…There are some churches that used to be a part of us and they have stopped their bible schools, they’ve stopped evangelism, they’ve changed their philosophy and they are free to do that. But I have a different way of thinking, I say, “Lord, you must speak to me and feel my heart like in the book of Acts because I believe that’s Your will, that’s why you wrote the book of Acts. And I believe You’re the same yesterday, today and forever. Cuz I don’t want to live this Christian life by my power but I want to be broken and I want you to give me the Word.”
And for me this has been 34 years from the first bible school class I went to. and I can say with many of us around the world and we have many, many brothers and sisters. And we’re just starting. We have a great foundation. We’re learning and if we can teach this wherever we go…cuz this is not cultural, this is spiritual.
Do not misunderstand, I have come to the end, we do we come to the end of ourselves. We’re tired, empty, maybe some men of God get bored, distracted. Some men of God, there are sad stories about men of God. And do not follow a man of God who goes off. Remember that. I say that about myself.
We have a method where I can be removed, in Baltimore, we have a way, I can be removed absolutely from the ministry if I go off. We have a board over me 3 men. If my elders have a problem, they can go to them and they with the elders they can remove me. That is important because we do not follow men that do not follow God because this is too important. This is not about people (he’s a big fat liar) it’s about the Lord and His people and we embrace the headship of Christ.
so here it is, Bible school, that’s not something you Must go to. Many of us cannot do it. But if there’s a bible school with rhema, the living word, the church life, it’s the word. I don’t go to church to listen to gossip. I go church to hear the rhema and be built up. I don’t go to fellowship to hear criticism about people. Can you talk to me about truth, love, wisdom, faith, people who are lost, (bla, bla, bla,) (talks about people that sold their house to move to Baltimore, New York, different places)
I’m saying this because you have power with your tongue and you can destroy or you can do the other, you can speak faith.
….this year we have covered all of our ministries with visits by a whole team of people and they say that they discern Christ in the body and that’s amazing but it can’t happen without humility and without the rhema. And that’s what we have.
