River Falls Wisconsin is a Redneck small town with abusive police. Even a small town can be cultic. When I went to college in River Falls (University of Wisconsin River Falls) I was harassed by the police. Police harassed “outsiders” to keep the town pure. One particularly abusive cop was named Officer Kelly. (I have a right name government agents). She had a hatred for men and used her position to harass and abuse. I feel that the police state can be especially bad in small towns.
When I attended college there the main influence for locals was TV. The drug war was in full swing then. I shudder to think about what this town is like now that the
“War on terrorism” is in effect. Those living in small towns are at the mercy of abusive police like Officer Kelly. |

My experience as well in the small town of Kincardine Canada. Police are indeed especially bad in small towns turning them into police states as though they own the town. They can also break the law with virtual impunity.

Many of the local Wisconsin residents are genetically related to Nazis. The people of Wisconsin have an obsession with rules, regulations and purity.
Chief Roger Leque encourages and enables the harassment and abuse of youth in River Falls. He is a graduate of the 180th session of the FBI National Academy. He is a fascist to the core. He lords over the inbred and racist town. He is a graduate of the third rate Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI. This college is known for producing small minded bigots. White police like Chief Roger Leque enjoy “busting down” young males.
After I criticized the police I was sent a threatening letter telling me I was not welcome in Wisconsin. This is pure facism. When I lived in River Falls, Wisconsin, the main influence for locals was TV. The drug war was in full swing then. I shudder to think about what this town is like now that the “War on Terrorism” is in effect. I will never stop exposing abuse using the internet and other media. Those living in small towns are at the mercy of abusive police like Officer Kelly.

The most racist small town in America is River Falls, Wisconsin. I still remember racist scam artists like Jim Cook scamming the “outsiders” for financial gain and enjoying the protection of local “law enforcement”.

In River Falls, WI. Middle aged white men push around and start fights with younger males. These white middle aged men know that they can get away with it because the town is so racist and because adults are seen as so much better than the youth who are considered prison cattle.
Most in river falls, WI have some form of sexual dysfunction. This is due to an extremist view that sex is dirty and sinful. The American people especially in places like River Falls WI view sex as something that only the sinful do. Sexuality expressed by younger males is seen as evidence as a criminal activity. This is why University of Wisconsin at River Falls is obsessed with “educating” the student population about date rape. To my knowledge there has never been a single rape in River Falls, Wisconsin but there are frequent “take back the night” rallies and gatherings.
Younger men (especially minorities) are considered the vital enemy of all the pure, Nazi like, residents of River Falls WI. The locals enjoy good sport antagonizing them and setting them up for crimes. Actually, setting them up is not the correct terminology because they really manufacture crimes. If a younger male who is, say, 21 talks to a female who is about the same age it is seen as a potential criminal act. The male must be engaging in “harassment” or “stalking” or perhaps even planning the next “date rape”. Truly, in River Falls, WI younger males are seen as prison cattle. |

Urgent Authors Note By Christian Peper: Internet vigilantes have been engaged in an organized and illegal campaign to slander my name. They have been hard at work putting words in my mouth (sometimes posting in my name on anonymous boards), slandering me, and quoting me out of context. My supporters will be pleased to know that I am working hard (and will never stop working hard) to lower the age of sexual consent to puberty to increase the safety and lawfulness of sex. I will also continue to promote safer sex alternatives so that less youth contract HIV / AIDS. In addition, I will also continue to expose organizations that promote the true abuse of children. Unlike those that defame me I am not an internet vigilante that pretends to be a savior of the children but really accomplishes nothing but slander and defamation of true heroes like myself. |
