There is a Google cached website called www.beholdgod.net. When you open up the cached site you will see it described as "Earth's Community of Ramtha's Students. If you open up the uncached link you will be redirected to a site called Money4Moms.com Money4Moms is a website promoting various downline or mlm work at home schemes. The site was developed by a woman named Cynthia Holmes. She has another website called "Quantum Lotto" The Home page (www.quantumlotto.com) appears to no longer work, however, you can access other pages on the site via http://ywave.com/~golden5th/quantum-contact.html. On this page Cynthia Holmes says: "The creation of Quantum Lotto was inspired by a teaching Ramtha gave on September 3, 2001. I and my family are students at Ramtha's School of Enlightenment in Yelm, Washington. Because of a release I signed when I started the school, I can't tell you about the teaching, but looking at the url of this website, you can probably guess the two main themes!" On the site Holmes sells RSE related books and promotes Lotto downline clubs. In particular she promotes a group called "The Syndicate Club" out of Australia. According to news reports, The Syndicate Clubs is being investigated by the Queensland Office of Gaming Regulations and the Office of Fair Trading, and the matter has been presented in court. What a surprise. Anyway, it appears that Ms Holmes has entered into the dodgy world of mlm schemes and pyramids and downline clubs at the recommendation of Ms. Knight. Now just a little reality check. Do a google check with the name of your neighborhood church plus the word LOTTO. How many hits do you get? Now type the word Ramtha and Lotto and see how many hits you get. I got sixty three. Now try Ramtha and MLM. I got thirty six. Now if you try the link http://ywave.com/~golden5th (just drop the quantum portion) you will see a website for discount travel plans which appears to be basically a commercial link site with a portion of the revenue going to the "Children's School of Excellence" which is a school for children of JZ Knights followers. The copyright on the page list www.affiliates4travel.com. Affiliates4travel is a downline networking MLM out of Yelm, WA and shares the same mail address as money4moms. Affiliates4Travel is or was affiliated with Payline (www.thepayline.com) which is a pyramid scam. In short I don't know if Holmes and other followers of JZ Knight are engaging in this sort of risky business behavior by calculated design or shear stupidity, but, they are and they have been and they likely will in the future. There are other schemes that JZ Knights flock have participated in. They include the gold pyramid "Family of Eagles", ITEX barter exchange (MLM), various real estate downline schemes, etc. (become a realtor and instead of selling real estate you spend your time signing up new realtors - for a cut of their downline - which results in no property being sold and lots of commission only sales people standing around wondering why the money isn't manifesting like promised) Ever wonder why some real estate companies have upwards of 200 sales people - most with no listings? Anyway, beware, if you have a relative who is involved with JZ Knight - guard your money well and do the diliigence. | ||

To the first post, I read the sites you suggested. You were right. I can't say enough times, of all the cults I have read about, Ramtha is the most stupid. How did JZ learn how to brainwash these people into doing what she wants them to do? Why do they always come up with some goofy scheme to make money? If they hadn't given their money to JZ they wouldn't have to do this, or are they trying to raise money for the school? I hope every one of them reads these posts. Maybe something will click inside of them and make them think. Nothing they believe is true but they think they have all the answers. I hate cults. They make normal people abnormal. Any New Age teaching as far as I am concerned is false but Ramtha tops them all. ....... "we are all one, we are god, there is no right or wrong"......YEAH RIGHT. | ||

I must say, being a person residing in Yelm, I do not think MLM is the way to go. Someone loses in the end. But why do you have to trash everyone so? Ever hear of "what goes around, comes around?" YOU do not have to play God in all of this and chastise those whom you think do not play your own game. Everyone has their own MO. YOURS just might be a little more unseen. Be compassionate-and concerned about your own journey. | ||

