*FACTNet incurs these legal expenses solely due to Scientology's lawsuit against us. Amounts are currently running $50,000 to $80,000 per month due to Scientology's outrageous "scorched-earth" litigation tactics. FACTNet needs to supplement its rapidly depleting insurance settlement with another $250,000 to $350,000 by July 31, 1997 in order to continue in the courts.
