According to their doctrines, Blair Adams carries the authority of Jesus Christ for the people in their covenant community. They claim to outsiders, to be led by a plurality of elders, but each of those elders stands under the unquestionable authority of Blair Adams.

Destructive Mind Control
Blair Adams (their apostle with unqustionable authority,) believes in thought control, which controls choices. And he also believes the one who controls the information control the thoughts, as well as the one who determines the basis of culture controls all these things. This is not a matter of ignorant leaders who know nothing about cult dynamics that just innocently implemented them. This is a well informed and thought out methodical approach to leadership and ultimate authority and influence over the lives of those under them.
