Got to church tonight to find out CHS was in too much pain to preach and had to go home. Good old "Dean" stood in his place. It was simply
B-O-R-I-N-G and definate NO annointing there at all. Matter of fact, hasn't been one there for a few months now. Hmmm......

And the family? They suck right up to CHS. I can't do a darn thing about it either. Too much at stake.

I don't however, see Marr and Robinson doing much to aid Schaller. If this is true and they are going to get rid of "Dean" so be it. 20 something years of his boring messages are more than I can stomach in this lifetime. I'm around a lot too...and am privy to "inside" info.

Can't believe the "turnaround" in Guy Duff. One week he's up at Paul's church telling people there he is OUT of GGWO and that he and his wife are so happy to be OUT (that was when CHS was out in Washington State...) and then, THEN he gets up in the pulpit soon after wiping his butt kissing face. He told more than one person at Paul's church he was leaving Baltimore. It was all a setup. Probably sent there to spy on Paul's church or to report back to CHS who of the staff were there.

So, is it that CHS was really in "pain" or was it the pain "meds" got the better of him??????

You weren't at Paul Steven's church when they told people they were LEAVING Baltimore, AND HOW HE WAS NO LONGER AN ELDER THERE IN BALTIMORE!!! Lois herself told more than one person that.

Fact is, 2 weeks later Guy Duff got up and spoke from the GGWO pulpit which I MYSELF HEARD EVERY SINGLE WORD HE SPOKE. PEOPLE SAW IT ON THE INTERNET THAT POST ON HERE AS WELL. You yourself have said on this forum how he and his wife visted you and how they both started trying to "sell" you again on the ministry and how blessed the ministry is, etc. Go back and read your own posts girlfriend!! Some of my friends and family just got done telling me right before Guy Duff spoke in Baltimore what he said up at Paul Steven's church from the pulpit there AND afterwards when people were "hanging out" fellowshipping.

I heard him drool and slobber all over CHS and how wonderful the ministry is and how wonderful categorical doctrine is...same old baloney the old man has spoken on for the last 10 years. Praise to CHS. Adulation for CHS. It was sickening. He made CHS out to be equal or better than God.

Nobody is being cruel to the Duff's here Nancy. Its just that they are sick of the game playing, thats all. Don't throw the "valley of decision" stuff in my face on here. I'm sick of CHS's "intellectual vocabulary terms" being used as "spiritual talk."

People need to hear GOD's terminology not CHS's.

24 I went to church but I can't say why I went there. Three months ago I was dead set on sticking up for GGWO and CHS here on Factnet. I blasted some of the best writers on here and laughed myself silly over my "wit."

Too much is going on in the church right now that can't be swept under the rug. Like I said, I am privy to many things. Dean Lewis is not the innocent little (pun on words) angel people think, behind the scenes one will find that he does a tremendous amount of the discord causing between the elders. Some of us don't care to see him preach. Perhaps I tuned out the band as you wrote. Tuning out the band for "off" music is not a bad thing now is it.

I appreciated what you wrote (even your anger towards me.) Why? Because your anger is normal. You do have a lot of information and sources 4.155. You seem to be saying you have family within and family who are out. I remember how much energy went into figuring what is truth and what is not. Plus, your eyes have been opened to a lot of stuff that is contrary to how you always viewed this church. And trying to sort out where God is in all this mess is a very difficult task. And it is a damn mess and you have a right to be angry about it. 4.155, what you do not realize is your posting reveals to the rest of us is you are processing your exit. You are right about one thing though, I am a nobody. I was a nobody at GGWO. And in the GG economy there was an elitist status system and you keep referring to it, probably without realizing it. Last night's service was the more sparce I've ever seen it. It looked like a few busloads of people were missing. Dr. Lewis spoke about beging careful who you listen to and was quick to add that he was not pointing fingers at anyone. He also made reference that "many people" were missing. Also that CHS had come to church at about 4pm and asked him to bring certain people to him so he could talk to them. He then was unable to stay for service because of pain. Even the Finished Work singers had fill-ins except for Susanna.

Did something happen behind the scenes to cause this? I know people have gradually been leaving, but there was a stark difference last night.

Whoever is doing the blog sites is having fun, and yes it is at someone else's cost but frankly it goes with the territory. I hope that those being made fun of can remember that the put themselves on a stage, nobody forces them up there.

I don't think the name calling is nice, and I think it is cruel. But remember there is plenty of name calling going on for years. Maybe it will make people think twice when they call somebody stupid, ignorant, or of the devil, etc.

Hey the blogs are not done by me. As far as talent goes I use some better graphics like a swish or a flash file. Frankly my sense of humor is not that good or for that matter of the wall.

Nothing has occurred EXCEPT the moving of the Holy Spirit on people's hearts. It is not one event causing the seats to be empty but a moving of the spirit. Several of us have heard from countless GGer's saying the same thing... "God has pressed on me to leave." It has been happening to multitudes over the past two weeks. The move belongs to God alone. Why are you addressing me telling me to get a grip about the by-laws? I don't have anything to do with them or you. I don't go to Graceways. I haven't been on the website in a few months and YOU know that is true as the administrator. I was in PA at the vet picking up my diabetic dog who had to spend the day there getting 12 hours of glucose testing and monitoring which cost me $155 and I have the credit card receipt for it, not that I have anything to prove to anyone. How would I have known who said or did what at GGWO yesterday??? I have no clue as to what goes on there now. I don't attend and I don't watch the internet services anymore. I have been out of town most of the last month and when I am in town I am at my new church.
