This story was originally posted in 2003 and was presented on "60 minutes" last night: Posted on Monday, June 30, 2003 - 7:00 pm: Coral Watts has admitted to murdering at least 13 women. Dozens more are suspected by authorities. A plea deal where he pled guilt to aggravated burglary will allow his release. This is unprecidented. He has never expressed remorse. With time off for good behaviour he will be released in Houston Texas soon. This story will be front page news in 2006. By then it will be to late. A few facts: 1.He murdered at least 13 women in cold blood. 2.He has stated he will Kill again. 3.Texas law mandates he be released in May 2006 http://www.murdervictims.com/watts.htm There are two unusual aspects to this case. 1. He will be the first known serial killer to be released in US history. 2.
