One of the most grievous things to me when I read the Alan Lang story was the involvement of the Hadleys. I know many of them very well and have loved them so much.

I have been thinking all day about them; how they are able to live with all of this. Please, as the above poster said, come forward with the truth! Catherine and Ed! Do what is right! For the sake of so many, especially your own family, do what is right!

I've known Jim and Joe Hadley and Pastor Hadley for a very long time. And if there's anything positive in GGWO, it's those three guys who really stand out. They've always been blameless, serving everyone, they are friendly, selfless and helpful. Really, that's a fact.

The particular situation is most certainly very difficult for them and distressful. It often takes time to realize the whole spectrum of the issue and to plan the escape and/or to make the best out of the situation however God may lead them.

But please don't attack the Hadleys -- I think that would be mistake. They are decent God-loving people and the whole situation must be very difficult for them to endure and to make the proper decisions. As you know they've been in the "ministry" for a very long time and they are fully rooted in it, and any decision they make will affect the whole Hadley family. Please give 'em Grace and I'm sure they're very concerned about that whole incident.

Perhaps their truth could dispel this wave of unrest and bring some closure or some evidence [two or three witnesses] to bring "proper" accountability to this ministry!

Have you read the information about how John took part in the Alan Lang story?

Do you that John Hadley took part in the exodus of Kent Sutorius by saying some really terrible things to him?

DO you know that he was present when another Pastor phyically threatned Neil in front of Keri and others before they got married?

How about the many times he has tried to stop other relationships on behalf of Carl Stevens?

I think John is a good guy but he gets used pretty incredibly.

The deal with the Langs and with Neil would be reason for those parties to go after him rather than the ministry. Neil could go after the ministry with that whole situation if he wanted to.

I think Pam or somebody wrote about this whole incident a long time ago here.

Neil Carrick sounds like he is in tremendous emotional pain and is trying to do the right thing. He definitely has the heart of a pastor; that of putting others first. However, it's very apparent he's been through the emotional ringer and is deeply wounded. I am hoping he will realize it's okay to help himself so that he can be a more effective comforter to others once he comes out the otherside of things a bit.

Information about what John did started way before I was ever on the scene. Before I knew this site existed somebody put something back on the earliest post about me. I had people including Pastor Carl Stevens suggest it was somebody who may be on staff taking revenge with him, Paul, and myself. You want the truth or you want fantasy. I can quote Pastors, I can show email, I can let people listen to messages. What is it you want?

BTW I like John Hadley. I don't know his family really at all. I have thought for some time he needed to be careful about what he witnessed and did. The same goes for me.

I like John, I go to him in a second and discuss things with him. I hope he has had a change of heart on certain things. I will call him and ask him directly with my wife and a few others on the phone if he will take the call. I am not so sure he would.

But the manner in which certain things have been done, well that is not cool to defend.

If I was to go after anybody in a court room John Hadley would not even get close to a short list. But anybody who would defend what happened to Keri and I would be on the real list for sure if they were in leadership and encouraged this kind of stuff now in the present day. no, they simply ran out of candidates. and there are many here who attend GG, those of us who understand true liberty to stand or fall before God, which btw I was taught in GG. yes there are many conflicting doctrines.

That is why it is just plain wisdom to take each message you hear anywhere from any preacher and study your Bible to make sure it lines up with the Word of God. Golly gee that is just Common Sense.

So if you are brainwashed or ****ed or wounded perhaps you have picked up your Bible often enough to be healed. That is exactly what happened to me, but for The Grace of God I was smartened up by Him. Now I make sure anything I hear is Biblical and don't just take words that come out of a mere man's mouth. And discern if there is an anointing. And lately in the past few years there have been few anointed messages.

And it is very unfortunate about the offerings that are taken because when a church really believes Phillipians 4:19 and Matthew 6:22-35 there is no need to beg for money. Just as we pay taxes and rent people would be more than happy to support their church. It is the coercion *spell check* given during offerings that quite frankly caused me, a faithful tither for 12 years to stop giving to the general fund and no I am not afraid God won't bless me because He has in the financial area. I just give to what I am led by His Holy Spirit to give. This includes hurting people, some missionaries and other various gifts.

I am in very much disagreement with what has been happening the last few years, which is all I can comment on because it is what I know to be fact.

I am sure others here that are commenting about the past know it to be face also. But be careful to leave innocent people out of it.

And also the Hadley kids, first of all they may not know all you think they do and secondly these poor kids have been through enough.
