Subject: You can help bring Scientology to its knees if....

You have any old HCOBs that were listed in the HCOB volumes or have have
any HCOPLs that were in Volumes 0 or 6 that do not show a copyright
notice. Factnet has already received some originals of these earliest
materials that do not show a copyright notice and that are substantially
different than the copyright registrations that Scientology has
submitted in the Denver court.

Jessie Prince and Vaughn Young and others have talked extensively about
originals not originally having copyright notices and these notices
being added in the 1982-1986 Miscavige mass copyright registration fraud
on the US copyright office.

If you have any of these documents Factnet needs to know right away.
This clear fraud documented with even more originals that are coming to
us now will bring Scientology to its knees because:

The judge already suspects fraud and stated on the record that if there
is a fraud he absolutely WILL bring in the federal prosecutors office.

Additional originals without copyright notice will greatly help Factnet
dismember Scientology's bogus copyright suit against us and as a bonus
most likely lead to the stripping of all false Scientology copyrights
and removal of copyright protection on others for copyright abuse.

Losing the case will hurt, but publicly losing the copyrights and the
humiliating exposure of the illegal copyright scam is a blow that I
believe is so devastating will bring Scientology to their knees and
force them to throw out Miscavige as a "renegade" operating off policy.

I believe it will also expose all Scientology attorneys and their firms
and insurance companies to damages that will chill the whole lot of them
even though some of them have forced Scientology to put up bonds to help
shield them.
