The one with Carl morphing as some goober is talking about how nothing changes was a good one.

Possibly, the thread title will cause others to share some Lenox stories if we are not all shared out.

It was so exciting when factnet was the tool used to expose the TBS/GGWO cult and set hundreds of people free. The sad thing now is to see how so many have lined up or joined the next cult or cult-like group. A cult can't continue if folks don't attend it. Why did a group disaffiliate? They did it because the cult was exposed and they wish to keep what they have by continuing to use evangelical Christianity to make a living and control people. I know there are a few exceptions but from reading factnet and Discuss GGWO it seems a sad state of affairs. Thank God, He is in charge because it is disappointing to watch how folks would rather have others think for them than find their way with God. It must be too painful to reckon with wasting most of your life with a bunch of conartists under the pretense of serving Jesus in a superior fashion.

Good point about some of those disaffiliated churches. As Baltimore has been getting more public exposure and with Carl and the pain meds situation, sticking with Baltimore has become more embarrassing and politically expensive. Some of the pastors weilding all their own cultic power over their own congregations have decided to start their own cult kingdoms apart from Carl and Tommy Boy. They can now have all the 'benefits' of power, control, and exploitation of people without any accountability to Baltimore anymore. Now GGWO has splintered to form a bunch of cults teaching some of the same crap about delegated authority, total submission to a pastor/teacher, listening to any dissenting points of view being a sin and on and on. How many disaffiliated GGWO churches are doing this, God knows and will deal with them like He's already dealing with Baltimore. God is in charge and will have the last word. One day the GGWO cult will be gone forever along with all the splintered affiliate churches that continue to mislead, brainwash, divide, control, and exploit people.
