Searching court records you can find Steve Presson and Sylvia McLain being sued countless times for issues related to tax fraud, breach of contract and a myriad of other legal offenses. Presson allegedly jumped on a hair dresser and started biting (yes biting!) him in front of his restaurant on J street. I'm surprised they haven't been thrown in jail yet. No wonder they hated Malvitz. Most whacko’s do! Malvitz shoot from the hip and doesn’t pull any punches. He’s probably one of the boldest preachers I’ve ever seen.
I remember Malvitz (Malvitz-Ellis?)from the Stockton days. That dude was awesome to say the least! His ministry changed my life. Where the heck is the guy now? I heard he was in itinerate ministry full time. I went to one of his meetings in Virginia. There were no less than 5,000 in attendance. It was pretty awesome. His wife also has an incredible singing voice. I bought one of her CDs.

I remember when the newspaper started blasting Malvitz for all kinds of fabricated BS. Thier sources were Alton Mead (the guy with the two inch penis...or so he told my sister that he had a crush on) and Mario (Whatever his last name was). I remember these two clowns. Both Alton and Mario cussed out my mother in law that lived next to them in their apartment.
What a crock that whole newspaper ordeal was. Malvitz should have sued the crap out of the paper.

Mr. Hein served a jail sentence for a "lewd act upon a child" during 1994 in California. He was then placed on probation, which he violated. A felony warrant was then issued for Hein's arrest on September 25, 1996 directing that no bail be allowed. He now lives in Amsterdam. Anton Hein remains listed as a registered sex offender on the State of California official Web site. A report explaining Hein's history, current status and activities has been published at CultNews.com. He is also listed as one of the "various ministers" that have “sexually abused children” at Reformation.com.
For the crime of "LEWD ACT UPON A CHILD" Anton William Hein pleaded no contest in July 1994 in San Bernardino County Municipal Court and spent about 6 months in jail filed in July 1994. After his release from Prison, Mr. Hein moved to Holland.

I know. And this Anton Hein guy runs a "counter cult" website from Holland while running from the authorities in the US. Im not sure but I think that he is a friend of the Felon ex prison inmate the "Rev." Matthew Upton a free will baptist "pastor" from Stockton, but Im not sure. Who knows, maybe the super lawyer can represent him in court when the Feds come dragging him back to justice in the US; that is if he isnt disbarred by then.

In San Luis Obispo at the anti-Scientology conference Dr. Malvitz-Ellis, Mr. Winston, Dr. Gould, and Dr. Harrison gave a phenomenal presentation in regard to the erroneous issues of Scientology and its destructive characteristics. What was so great about it was that they compared the true genuine gospel of Jesus Christ from a conservative evangelical viewpoint against the cultic practices of Scientology.
The presentation was scholarly, biblically sound, and very intriguing. There are several people that gave their lives to Jesus Christ as a result of the simple gospel message being presented.
The part I liked the most was the open forum, which stirred quite a debate between Harrison, Malvitz-Ellis against a few Scientology leaders and elders that came to defend their cult practices. Both Malvitz-Ellis and Harrison pinned these guys to the mat and totally confounded them. Is Malvitz-Ellis an attorney? I know Harrison is for, sure as he practices in New York. We all felt that Malvitz-Ellis was the most dynamic of the group. I do know that he was a law major at Regent University in graduate school, and if he's not a lawyer and he sure as heck did a phenomenal job defending the Christian faith. Maybe he will open a law practice in the future.
Harrison works with Jay Sekulow and the American Center for Law and Justice. His ability to bring forth and exegetical and expositional study is absolutely outstanding. How old is this guy? He looked like he was in his mid-50s possibly 60s. I don't know.
I have ordered the DVDs of the entire meeting to share with my family and friends. I was hoping to hear Martha sing at the convention. I guess she received a standing ovation from what I heard.

I don't know what is up with this little Lodi News Sentinel and this fat slob by the name of Ross Farrow. Both Farrow and Hanner are a couple of little chumps and girly men. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis was never assaulted in Sacramento. Some drunk chick that showed up at church on the rock started punching her own husband and I guess she and her husband were prosecuted by the district attorney. These people, like other opponents to Dr Malvitz-Ellis are nothing but a bunch of trashy criminals like Dr. Gary Wisner who was thrown in jail for child endangerment.
Malvitz-Ellis has been a competitor in martial arts since the age of eight and is a member of a professional martial arts organization. Further, he also teaches at the community center for troubled teens the art of self-defense. He is highly trained in both striking and grappling art forms. I would really like to see him in this little puss lawyer Glenn Peterson in a Full Contact match.
Mark and Martha are some of the finest people I've ever met in my life. Mark is bold and fearless yet compassionate and extremely helpful to those in need. I don't know where these #$%^ holes get off on attacking his character. He is highly educated, extremely gifted, and that high-profile figure. I think that Glenn Peterson is a little puss that operates off the ignorance of the general public but that's just my opinion.

Yes,
Actually Dr. Malvitz-Ellis’ degree majors are in law, business administration, organizational leadership, and practical theology. He has graduated from some of the top universities in the United States according to the US news and world report, as well as the Princeton Review. Concerning his martial arts background I don't have a clue.

