newsgroup spam, we do not want to risk the possibility that the message
will be removed. Thanks for your help and patience.]

FACTNet's newest court victory over Scientology gives every
ex-Scientologist and individual who endured an infraction from the
organization, a
unique and urgent opportunity to help bring criminal charges on David
Miscavige and the Scientology organization. Whether you are part of the
Free Zone and might someday be sued by Scientology for copyright
infringement or whether you are a critic who believes that Scientology is
dangerous, this is a unique opportunity to help enforce justice. Here's
why.

The judge's recent FACTNet ruling authorized FACTNet to show the court a
clear and convincing pattern of premeditated copyright registration
fraud. It is important to note that Scientology's copyright registration
fraud would not have been discovered if not for the courageous help of
former Scientology executives like Jesse Prince and Vaughn Young who
spoke out and the many former Scientology members who sent original
Scientology copyright materials to FACTNet. Through their actions, these
individuals have rejected or broken Scientology's grip of intimidation.

The FACTNet case represents an opportunity to expose copyright registration
fraud to eventually free all former Scientology members from Scientology's
copyright abuses --
copyright abuses Scientology has repeatedly used to silence
religious dissent, crush religious reform and obstruct religious freedom.

To seize this unique opportunity, help us gather additional evidence for
proving more of Scientology's
copyright registrations are fraudulent. FACTNet has already received
many originals of early materials that do not show a copyright notice
and that are substantially different from the copyright registrations
Scientology has submitted to the copyright office and the Denver court.
While we have many already, we need more to present the judge with
overwhelmingly clear and convincing copyright fraud evidence so the
court is compelled to go to the federal prosecutors office (as
they said they would) to begin a criminal action.

To assist us, please search your personal archives for the following:

Any free standing HCOB from the red HCOB volumes that does
not have a copyright on it and/or is very old or appears to be a first or
early issue
of that particular HCOB.

Any free standing HCOPL from the Green HCOPL volume #6 that
does not have a copyright on it and/or is very old or appears to be a first
or early
issue of that particular HCOPL.

If you have any of the documents as described above, please send us a copy
immediately. Mark the package "for litigation evidence submission only"
and let us know exactly how and when you acquired the enclosed HCOB or
HCOPL. Be sure to include your name and how to reach you. In addition, if
you know of any past Scientology programs whose practice it was to destroy
such originals,
please let us know.

You have the power to ethically and legally bring Scientology to justice
if you have this material in your archive and you DO NOT LET FEAR STOP
YOU FROM ACTING NOW! You ALSO have the power to reopen every copyright
raid Scientology has illegally and successfully undertaken, and turn it
into a criminal fraud case.
(There is no statute of limitations on such criminal fraud until it is
discovered.)

Scientology is in a legal corner and vulnerable if we

Other things you can do AFTER checking your archives:

1. Help support and encourage other former high level executives to
come forward to tell their stories as Jesse and Vaughn have.
Several others have already done so, and I expect
new faces will continue to emerge to tell their stories, as well.
2. Give FACTNet the addresses of any former Scientology IAS patrons
found at so that, in an
act
of poetic justice, we can contact them about helping fund the Scientology
litigation and the Victims' Relief Fund to help other former Scientology
executives like Jesse Prince to come forward.

4. Contact the Hubbard family heirs, particularly Mary Sue, Arthur and
Guy White, and Suzette's ex-husband. Encourage and support them to come
forward to disclose the copyright transfer fraud so they can rightfully
claim their $400
million inheritance from Miscavige and the Scientology executives
who stole it from them. This may be difficult, as the family members are
under a Miscavige-designed "house arrest" where all
