I thought it would be a good, interesting subject for discussion. I don't have one yet (except my spouse), but I expect this to change in the near future.
Possible areas of discussion:
What kind of job do they do?
Are they willing to do everything you ask, or is there occasional resistance?
Do they want to talk to you while they work, or are they willing to shut up and just do what you ask?
Are they cheerful?
Do they ever ask about getting paid?
Stuff like that.
