Subject: Critical Update--- Sue Bryce and Scientology's massive
copyright registration fraud.

1. Sue Bryce the Scientology executive mentioned in Jesse Prince's
declaration at
http://www.factnet.org/Scientology/jesse_prince_affidavit.html appears
to have left Scientology, but is under considerable current pressure to
remain absolutely silent about the 1983 meeting where Miscavige orders
her to perpetrate the massive copyright registration fraud that Jesse
Price describes. She has all the details of this fraud. She enacted it
directly.

She doesn't know it yet, but as their fall back position if anything
goes wrong in the Denver defense on these issues, Miscavige and the
Scientology attorneys plan to blame all copyright registration criminal
fraud on her personally as a renegade executive operating outside of
Scientology policy. (You know the renegade scam. Miscavige has done this
over and over again to Mary Sue Hubbard to Mayo and many others.)

Sue Bryce is currently the most dangerous legal liability Scientology
has in the copyright cases. If you know Sue or her parents or family and
have their addresses now is the time to contact her (or them) and ask
her to come forward and courageously break the fear grip of Scientology
like Jesse and so many others have. She is in a position of enormous
personal liability not to mention having Scientology pressuring her for
the rest of her life because of their fear of her ever coming forward.
Help Factnet support her coming out ! Write her today and/or write her
family.

I believe it is only a matter of time before she realizes that if she
comes forward now it is Miscavige and Scientology who go down on this
not her --- and that she will be supported by the huge community of
people who have freed their lives from Scientology control or
intimidation! I pray and believe with your help it will be just a short
amount of time before we see Sue Bryce's declaration corroborating
Jesse's declaration.

2. Factnet wants to thank the many individuals who are stepping forward
with critical information on the HCOBs fraud mentioned (in the first
posting at the end of this posting) and the many individuals are also
helping with information on Scientology's policies, methods locations
etc. on preserving LRH originals from the second posting at the end of
this posting. Please do not stop sending us information. It like piecing
together a puzzle. Everyone piece is needed and your piece may be the
final one necessary to complete the evidence picture.

3. Information has surfaced on Scientology's micro-filming of Hubbard
documents. If you have info on this let us know as it was not covered in
either of the postings.

4. Are Scientology operatives trying to plant or alter copyright
registrations at the US copyright office? Factnet just told
Scientology's attorneys Tuesday they had to produce Certified copyright
registrations and originals for each claimed infringement for any Denver
evidence exhibits and that will not change!

I wonder if US Copyright office security will be interested in looking
into the Denver copyright registration fraud and why so much activity is
currently going on on the Hubbard and Scientology copyright files?
Hmmmmmmmmm is Scientology trying to back door the Denver registration
fraud by another level of fraud on Copyright office files?

Subject: Help Factnet document Scientology's New level copyright fraud &

update!

There is little doubt that if it wasnÂ’t for Vaughn YoungÂ’s copyright
declaration and Jesse PrinceÂ’s copyright declaration AND JesseÂ’s going
public on the criminal activities of Scientology, Factnet would not have

discovered a whole new level of Scientology copyright fraud on Judge
Kane and the Denver Federal court.

Their declarations and JesseÂ’s going public have helped to break the dam

of fear and silence Scientology was previously able to enforce or many
former members and former high ranking executives. It is because of
these new people willing to speak out that I am able to reveal a whole
new level to ScientologyÂ’s copyright fraud.

Here is what I have been told by new and old reliable individuals who
were involved and who are sending collaborating hard evidence and
declarations.

1. Factnet absolutely did not scan or create the HCOB volumes found on
Bob PennyÂ’s computer. (Bob was a former Factnet director)
2. Scientology absolutely knew Bob and Factnet did not scan or create
the HCOB volumes found on Bob PennyÂ’s computer.
3. Scientology knew and had exact copies of the unique HCOB volumes
found on Bob PennyÂ’s computer most likely years before Factnet was even
in existence.
4. Scientology and its attorneys knowing represented to the Denver
federal court that Bob and Factnet did scan or create the unique HCOB
volumes found on Bob PennyÂ’s computer when they knew that was a lie and
had in their possession the very same unique HCOBÂ’s and additional knew
all the time who really had created and distributed these unique HCOBs
years earlier.

Here is where you will need more detail to understand the history of
these very unusual and unique HCOB volumes copies. These HCOB volumes
copyright infringements are perfect mirrors of the actual volumes. They
appear to have been typed in because no scanning program is that
accurate in spelling and exact preservation of formats. What makes these

documents like no others I have ever seen is at the top of each new HCOB

are what appears to be the typists codes for the individual(s) who
created them. These codes appear generally as follows:

As you can see, any computer copy of an HCOB with this or something
similar at the top has a unique signature that is very very obvious.

According to the group of people who have just stepped forward a few
days ago, these HCOB volumes were created or typed in the San Francisco
area in about the 1986-1992 period. They were then sent via a Unix
format data transfer to Europe. In Europe a group of former
Scientologists began distributing them in several directions.

>From Europe copies were sent and traded with David MayoÂ’s ACC groups
for
other Scientology materials that the ACC people had on computer. Copies
were also distributed in Europe and at least one copy was sent to
Australia.

In Australia an individual translated the Unix based copies into a set
of IBM compatible copies and began distributing them. At least one of
these IBM copies was then sent to the US. This US copy was sent by one
of the receiving US parties to Bob Penny anonymously in August/September

1993. (This was a year or more before Bob Penny ever became a director
of Factnet.)

But it gets better! Scientology also failed to enforce any copyright
violation on the individual(s) they knew had copies and had distributed
them because of other very embarrassing factors that will soon come out
in court and/or in declarations. This knowing failure to enforce may
also have serious consequence on their copyright enforcement rights now.

So, here is what we also need from you or anyone you know who was
involved in or has knowledge of the distribution or possession of these
most unique signature HCOB volume copies:

1. Contact your networks and show them this information to see if
anyone has anything relevant. If so,
2. We need a declaration sent to us that you or they had knowledge of
any or all of the events surrounding the creation or distribution of
these unique HCOBÂ’s.
3. We need you to say if you have or had a copy of these in your
possession or knew of individuals having copies of the unique HCOB
volumes and thedates of their first possession.
4. If you have copies of these you need to send us a copy clearly
labeled "for Factnet litigation ONLY for evidence submission."
5. Most Importantly, we already have some hard corroboration that
Scientology definitely knew of the existence of these unique HCOB
volumes copies and had them in their possession. We want to submit
additional evidence and declarations in this area as it is the area of
outrageous and deliberate fraud on the Denver federal court beyond the
massive copyright registration fraud laid out by Jesse Prince and Vaughn

Young.
