves, like a child, expecting and believing.
I had big debate with friends we had for dinner last week. In looking for a new church, she is stressing tongues. He wants a place he can learn to be a better Christian man. She said, she wants something MORE than the cross. It got heated, because I am so sensitive to the MORE THAN THE CROSS theology. The cross is all you will ever need. PURE LOVE, GRACE, AND FORGIVENESS.
If you can meditate on the cross and what it really means, that should give you the power and the boldness to live for CHRIST in every way. It's breathtaking, life giving. And, two theives made two different choices. It's all there for us. It's all there. It's simple. That one thief was hanging on the cross...that Jesus promised heaven to... He couldn't benefit the kingdom in any way....couldn't do anything except to RECOGNIZE the REAL GOD. Simple.

Preach Christ the simplest possible and God will take care of all our need. These people will give you like 12 steps so God will answer your prayers. Or how to walk in faith.
I heard a story of a church in Scotland. These people are uneducated and illiterate. They cannot read the bible. So the church set up large projector every sunday and show pictures, mostly in cartoons about Christ. Its amazing, People do get born again and it is quite entertaining.
Make it as simple as possible. And thats all we need.
I have not read the bible for years. To me is whats the point ? To have a "star sticker" as if I am in elementary school from God ? Does God have a checklist of what to do before He answer your prayers ? Do you think God cares about reading the bible ? Or is He more concerned about understanding it ? If I need an operation, I will find a doctor who understand what he is doing not some graduate who can read a medical book but has no understanding.
Ginger, you are cracking me up. Cartoons.
Think about this. Try to sit through a Jim Lafoon sermon. He goes into high drama in the old testament with this story and that. Now here's the deal. Mostly NEW converts that don't have any biblical background. They have no idea what he's saying...they just know..at the pause jump up, say amen, yell, clap.
That OT history is so complicated and he's back there in the thick of it and we're all pretending we get it. DEEP, brother, that' was DEEP. Yeah DEEP SLEEP for me.http://www.factnet.org/discus/clipart/rofl.gif
Ginger,
I do have to add though, I think it is really important for us to study the full counsel of GOd, so we are not fooled.
I get your point though about works, and about gold stars.
Because I really couldn't track with the theology of EN and I was confused, I really dove into the bible on my own and it gave me freedom. But, it wasn't to impress anyone or be a good girl.
I needed the TRUTH.

Yes, Dust. If you read and understand the bible, thats Great. But there are people like me, need help. I had to sit down and listen , jot it in my bible so the next time I opened the bible , i understand it. Its the study and understand of scriptures thats what God wants. Not reading it.
You are blessed to be able to dove in , understand it and get freedom from it. It took me years. Almost 20 years.

On another thread, JBKrems made the following declaration:
"Anyone who "responds" to me, or leaves a message for me in Miltie's designated thread will be hereby and forthwith ignored."
Of course, I find this simply too good an opportunity to pass up. Although my interaction with him has been limited I am plagued by terror* that one day JB will notice me and start responding to the things I post. Therefore, as a sort of preemptive measure I have decided to post in this thread specifically so that he will be forced to ignore me.
Having done so, I now trust that JB will close his eyes to any of my future posts.
And, now that he is no longer paying attention to me I have this to say: JB, I realize that I'm a year younger than you and a thrice over school drop out, but you're the one who posts with both the ignorance and inflated pride of a thirteen year old.

This is a hell of a lot of fun using JB as a scratching post and him not scratching back. Miltie, you are an evil genius.
J2, how do you really feel?
Ginger, I was one of the late bloomers in coming to the faith, and God helped put the fast forword on for me, and I was so mad at EN junk sermons, that I started my quest to prove them wrong!
I guess it's all about motivation.
HOWEVER, you seem to have a pretty good grasp of the scriptures, sister.
Krems you know we've actually captured you. You're in our cult. I've seen the time line. You're sleep deprived, food deprived and you have no support system (except for Philip, but he's just playing good cop, bad cop, so you can't trust him). We are Subliminally programing you towards real freedom in Christ....

Okay everyone- I feel somewhat responsible for this because I let JBKREMS get to me- and I apologize to all especially to JBK Knucklehead though he be. I suggest that we let JBK roam the net replying as we wish.
I am taking him off my invisible list- and we should as Phil suggest respond to him.
JBK do yourself a favor- try digesting what the brothers here are telling you- you have much to learn from them
