I invented a process to dehydrate water,then when needed to rehydrogenate. The Government stalled my application,they finally sent me a letter, informing me that I should never again submit this formula for patent.The years of hard work lost on my part for for no apparent was denied a patent. I KNOW THE REASON WHY. If my process was used in Africa, for example, where there is a severe shortage of clean drinking water, it would allow the terriosts another vehicle to use against us.
