Gal 6:10 So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.
Gal 6:11 See with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand.
Gal 6:12 Those who desire to make a good showing in the flesh try to compel you to be circumcised (Carlized), simply so that they will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.}

Yes,
I will comment on verse ten in particular:
Doing good , esp. to the household of faith means we live out the golden rule.
The leadership at GGWO does not practice this, they refuse correction and they are wolves in sheep clothing becasue they devour the flock. Christ has warned us about false preachers and so did Paul. GGWO fits the warnings. When they have an opportunity they use, abuse, malign, judge and tear down the church; and when called to account they accuse others of the very thing they do. THEY are opportunists for self advancement. I speak the truth in love and expose the deeds of darkness.
JB, my Gnostic friend who loves to write in the abstract devotional higher life way...how will this verse cause us to act practically in this lifetime?
Will we place a man before our face and commit idolatry?
Will we demand undying loyalty without question from our neighbor causing them to commit idolatry?
Will we cause others to swear by oath to be loyal to a man and his 'vision'?
Will we cause others to dishonor our mother and father for loyalty to a man?
Will we diddle our neighbor's wife?
Will we cause the unwed to commit immorality by denying them to married?
Will we cause others to commit adultery by encouraging divorce?
Will we cause others to hate those who disagree with us?
Will we steal our neighbor's home and possessions?
Will we bear FALSE witness against our neighbor because he disagrees with us?
Or, is this all Old Testament stuff in your opinion? What do you think?

JB...
What do you mean by "Carlized"... this is about trying to be respectable to the Jews who believed you had to be Jewish to be saved. They thought you had to be circumcized before you could recieve Christ properly.
The referance to "the flesh" was talking about the need for circumcision

JIM BUCKLEY starts a thread (like this one) with a question he pretends to know the answer to then ducks out when the real discussion begins.
BUCKLEY was and still is a robotic follower of Rick Knapp. Still goes to Knapps church in Pittsburg. Still takes notes religiously and spits out the memorized 'docrin' that Knapp
makes his money off of 2 or 3 times a week.
KNAPP, though he had the apparent good sense to split from Carl Stevens back about 1990, had other ideas.
He took a lot of Pittsburg 'bible speakers' with him which really gave Carl incontinence. But KNAPP started his own little personality cult. If you don't believe this try talking to one or several of KNAPPS 'deeesiples' that follow him closely in and out of services and write down every word he says and act highly suspicious of others honest critical inquiry. Really they are just suspicious of 'outsiders' to begin with.
KNAPP is still peddling his version of the controversial R.B.Theime from Texas, and his sterile, rigid military approach to other christians. This is obviously very appealing for BUCKLEY, (a former Marine) who never integrated back into civillian life successfully and who still expects life outside to be tidy, ship-shape, rigidly and neatly packaged according to his small distorted world view. Man, I honestly wonder how he treats his own kids, he has 5 of them.
With BUCKLEY's highly rigid view of things, it may be why he married a quiet Swiss girl he met at GGWO, who is a bit younger than him. Someone who would be 'submitted to his headship' without daring to question him.
LEEGRIFFITH pops in on Factnet only briefly to register his endorsement of Buckleyism. Then LEE retreats to his cozy little church to hide from open debate.
LEEGRIFFITH treats the issue of childcare at church services in this way:'dont bring your kids- period. UNLESS they are willing to sit and listen quietly to me teach "bible docrine' ".
Like the pharisees of old, Stiff, rigid, uncaring, steadfastly clinging to the letter of "bible docrine'"
One more thing. What does BUCKLEY with his 5 kids really think of child molesters? Is he gonna "give 'em bible docrine'" Is his head so stuck up KNAPPS behind that he cant think for himself. Is he not permitted to be 'wise as a serpent' as JC told his own followers to be and watch out for 'wolves in sheeps clothing'. Did BUCKLEY dare read the ggwo/factnet thread "Jesse Anderson?". Or is he not permitted to by KNAPPS ingrained teaching
JIMBUCKLEY are you really this stupid !?

Is this attitude the attitude of Christ? BTW my wife is Swedish, your last post was filled with inconsistencies also. So much for your credibility, but I guess it doesn't matter if you have your facts straight or not as long as you get to vent in hopes of approval. You seem to know a few things ABOUT me, but friend, you don't KNOW me at all.
For your edification please study the Doctrine of Bitterness. You will find it rewarding and possibly transforming.
Eph 4:15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,
Eph 4:16 from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

"For your edification please study the doctrine of bitterness..."
There's is jiMMYbucK's idea of systematic theology--old 'doctrine' booklets published by Carl to cover his a$$ and re-spewed out by Knapp. So sad. Knapp used to have a great sense of humor.
Does he have a carlypopsicle stick up his a$$ like you, yimINYbuCK?
yiminyBuCK, go invest in a good copy of Berkhof--start on page one and don't skip the intro.

This whole bitterness thing is yet another way Carl has of condemning anyone who questions him and his false teaching as evil and divisive. Carl is the one who is bitter and divisive to those who would prefer God's truth over his own flawed teaching.

Mr.Buckley,
you must first master chess in order to play competently.
Parroting is not thoughtful conversation.
You still show your lack for the discernment of Christ's body.
Worse though is the enabler mentality that you possess.
It brings harm to the body but
you don't understand the body.
You protect liars and decievers with twisted scriptures.
