GOD OF THE LIVING


I post in hopes that the Internet is a vast place and eventually someone will come along and read my posts about my encounters with God and it will help them.

For that person who reads about what I went through it might be a real help because as I was going through my trials and tribulations and conviction by the Holy Spirit back in 97 I had hoped that after I got through it I could pass the word along so that others would NOT be so blind-sided by the experience.

No, sorry, what they teach in Church these days about encounters with God is not based in reality. Most will say if you see God you will die which couldnt be further from the truth! Most have their gods mixed-up! It is Satan that will kill you for he is the Death Angel. His name is Abaddon and Apollyon means perdition destruction and death.

Jesus will set you free, Christ will bring you life not death

And Truth is simply another name for Jesus Christ and He is the life source and God of the living NOT the dead.

The so-called Dead in Christ are with Him now in Heaven and very much alive. They will come along with Him when He physically returns in ALL glory. They mount-up of white horses too and follow Him into battle.

There is only one God and He looks just like Jesus Christ for He is the LORD of lords and KING of kings

Fallacy: Red Herring

A Red Herring is a fallacy in which an irrelevant topic is presented in order to divert attention from the original issue. The basic idea is to "win" an argument by leading attention away from the argument and to another topic. This sort of "reasoning" has the following form:

2. Topic B is introduced under the guise of being relevant to topic A (when topic B is actually not relevant to topic A).

This sort of "reasoning" is fallacious because merely changing the topic of discussion hardly counts as an argument against a claim.

Fallacy: Appeal to Pity

An Appeal to Pity is a fallacy in which a person substitutes a claim intended to create pity for evidence in an argument. The form of the "argument" is as follows:

<blockquote>1. P is presented, with the intent to create pity.
2. Therefore claim C is true.</blockquote>

This line of "reasoning" is fallacious because pity does not serve as evidence for a claim.
