Your dear friend Watchman has decided that he can curse those who believe in the Lord.
(other brethren)
I dare any one to come to his defense in this man's foolishness.
You all talk about knowing the truth, now is the time to stand in truth.
Watchman has taken a very dangerous path.Do any of you want to follow in his steps?
Do any of you want to have a part in his insanity?
This type of garbage has gone as far as it is going to go.
It ends right here with me taking a solid stand against this type of hatred.
Are any of you foolish enough to join in his tirade against another member of Christ by adding to the curses that he has puked out in our Lord's name?(I promise you will not enjoy it)
He has just done great harm to your precious SC.
He has revealed himself to be a hater of God's people.
Dare you defend such demonic puke?
Does he represent you in his curses?
Do you stand with him to be disciplined in his error?
Tell us now where you stand.
Today is the day of decision.
Choose God's way or Watchman's way.
His well is bitter water.

Dave, as far as I'm concerned, I won't try to justify the actions of either of you. You and watchman have escalated your differences to levels previously unknown.
I think you both ought to cool off for a while.
I think both of you guys are cool in my book. But you two have been going at it pretty good for the past few months.

I agree with you Smyrna but the thing is,now I know why watchman has had my attention for so long where as before this I didn't understand why.
He is not what he says he is and that my friend is very dangerous to the spiritual well being of others.
Christians do not curse other members of Christ.
Watchman does.
The unclean spirits that he attributes to others are his very own.
(he has accused the brethren on many occasions)
Where is discernment?
Why could this not be seen before?
I have been harsh at times but I have never presumed upon the grace of God in such a way as to claim that another believer is a servant of satan simply because he disagrees with some theological aspects that are differing from my own.
This is beyond the pale and without excuse among brethren.
This is not Christ at all.
It is of the enemy who daily accuses believers.
Plain and simple.
Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Psalms 71:24 My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
</font>}
David,
I read the dialogue between you and watchman. I am with Smyrna on this one.
That does not justify his prayer by any means, nor am I siding with him. However, when two people go at it, as both of you have, someone is going to do the "get-one-up" on someone.
I understand your position, but you have said some things to watchman that have "also" been un-christ like on several occasions. I read these threads daily even though I rarely post.
This is NOT an attack on you or your stand. Rather, it is an un-biased opinion of an observer.

David...And Now you know who is who. I for one have never found you to be anything but a good example of what a Christian is supposed to be.
And since Bear was willing to side with those who spoke of shocking us and chaining us up I am not sure I would take his words to heart as an un-biased opinion. When you offer to take a part in an action you are not an observer but a participant.
You do good work, never doubt that, and please, please, please do not stop.

'i' stand with "CHRIST".
- and with anyone else who does too.
http://www.factnet.org/discus/clipart/uhoh.gif
We all fall short at times.
Some fall short , more often than others.
- Not that i am JUDGING ANYONE.
- REPENTANCE 'is' a "GIFT"
We JUDGE ourselves by what we each say,
do , and or think.
- (SINS are in the BOOK)
- i never read this (so-called) message.
Actually i don't read all that many posts on this board as a whole.
[...For the CHRISTIANS out there]
If you were writing COPY for a NEWSPAPER,
and CHRIST was your EDITOR,
would HE approve of the Messages you leave here?
- Silly Question - (i know)
This listing would be practically EMPTY
if we all did this.
Many post CHRIST-LIKE at times here.
Though many would argue this point.
- Then there are the others.
Even i have regretted a few messages.
People differ at times with VIEWS.
- Even in our FAITH.
But if done properly ,
(People can get along reasonably well)
- Then there are the AGITATORS/INSTIGATORS.
Their intent is to make you lose it.
So they can accuse you , (after the fact).
BTW - That is not a GOOD-WORK.http://www.factnet.org/discus/clipart/wink.gif
- Being playful, (is a bit different)
- That's how i post at times.
Professional BUTTON PUSHERS are not welcome
anywhere. (By most)
- Insert smile herehttp://www.factnet.org/discus/clipart/proud.gif

Sharon,
It is possible to observe without taking sides! I am an un-biased observer for two reasons:
1. I did not take sides (I saw positive and negative in both, and if you re-read my post, you will see that I did not attack david.)
2. I was not a part of their conversation.
Thus, I am an un-biased observer.
I have read the text between david and watchman, and both are able to dish out.
I did not get into specifics. I merely observed what was taking place, and formed an opinion based on the data.
Have you read their conversation in full? If not, you are:
1. Not realy qualified to make a comment.
2. Very biased in your opinion.

You are right bear, and I am sorry. I still feel the same way about both David and Smyrna. But I was wrong about you. Please accept my apology. You make a good case.
Sharon,
I appreciate that, but you really did not need to apologize. I just wanted to make clear where I stand. As far a the content of the debate, I side with one individual, but the process was equally divisive.

I never side with any one who curses a brother in Christ.
That would not be standing with God.
It would be holding hands with the accuser.
No two ways about it.

Bear I did need to apologize, and I did learn a good lesson. But thank you for your words anyway, it is very kind of you.
David I also do not stand with any one who curses a brother or sister in Christ or any of Gods children. When Jesus said you are either for me or against me, it makes it pretty easy to know which is which.
