I invented a process to dehydrate water.When one wants to or need to just with my secret formula, rehydrogenate. The Government stalled my application for years.They finally sent me a letter from the White House,telling me it was a matter of national security. Informing me that I should never again submit this formula for patent.The years of hard work,lost on my part for for no apparent reason, was denied a patent. I KNOW THE REASON WHY. If my process was used in Africa, for example, where there is a severe shortage of clean drinking water, it would allow the terriosts another vehicle to use against us.
