What does a subscriber do to report Trolling? What is the penality for the same? How is this enforced if any?

I'm not an admin, but I have your answer:

If you go to the Pay-to-post FAQ at the top of the forum page, you will read this:

New Discussion Forum Rule for all Pay to Post Subscriptions:

Please note the new discussion forum rule that has been added to the registered user agreement that all posting members have agreed to including all amendments to this agreement. Your obtaining a new pay to post subscription legally binds you to agreeing to this new rule as well! The following was added recently to the registered user agreement:

“We are serious about our discussion forum rules contained within the Factnet website user agreement! If you violate the website user agreement rules or the discussion forum rules, you will be barred from posting in the discussion forums and no paid subscription refund will be made to any website user agreement or discussion forum rules violators.”

Obviously this covers trolling, and of course you simply report to the admin via the PM system or emal mrfactnet@gmail.com
