For those who don't know, Bruce went to be with the Lord yesterday (Saturday June 14/08) at 5 pm. After he fell yesterday afternoon, Kathy asked him if he wanted to go to the hospital and he told her no. But he was unresponsive shortly after that. After Curt talked with the doctor over the phone they had an ambulance take Bruce to the hospital. The scan they did of his head showed hemorrhaging in the brain. They don't know if it was from the fall or the fact that he desperately needed platelets. There wasn't anything they could do for him at that time as the damage was already done to his brain. Death came quickly and he didn't appear to suffer.
