Dear FACTNet Community,

This email is a little unusual in that we regularly send only the newsletters out; however, with the current situation and challenges we felt it necessary to provide you with information and an opportunity to join us in solving our current challenge.

Here is the situation, the costs of implementing the new discussion board software and the new home page blog upgrades have run considerably higher than originally anticipated and frankly we're financially in a temporary tight spot. As a result, our current bank balance is about one-third of what it should be and by the time we implement all the security that is needed for these new upgrades our cost will be about three times what we originally anticipated for these projects.

We invite your generous help and support to remain financially viable and to continue to deliver the survivor information, healing, and support that so many rely on. We sincerely thank all those that have donated over the years and especially those who donated in our recent fund raising drives---including a recent anonymous donor that sent a large donation to support FACTNet's vital mission.

We are sincerely grateful for all your past generosity and invite you in this special situation to help support all of our great work. Please follow these links for simple and anonymous ways to donate quickly and easily to FACTNet today:

p.s. In case you haven't noticed we have done quite a few things to upgrade our survivor recovery mission statement. Please visit the following link and see how FACTnet is evolving towards more healing education and survivor support: http://www.factnet.org/mission.htm (http://www.factnet.org/mission.htm)

p.p.s. We know that many of you out there have a lot of information about your past cult experience and cult recovery. We have also noticed quite a few exceptional videos about these subjects on YouTube.com. We invite you to share with us your favorite videos, either that you have created yourself or found in your own research. We want to share these videos on our home page blog and via the quarterly newsletter. Be part of FACTnet!
