I am truly fascinated by the similarities between the feelings of those who have not had an optimal experience with the Tony Quinn (et al)Lifespring, Avatar programs etc. Yes it sucks to feel like you have wasted time money and hopes for a better life on this kind of training. Let the buyer beware. We as a human species have certain coping mechanisms that really are for our survival. One of them is denial. Honestly I would be the last person to want to admit that I too spent upwards of $70,000 (yes that is Seventy Thousand Dollars) over a decade to become Enlightened! I am really surprised that Avatar hasn't come up on these pages more often, only the insidious beginnings of it are truly public information. Harry was taught by L. Ron Hubbard, Harry and his wife Avra ran a Scientology Mission, and basically plagerized, diluted and stole the Materials. He now charges $2,300 +(expenses, travel and rooms) for the courses,$3,000 and $7,000 for the upper level WOO~WOO Course! Because it is a Delaware Corp. no attorney in the country would begin to try a lawsuit. Very brilliant strategy, I'd say. None of this is new information. Consciousness is evolving, even though it is difficult to admit. We as a species, have to get realistic about our development. It is all about survival, and in a capitalistic environment, it's who has the biggest bank account. I'd say Star's Edge is doing rather well, even if none of it is original. The basic strategies of mind control that are listed in the Cult Awareness page are all present in these courses. When you loose your critical thinking ability (which is always used) you then become very vunerable to suggestions, which are TAKE THE NEXT COURSE! All the hundreds of now non-delivering Masters, won't say a word, lest they be labeled dissident. anyone who has done anything beyond the basic course is PRESSURED, to deliver (sell) the course to anyone who they can get to listen. Don't spend your money on Large Group Awareness trainings. Read books at the library on mental health, raising your self-esteem and becoming a confident happy person. ITS FREE! No one else can show you the way, it is up to you to take the actions to have a happy healthy life. It shouldn't cost a dime. It cost a marriage and fine family for me. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! What say you? |

What say you"? I agree with that statement and I think it is an important one. I have a favorite saying-"If you want to be happy, you have to check the way you live your life. Sure we can learn from others but what works for one is not always the key to happiness-and it(happiness) certainly can not be bought!!!!! |