Acclaimed "superlawyer" Glenn Peterson, defeated by Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis may be facing disciplinary action with the State Bar of California for attorney misconduct. Sources say that several individuals have come forth voicing their complaints about Mr. Peterson's unethical practices. The failed lawsuit led by Glenn Peterson against a local pastor in Sacramento has spawned investigation in regard to the misconduct allegations. While the California State Bar is very tight lipped about such investigations, sources say that disciplinary action against Glenn Peterson for attorney misconduct is probably inevitable. If successful, disciplinary action for violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct or the State Bar Act ranges from private reproval to disbarment. The California Supreme Court must approve any State Bar Court recommendation that suspends or disbars an attorney. The Supreme Court also may "stay" all or part of a suspension and may impose probationary conditions, as well as further fines and penalties.
We are very much looking forward to seeing the results of the investigation stated a source who asked not to be named. We have contacted and interviewed many individuals in the Sacramento area, who have voiced similar complaints and concerns. We are pushing for the maximum penalty allowed us as disciplinary action. We have full confidence in the judicial system of this great state of California. Further, we will not tolerate such behavior, as has been exemplified by Mr. Peterson.

Unfortunately, not every so-called news story that we receive is legitimate. As such, we issue a retraction on our web log holding Dr. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis in inaccurate light. After careful and thorough investigation we have found that Dr. Malvitz-Ellis was never assaulted in Sacramento. Further, we also found that individuals who filed what is certainly indeed found to be a bogus lawsuit were defeated by Dr. Malvitz-Ellis and his legal team. We were also surprised to find that the attorney that filed against the ministry was also fined, penalized, and sanctioned by the Superior Court of Sacramento. Moreover, this alleged infamous attorney came under investigation for attorney misconduct from what we have learned from sources who asked not to be named. We indeed issue an apology to the viable and credible Ministry of Dr. and Mrs. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis.

Glenn Peterson Attorney Misconduct

The failed lawsuit led by Glenn Peterson concerning fraud / unfair business practices lawsuit against church pastor for misuse of donated funds and property and fiduciary duties proved to be bogus indeed. The failed lawsuit ended with Glenn Peterson fined and sanctioned by the Superior Court of California. The Plaintiff’s sources were two individuals Alton Mead and Mario Sebastian were dismissed from employment at the ministry where Malvitz-Ellis was the Senior Pastor.
Also involved with the failed lawsuit led by Attorney Glenn Peterson was convicted criminal Dr. Gary Wisner of Lodi California who was issued a $25,000 bench warrant for his arrest and also thrown in jail for child endangerment and sued by the Bank of Lodi for over $250,000. Also, noted and convicted felon Matthew Upton member of Discovery Baptist Church was involved with the plaintiff's bogus lawsuit. The main information sources were the Mead family the father of which was sentence to prison for statutory rape for having sex with a minor and the Mead family who were prosecuted and convicted on multiple felony drug crimes.
According to documentation both Alton Mead and Mario Sebastian were dismissed for sexual misconduct and sexual harassment complaints from several individuals; both male and female. After termination, Mario Sebastian left the ministry to continue his homosexual relationship with his long-term boyfriend in Lodi California and Alton Mead left to live with his girlfriend after the termination in Stockton California. Both Sebastian and Mead’s employment were terminated by the administrative management and board members of the ministry.
Ministry watch and spiritual abuse expert Dr. Bill Blanchard stated: “It was quite evident that both Mead and Sebastian attempted to smear the name of Malvitz-Ellis, but to no avail. Individuals that know Mark and Martha know that they are choice people with excellent character. Over the years, the truth always comes out.”
A local Sacramento Attorney stated: “I have studied Glenn Peterson’s tactics over the years and if he cannot come up with something legitimate he usually cries “fraud!!!” or “unfair business practices!!” and then settles his failing lawsuits. We usually work behind the scenes with people who encounter this Peterson clown” states a local attorney who asked not to be named after interview by reason of investigation by the California State Bar for attorney misconduct against Glenn Peterson.
In a 2005 interview Dr. Malvitz-Ellis who defeated Attorney Glenn Peterson stated: “A major concern with Peterson’s bogus lawsuit and similar lawsuits is the concern of outright fraud by litigants, including the fabrication of facts in order to present a complaint that cannot be dismissed in some of these types of cases.
These types of bogus lawsuits as launched by Peterson are certainly fraudulent claims and are in effect, to extort money from a defendant who settles because he would rather pay the nuisance value of a fraudulent lawsuit rather than fight it.
In our case, we were more than willing to move ahead and fight, exposing Peterson’s completely bogus claims" stated Malvitz-Ellis “However, cases that are dismissed with prejudice as was this one, simply means that Mr. Peterson and friends didn’t have a leg to stand on and took the cowardly way out. I really didn't think a counter-suit was necessary in this bogus lawsuit. Openly defeating 'Superlawyer' Glenn was good enough for us. Any time a totally bogus lawsuit such as this one is launched and is based on lies it is doomed for failure.
