Listening to a Baltimore message for the first time in at least 10 years:

Our works are excellent
Strife, envy, jealousy, confusion will fail

People are critical and accuse us without information , deprived of true spirituality.

The largeness of the leaders life motivates the disciples.

Another tragical mystical tour. My heart is broken. If only the spirit aligned with words of the greatness of grace.

Envy attributed to those who disagree. All judged at Bema seat.

Our success causes pain in the hearts of others, produces strife.

Demonic, divisive strife. You can't judge me because I can't even judge myself.

Don't accuse, attack - honor our pastor.

I can understand why affiliates are ordering new signs for their buildings. The previous posts were my interpretation of the message between the lines, based on experience and 12 years in the ministry, much as people had to do in the old USSR.

You caught the smell of the message this morning perfectly...disgusting tripe that it was.

Believe what I say, do what I say, and if you don't it's the devil. And God will punish you at the Judgement with loss of rewards...

Same old Stuff, different GG day.

Personally, I am totally looking forward to meeting God, when everything we are IS truly revealed. They can say anything they want about those who see them for what they are, buy aren't they going to face God too? "Be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation." I can't wait to see what God thinks of their "works."

Jim

The other important issue is that he was specifically announced as Chief Elder of GGWO (whatever's left), not just that church in Baltimore.

My suggestion of a name for the new affiliation: Simply Grace

Mighty powerful contrast of the difference between a church and a cult. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.

1. I am so grateful tonight. Tonight at our evening service I shared with the congregation about the anointing of the Holy Spirit in the life of every believer.

2. I magnified the work of Christ that has made us anointed as prophets, priests and kings. I taught the priesthood of all believers as having an equal anointing.

3. I shared about GG (for the first time publicly) and the aberrant cultic doctrines and how we left the organization. I shared how CHS elevated the office of the elder to a place of idolatry and spit in the face of the Holy Spirit. I shared about CHS, Finney's and Hyles' subjective errors and the false pride it produced. I shared about the false teachings and excesses of The Word of faith movement. I shared how abuses in right wing fundamental independent baptist dictatorships and charasmatic false anointing teachings cause gross error and heresy. I shared that there is no extra special anointing it is finished in Christ and given to us by grace. PERIOD.I think this was the most productive night of my pastoral life. (And, not because I sensed a strong anointing!)

4. Many questions were asked and we rejoiced in the anointing we all share. We stayed extra and shared about the impact this anointing has on us. I can tell you the liberty, fraternity and equality we all shared as anointed children of our Father in heaven thrilled us.

5. We spoke about the office of pastors as being servant-leaders,undershepherds, equippers, encouragers, and overseers in a plurality that is accountable to God and the congregation.

6. We talked about the importance of opening our bibles and discerning. We talked about Paul who was examined by the Bereans...if Paul's doctrine was not above examination neither should our's be.

7. Elder Tom, you are in gross error for light has been shined in the darkness and you choose to love the darkness and not the light. May God have mercy on your soul.

8. By the grace of God, as long as He sees fit to give me speech I will equip the saints. We need to know that we can live in the inheritance of the Holy Spirit's anointing that makes us prophets to confess His Name, priests to offer ourselves as living sacrifices to HIM, and kings to wage war against sin and the devil and reign with HIM for eternity.

For Him,
Dave

true to form you speak with substance,
yet think it not strange after I read your point #7 that from now on people may refer to
'Elder Tom' as simply E.T.

Unfortunately tom schaller is another who thrives on pastor worship or so it would seem. He is a clone of Stevens and it is sad. There are so many that are attached to his "personality" and think that he is one of the most anointed men of God in the world today.

The truth is that all believers are anointed because the Anointed lives with in them. Any Christian who allows the Holy Spirit free reign share powerful words. And any Christian at any time God chooses He will use in the same manner, speaking anointed words from the throne of God, even the backslidden Christian. Remember He is the same God who used an ass to speak for Him.

He uses only the foolish, abased, things that are not, etc.

NO FLESH will ever glory in His presence. I so love this.

In Grace

CORRUPTION AND IMPUNITY: THE CIRCLE OF THE COMPLICITY

The sociopathic conduct of Carl H. Stevens, Jr. and now his predecessor, Thomas Schaller, are typical of ministers who “pastor”
abusive cults or sects. Historically CHS has employed classic explicators for economic, sexual and personal recognition; counting on the protection of his twisted religious doctrines and complacent congregants. Tom Schaller has chosen to employ the same tactics, for example….

1.First these “leaders” have taken command of the organization on the basis of their alleged religious authority and superior position within the Body of Christ universal. To propagate this system members are encouraged to “soul win”
when in actuality they are employing the use of ‘love bombs’ to draw others into the subtle trap of this cult. Once bonds of confidence are
instilled; the particularly vulnerable, may then be used for the cults bidding. These people typically are innocent and naive, such as, the young, elderly, women, those in a state of emotional vulnerability, for one reason
or another, a man's sincere desire to serve God or not so noble, massage the lust for recognition and power by making him a "pastor" in the GGWO system.

