Dear Scientologist,

My name is Larry Wollersheim. I won a 30 million dollar lawsuit against Scientology. Scientology offered me 6
million to settle, I refused. The judgment was latter reduced by the California Appeals Court to 2.5 million
dollars. My case is now before the U.S. Supreme Court maybe just weeks away from its final resolution.

I believe that those of you that know of this case have been told many negative and incorrect things. I have
accepted this. Now, because of very real concerns for my personal survival I have decided to break my ten year
silence. My court battle with Scientology is not about personalities. It is about principles and issues.

I have discovered almost everyone now in Scientology is an unknowing victim of a potentially dangerous process
and a transference, deliberately and knowingly created by L. Ron Hubbard. Even most of the current management
are nothing more than manipulated manipulators. Just more unknowing victims of a more intense application of the
same process.

Having been a victim of this "new technology" advance in subtle coercion I understand that you are the last one
to know about it
when it happens. Having studied this process from the outside I understand that's the way its supposed to work.
Understanding it
is the process, not the people, has sustained me and kept me from falling into the cycle of personalizing hatred
for seeming adversaries.

You now need to know about the "new G.O.," least you be lied to again and forces outside Scientology have to
come in again and
show you what "allegedly" is still going on in the inner secret Scientology. You deserve the opportunity to
clean up your organization. It is your responsibility as it is also mine...

Since the G.O. was allegedly disbanded I have lived under death threat like an American Salman Rushdie. My
sister was approached
in a department store by two strangers who told her I would never live to collect. The Milwaukee bomb squad had
to come out to my family's home to remove a fake bomb. (Scientology was fully aware that my father had two
previous very serious heart attacks.) While still a victim of the "process," Steven Fishman an operative,
discussed my possible assassination with the internal Scientology structure. (He is now under arrest for other
"new G.O." activities and is helping the government.) My attorney was "coincidentally" pistol whipped the night
he was supposed to deliver his final argument on my case before the California Court of Appeals. During the
incident drug paraphernalia was unsuccessfully "planted" on his premises. Sound familiar? There is much more. At
the proper time it will all be ethically handled.

I do not believe that you know of these things or of these few other additional bits of information. A. Your
organization's attorneys are desperately trying to keep the Armstrong case documents of the Hubbard archives
sealed. This is documentation you absolutely must have. It contains the actual intentions and motives of L Ron
Hubbard and his creation, Scientology, in Hubbard's own hand writing. Until you force the organization to unseal
them or you petition the court directly with an Amecus Curae brief to unseal them, if you ever have gone into
doubt in the past your still in it! The vital information you need to get out of the formula correctly and
exercise an informed consent and evaluation is currently only in those documents. Don't believe anyone who tries
to convince you otherwise. Scientology is so afraid of these documents the "new G.O." is spending millions of
your donations to keep them out of your hands.

B. Do you know vital information concerning Scientology and Dianetic psychiatric casualties is also being
hidden from you. Do you know how dangerous the Scientology process really can be? Are you aware of the number of
nice normal people who "allegedly" become neurotic, psychotic, threaten to commit suicide, or commit suicide in
the process or shortly after that? Yes, there is a very important reason you are ordered not to talk about you
case with anyone else. The least of those reasons is because of case restimulation. Start talking to each other.
Start investigating. The new G.O. has this statistical information. Why don't you?

C. Have you ever wondered where all those secret files the old G.O used to run its covert operations went? You
know, the files
with intimate incriminating information on every political, social, or celebrity adversary and their families.
Where are they? Are they being preserved in the new tunnel projects? The "new G.O." certainly didn't give them
to the people they ran the covert operations on as part of their societal amends project. Find the files! You
know the organization would never destroy them, just like you know Hubbard was not allegedly cremated because
church practice, policy, and belief required it.

D. I'll bet you thought the PTL members were really stupid by not overseeing how Jim and Tammy controlled church
assets. Do you know how much of your donations are still being spent on alleged covert operations, frivolous
lawsuits, or being transferred to secret bank accounts is whose name? Do you know which Scientology corporations
have had hundreds of millions of dollars of assets stripped out of them? Do you know the real reasons for it? Do
you know how your organizations assets are being invested? Are they even moral investments? Do you even know who
really is the final controller of the organization's assets? It's your responsibility to know and ethically
manage your donations\assets. Get busy, it might already be too late.

E. I have one request for myself. It is a request to those individuals who have been involved in the "alleged"
covert operations on myself, my family, my former attorneys, Charles O'Rielly, Dr. Margaret Singer and the
courts, administration, and Judges involved in my case, to please turn "states evidence" now. It is still not to
late to do the right thing. You will have immunity from prosecution and personal liability from me, only if you
stand up now. I understand what the process can do to people....

I have neglected to explain in detail the process of coercive information manipulation and thought reform used
in Scientology. There is not enough room in this letter. The core issue is protecting your individual free will
and informed consent from any type of coercive undue influence in matters of choice or conversion. Information

A final thought, If I win at the Supreme court and I collect, after all my obligations and expenses have been
met I plan to establish a Scientology victims assistance fund. I will treat a portion of my judgment a
stewardship and trust for those that come behind me.
