WOW! They have certainly changed things since I was last here. I was just trying to add a Christmas greeting??? Hmmm, guess I will put it here.
Christmas
Another Christmas season has come our way,
To all who love Christ it is a very Holy day.
But each year we find the battle grows stronger,
Many who want to hear Merry Christmas no longer.
They rant and they rave ‘bout how offended they are,
At the name of One who was born ‘neath a bright star.
Oh, this is not a new battle that these folks wage,
To see what is going on doesn’t really take a sage,
Just look in your Bible, you’ll see it on many a page,
Satan hates the people of God, we put him in a rage.
No, it has a new face, but it is the same old game,
Silence all the people who honor that sacred name.
But this Christmas season don’t capitulate to their plan,
Let’s all stand up against this attempted atheist’s ban.
We say that we love Jesus within the safety of Church walls,
Come on let it ring out not just there but through all public halls.
Jesus truly is the reason for the season we are here to declare,
So Merry Christmas, now go and this joy with others please share.
