Hi friends....I have decided to file a lawsuit against Rose Creek Village for mental harm and coercive tactics....any advice on where to start? This group is located in Selmer, TN. I have tried to talk to them but they just get defensive and continue to treat me like trash ....indicating I'm hopeless and they cannot be friends with me anymore.
I want to specifically bring up in a court of law how the leaders sent me
out of the village for losing my temper....for a week....and said I could not
see my husband and kids but twice that week.
Also their coercive tactic of having several adults confront one person in a very condemning way.....like judge and jury .....for something like saying a curse word under your breath when you are very upset.
And also they have started to separate out difficult children....leaving them in a room alone during the school day ....separated from the other children...because of their sins.
They don't seem to care about people that much but rather or not people are obeying and producing.
Any advice on how to get this rolling would be appreciated. They have hurt a lot of people but still carry their arrogant air....no one usually does anything to reveal the harmful things to them when they leave because they are such good christians they just forgive this group and leave them in a position to hurt yet another God-seeking person.