Haven't you heard how it is in Ramthaland. There's your truth and then there's their truth. Your truth is true as long as it doesn't conflict with their truth. Then your truth becomes a lie. You see that your truth/my truth idea does not work. But Ramtha people won't admit it. They keep quoting the Ram. But then that's her/his truth and I guess their's.. Well anyway it's not mine. The real truth is the school is composed of a bunch of totally mixed up indiviuals who are very brainwashed. | ||

Hello, I am the subject of the first post in this thread and just today.. 3 and a half years later... was the first time I saw this post and was also suprised to find some of those webpages I had done were still up! [I just deleted them all.] Anyway, I just wanted to add to this enlightened discussion, that in my 12 years around RSE as a student and non-current student, JZ has NEVER recommended MLMs to us; and she certainly doesn't brain wash us! LOL The Ramtha teaching that inspired the Quantum Lotto site was a teaching about quantum physics! (not MLMs!!) The main focus of that site was Quantum books and education! The lotto part was for fun and could be, if one were so inclined, a way to practice what one is learning in terms of creating your own reality. RSE is not a cult, it is a school and they don't tell us what to do. If there is anything I have seen is that the RSE student body is a microcosm of the macrocosm. We have it all.. just like out in the big wide world. We have fruit-loops and we have geniuses. To judge the school itself because of what some of the students do is simply not logical. RE MLMs.. they can be a real way to earn money if you have a very good product that people will buy without the MLM. The only MLM I am still involved with is Seasilver as it has a great product and my kids love it. But beyond that, most MLMs do not make it past 10 years. Seasilver is one of about 17 that have done it. Some of the posters in this thread are so illogical, it is amazing. There are a multitude of Christians in MLMs and HYIPs on the web, pulling the religious heart strings of the 'believers'; why doesn't anonymous go after them? Further, do a google search for : god mlm and the hits are over a million! Or search Christian MLM training. My favorite is 'the original networker'. So I suspect it will be at least another 3 years before I get back here! Caio! | ||

Hi Quantum, Your posts are welcome, even if I do not agree with al you have said especially this "To judge the school itself because of what some of the students do is simply not logical. " So, does that mean that when a drug has serious unanticipated side effects it has to reach the point to where this is happening to the majority of people before "judging" the risk and effectiveness?? Both you and I know who and how many have died trying to "create their own reality, cure themselves, not searched out medical care because they felt they should be able to cure themselves. Both you and I know how the reality is reinvented when someone does pass away. When a "school claims one thing, yet some of the students lose thier lives in the process because they were conned into a lie, it is most logical to make a judgement on what happened. This does not paint everyone with the same brush however. It seems that those who are willing to overlook the dead, suffering, and cronicly ill, produced through adherance to R/JZ philosophy can have a fun ride and take advantage of the situation and have "thier own truth" at the expense of others. I ask you this, When would it be logical to judge the school???? | ||

JTR, Here is a bit of interesting information on someone who is an example of what he teaches and he has a proven success rate of his pupils. I went to this man for private yoga lessons more than 15 years ago. I had spinal injuries from falls I had coming off horses when I was younger. He taught remedial yoga. He was taught by very distinguished Indian yoga teachers. He migrated to Australia and teaches in a suburb of a city in a room he has rented....not the usual ashram. He is most dedicated to his disciplines and does not teach what he does not apply. Take a look at his appearance at 84 years old......http://www.e-pop.com.au/ArtistDetail.aspx?ArtistCode=bala I have never seen an 84 year old look as young and healthy as this. From my experience as his student for a couple of years I can tell you he is far from the conventional yoga teacher. He has a reasoning mind and wants RESULTS. That he has got them is evident from his webpage.....click on the link at the bottom of the page above. He has always endeavoured to heal diseases of the body and the mind with what he teaches. He wears sweats when other gurus/teachers of yoga are wearing orange sackcloth. Honestly have you seen any RSE student at 84 look anywhere near this state of health? How many people are gainfully employed at the age of 84? Observation of the testimony before one's eyes is not judgement. It is just plain FACT. Whose teachings would you choose.....the one of blind belief (just like religion) or the one that has a living example and a track record? |