2.Immediately after personal confidence in the leadership is gained, based upon faith or superstition, congregants are encouraged to live with a sense of subordination of this leadership. Receiving subtle inferences from the pulpit that critical thinking skills are “unspiritual”,“rebellious” and “ungodly”; it is then that the operation of economic or sexual cruel exploitations may be accomplished, both spheres may operate simultaneously. Modus operandi may not always be so dramatic and ruthless for it is often subtle.

3.The complicities of the close friends of the pastors who abuse play a crucial part in the implementation and perpetuation of the abusive cultic system. Generally, passive complicities on the part of assistants or colleagues of the ministers who realize what is happening choose to keep silent and do nothing to correct the matter. This type of complicity is frequent. Thank God affiliate ministries of GGWO are now taking a stand and NOT permitting this to happen anymore. However, the current elders of GGWO have chosen to remain silent in the midst of the truth coming out. What might be
the reasons for this silence?

A. Simple and worldly cowardice.

B.Lack of empathy towards the human beings who suffer by the hands of this system - ironic since they are supposed to embrace Christian values and justice as fundamental principles guiding their lives and call.

C.Fanaticism by the institution, sect or church; its importance is to silence and justify the most deplorable vileness in the name of "protecting the image or reputation" of the organization or its leaders. For example, the Lang case and use of a half million dollars to shut up an angry husband or CHS’s drug abusive.

D.Complicity in illicit previous acts. Frequently, pastors, assistants and believers are silent because they themselves have participated in some immoral conduct. When their superior in the hierarchy is informed of this
behavior they may be ‘blackmailed’ by the leadership to conform or be publicly exposed.
"If you say what I am doing, I say what you did". Sometimes it is an unwritten rule in the style of the mafiosa gangs, he who exposes the leaders gains the wrath of the institution.

E. Another common cause of passive complicity - people choosing to break the silence and denounce the organization usually do not obtain prizes of popularity with the religious group. Their colleagues often label them as treasonous and the sect or religious organization usually presses them into leaving the work of the ministry or just plain run them off through marking, shunning. ie; Ed Lutz, Steve Brynne, The Leonards, etc. etc. etc…Once denounced they are perpetually harassed through slander judicially, before, during and/or after exposing alleged crimes or irregularities from the ‘group think’ PASTOR WORSHIP!

F. Also, the professional inconvenience of losing use of the ‘company perks’ or the danger of having to find another vocation often prevails on the ethics of these men of “god” (Carl H. Stevens) Their Christian commitment is to protect CHS as vulnerable and to fortify the culture of impunity within GGWO. These egoistic behaviors have created an atmosphere of abuse within GGWO and MBC&S. The elders of GGWO are accomplices operating in silence and indifference of their membership’s suffering. Evidently, professional pragmatics, the inconvenience of losing use and/or danger of losing their ministerial vocation, has prevailed on the ethics and Christian commitment to protect the vulnerable who have been entrusted to their care. Specifically, Tom Schaller has chosen to fortify the culture of impunity that CHS has instilled within him as exemplified in his actions to date, whatever the reason, it is unacceptable!!!

I'm listening to Grace Hour right now.

I thought Carl was on. He was slurring his words a bit, hesitating often, leaving silent pauses.
Then I realized it was Tom Schaller!

He is talking about how they aren't exlusive and don't raise themselves above other ministries. He compares their loyalty to GG to finding a good restaurant. When you find a good restaurant, you keep going back. He then said that GG is just "a family." He pauses, says a few words, then repeats, "it's a family." He does this about 7 times. It sounded oddly inchoherent.

He and John Love are pretty much giving a propaganda line on how wonderful GG is and how well they are doing.

The only callers are GG sycophants who tell how wonderful GG is. Love and Schaller then elaborate on how wonderful GG is. Then another calls in to tell how wonderful GG is. And Love and Schaller elaborate....ad nauseum.

The present caller is crying about how wonderful GG is. She is saying no wonder this ministry is always attacked by Satan.

Now Pastor Horton is calling in saying they will be sending about 20 women down for a woman's workshop. Schaller says, "Ohhhhhh, we're going to have a goooooooooood time." (yikes)

Pastor Horton then praises Junior and decries all "the enemies."

It's just so wonderful to have shut my mind off and let someone else interpret the scriptures and do my thinking for me. And it's good to know that despite the fact the affiliates are leaving, hundreds have left Baltimore in the last 2 years, and the "brain drain" of quality people exiting over 3 decades that I'm just going to keep going back for some of that home base cooking! And damn those enemies.

It' a family...it's a family...it's a family...

Yes, Jim,

I agree. It is SO exciting to see our precious Pastor stumbling and mumbling around the puplit. Even in his dementia, he is so AWESOMELY anointed! Our lives are being transformed daily.

I just feel so privileged to have our Preciouss Pastor communicate through the bathroom door with groanings no man can utter.
