Dead Dissidents,

I pray I am wrong about this. But I believe we have lost somebody to suicide yesterday before much of the news I even shared.

I hope I am wrong and she is ok. But there are many signs that are not good.

I want to caution here I don't know this for sure. That there are other people who are hurting this way and news like this could really devastate some people once there is a name and other factors included.

I can think of two people who are in a similar situation and I want them to know I am there and I hope others are too. Not just in words but in needs and reaching out.

If we have lost somebody I pray it will not be the begining of many. Please keep this in prayer today.

Amen Miss K. I think we all agree that any loss of human life is a tragedy. Thank GOD for this forum so that those who are hurting can share their stories and hopefully fill the void created by their experiences with GG. God loves each and everyone of us and we need to hold to the FACT that God loves us and will weather the storm WITH US, not apart from us. That you would post this here is disturbing. No names, no facts, no nothing...just rumor, innuendo and hype. Reading over your other posts on this board, I am becoming increasingly concerned...I see lots of bandwidth taken up with very little substance.

On another thread, someone else said it...you had better be for real, "miss k", because if you are just pulling our chain here, I for one will be extremely ****ed off. To keep people upset and or hopeful with no real truth behind it is not only cruel it is abusive. I say tis to you because if you are for real you will start providing the facts about this, and quit with the hype.

The kids reading this need more than half truths, more than hype and tabloideze....how about the facts? I for one have had my fill of bull****...if you are for real, tell the facts, if not, stop posting hype. Thank you.

Please...if you have substance to post please do, if not, please stop? You state that the lid is about to blow at GGWO due to some kinds of investigations...without saying much of substance about it...now a possible suicide...

Truth? I am ready to hear truth, not innuendo and rumor. Remember please that there are some very vulnerable people reading these threads and upsetting them unnecessarily, if that is what you are doing, is not only unfair it is abusive.

At some point I will sign my name. Not now. The person I am concerned with I do not know there actual name. I know only a nick name of Cathy.

My major concern is I have not beeen able to get hold of her or anybody around her for 2 days and she was very much suicidal.

I should not have posted what I did, but I was hoping it would bring her out.

I caution you, Miss K...be sure to be careful how and what you post about other subjects pertaining to investigations etc. Innuendo, rumor and half truths are the foundations of GGWO...we don't need more of them. It serves no good purpose to post hype and false hope...this is a delicate time when solid truth is very badly needed so the congregation as well as those working to help them can make good Godly decisions.

The fact that someone would even contemplate suicidal ideations because of this cult is a TERRIBLE thing and defines the magnitude of the disfunction found there.

A GGWO pastor told me in March 2004 of two individual cases of men committing suicide by shooting themselves within Greater Grace Baltimore, one in January '04 and one in February '04.

Can you elaborate? Were there any obituaries that we could look up, etc.?

Do you think it is true that people have committed suicide while in TBS/GGWO?

I know of a couple of cases way back when but it could not be proven that TBS/GGWO had any influence in the matter.

If there is any connection to TBS/GGWO, it should be made known.
