If you need help where do you go?

I have been here since its earliest days and Factnet has done a good job of getting the word out.

It has also hurt other people with attacks on their families and attacks on people they are close to.

I am not suggesting this should be shut down or like.

But a "process" needs to be started for reconcilation in peoples lives.

I think that is a biblical idea.

What do you think?

Before you email somebody direxctly read what they have written and pray about it.

I think that you are better off seeking out help via prayer and somebody that knows nothing of GGWO.

BTW I think if youare in the Baltimore area and need help with any emotional issue Safe Harbor Christian Counseling is a good way to start.

I would avoid the situation here with exchanging emails.

Safe Harbor is a very good place to start if your are in the Baltimore area and you are not afraid to take that first step. The counselors there are all professional and liscensed with good sound academics and teaching behind them. Both profesionally and spiritually.

Sometimes, someone knowing how tbs/ggwo works can help so you don't necessiarily have to negate it all. Sometimes it makes it a bit easier to have someone to talk to who does understand what your trying to say. Sometimes it makes it a bit easier to know there is someone around who will listen to your (general your) rantings and understand.

Those who are offering to help by lending a listening ear, or being a resource to somewhere else do so because they feel the Holy Spirit compells them. They are putting their names out there. Not hiding behind an anon.
Just something to think about.

I would say that you need to pray and go to some place like Safe Harbor.

I would avoid getting in discussions with people who will eventually use your words to harm others.

That seems to be a learned habbit around here and elswwhere.

No offense intended, but when there was ONE thread available for people to post on, there was far less confusion, backbiting, arguing, and people picking at each other so hatefully to the point where you leave the forum wounded more than when you came on!!! People were more able to freely minister to those seeking help here.
Now, you have to wade through a ton of trash in order not to overlook someone with a real need that is posting here.

And, I'm sorry to have to say this to you here, and others have said this to me in emails outside of here. We love you Neil, but many of us don't know where your head is at, and now you have gone and started ANOTHER thread...referring to this one, again repeating where people can go for "help." So now its going to be posted again and again and again and again and again....(duh do you get it yet Neil??)..

We all KNOW that Safeharbor is a place of refuge for those who need help that are coming here on this forum. some aren't ready for that kind of place yet!! Perhaps they needed to just have a place to vent and share what they are going through first, but with the mass confusion that goes on here now, how can that be accomplished? I am all for "healing and restoration"...and its to God that I'm speaking of. Like I've said before, people have their own believer priesthood, and can decide for themselves where they are going to go for church, that is their business between them and the Lord.


To me, You're "not thinking" is as bad as "Dave's" -- he has his redundant posts, you have your redundant threads!! One minute you are saying "restoration is coming with GGWO elders and an outside support system. Next
thing you are suing the ministry. Then you are back to the restoration talk again, then, you are back to where you can't post because your lawyer is telling you what to post and what not to. Neil, does that look like someone with a sound mind or someone with some amount of confusion in their thinking??????? So, which is it today, Neil???? How many more threads are you going to initiate now that will only bring in more confusion here??????

I agree with you Neil. I've emailed others on this site and had it turn around and bite me. GGWO is bad news , very bad news, but seek help from people who want to help and help when it has nothing to do with gain of beating the ministry. Seek help from people who want to help for no other gain or motive.

You just dont get it.
Reconciliation cannot take place without repentance.
The venue for repentance cannot take place in GGWO as much as you may want to believe it.
Many in authority there are classic wolves in sheeps clothing.
Others have pointed such things out to you, but it appears to go right over your head.
What is it really about with you Neil.
Is this board your main source of therapy.
I hope not considering what you and Keri and the kids have been through.
You need professional help. Nothing to be ashamed of. It does not diminish you as a man.
Stevens has viciously nasty things about people who seek help from professional counselors.
Maybe you have bought his thinking.
But the point here is GGWO is not capable of offering anyone a true venue for reconciliation unless its on Stevens terms.

I figured out tonight who wrote me several times.

The last poster at Monday, June 21, 2004 - 01:21 am is not writing to me.

If you have spoken to me on the phone you would know what Keri and I have done. If you go back and read other boards you know about what has happened with us getting help and with whom we have worked with as of late.

No actually I came here to flush some people out.

I got that post about 5 minutes ago.

My next post will be not be obvious. I am going back into cloaked ip just like somebody who thought they could pick something up from me.

LOL I really don't believe people are being so naive as to trust some people.

Learn to read header of email, also learn about proxy servers.

Certain behaviors like writing in caps and sentance structure come to mind.

Notice my IP number? Somebody has the same knowledge and was posting as three different people. It wasn't me. They were actually defending people sometimes here, defending GGWO others, and defending being in the middle.

They were using there real name often and they did so with a real ip number. the rest of the time they were doing something else.

Not as a proxy however. If it was it was overkill.

I am going to bed. My hunch for more than a month makes me feel good that I did not trust certain people.

It appears "evil games" are tactics which are employed to divert readers from the primary issue that Greater Grace World Outreach is a cult.

such as...

*petty arguments on points which have no relevance to the above premise.

*attempts to induce guilt to silence those stepping forward to speak the truth about their experience with the subversiveness of this cult.

*spiritual rationalizing, for example, give grace, pray and don't discuss these matters.

*blatant attacks of those who speak the truth about GGWO's leadership blindly compromising their integrity to follow this crazy and unethical old man who inferes worship of himself is the equivalent of worshipping God- PLEASE!!!

I went to church on Sunday (it wasn't at GGWO).

I didn't have a reserved seat.

The sermon was on Proverbs Chapter 4 and how it applied in the relationship of a father and his children.

My spirit got fed. And I learned a little about how to be a father and to seek wisdom.

Nobody got a "standing O" (except the pastor did have all the fathers stand up to a smattering of applause).

That church doesn't seem to have a lot of enemies.

It will never be like that at GGWO.
