I enjoy learning with Pastor Murray. He presents scripture book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse. In my humble opinion, this is the only way to study scripture and get the whole hearted understanding of it. There are things he believes and preaches that are not released on the TV show outright. For example: He follows dual seedline tradition, but this is disclosed on his website. http://www.shepherdschapel.org/answers.htm Although I do not follow DSL position, I won't throw the baby out with the bathwater, he is a great teacher of the Word.

He does not appear racist, but I mean that only in the 'hateful' meaning of the word. He is anything from politically correct, but I have not found him to be overtly hateful. His congregation has followers of all races. This not withstanding, and if I remember correctly, he believes in the separate creation of races and the identity of the twelve tribes (Being White Europeans). All in all, on television, he is about as good as it gets (If you are CI, AI, or BI that is) and his encouragement and diligence has brought much insight to my study of the scriptures. I find I study more often, and have more bible studies with my family after watching him too.

SMYRNA: I'm hppy Godchild brought this up. It serves a twofold purpose.

It shows that Godchild has been lying about Pastor Murray being a racist, and hateful:

This is a testimony from someone who is NOT a student of the Chapel.

Secondly, and most important,even Godchild highlighted it:

So do millions of other people who think that a common ancestor is a ridiculous notion, since that would mean a belief in evolution, which is a THEORY.

In Godchild's mind, God Himself is a racist!
That notion isn't too far away from believing that God has satan carry out HIS (as in God's) "evil instructions" an idea that Godchild ALSO DID NOT DISAGREE WITH on the Let's Talk About Satan thread at CB!

For thousands of years, different tribes and peoples did not interbreed, and no one is calling them racists!

Why isn't Godchild ranting and raving to the whole world, that we are ALL racists, unless someone from each and every family marries and has children with someone other than their own race?

Because unless every family on the planet does that, then they MUST be racists, according to Godchild's stupid attempts at reasoning.!

Godchild can try and get back at us with all this ridiculous rehashing of things we have debated over and over, but NOTHING will erase her LIES!

Remember yesterday when I said we need to get back to the important subjects? Hense, this new thread. Why should just certain students of am/sc have their posts read here? There are good and bad in any group, wouldn't you agree? I think its good that at least those people are honest about what they believe. Only thing is, they think they are Christian too, just like many of these scers, including am/sc. Retract that. I think am knows full well the Word he preaches is foreign to the Lord and unacceptable; an abomination in His sight.

It's just what it means, he is not overly hateful, so that someone would think he is anymore hateful than anyone else.

In other words, since it is so hard for Godchild to understand things she reads, because of her own hatred, it means that Pastor Murray does not teach hatred, in the context of the quote YOU provided!

I wouldn't be calling anyone "bonehead" if I were you. Unless you wants us to start another thread with all the stupid claims you have made, that were not lies, but were thing you claimed that showed you did NOT know what you were tlaking about.

Like:

Not knowing that the Septuagint and the Torah were both the Greek Old Testament.

That Enoch is indeed considered inspired and canonical by the Ethiopian Church, and also quoted in Jude.

That Astronomy and Astrology are NOT the same thing.

That the word Martyr means to put to death someone for their beliefs.

As you can see, you were very smart to hide what your identity, and appearances of those who held up the signs.

As we see, it is just killing Godchild (love it! She keeps bringing it up) that she can't see more, so she can make childish, stupid and silly comments about someone's personal appearance to try and hurt someone's feelings.

Some Christian holy roller, huh?

Just like when she posted she saw Pastor Murray on the SC prgram, and said he looked like a pig, and she even posted: "oink oink, no wonder he doesn't eat pork."

With people like her here, why would anyone post their photo?

And bonehead, how's patricia? Seen her lately? My daughter flew over to Florida last night to meet her husband on a job there. Want to meet some of my family, bonehead? They're going to be in DisneyWorld for two days, but they have another five days to "see the sites". My ex's brother is looking forward to being with them for at least a day. Wouldn't that be fun.
