Hello Board readers, In early 2002, in Ventura County California, I was a victim of mind control experimentation and torture, including home invasion and forced surgery. I am not sure who was behind it, or the purpose (something illegal / paramilitary I think), but fortunately, it was unsucessful, and I have avoided any additional surgeries since. The need for raw data about mind control and torture in the US is clear. So I have started an effort to gather datas from alleged victims, or those who allege they can complete forms as representatives of victims, and to archive this data redundantly and for public access, protecting privacy of course. If you wold like to join, or observe, this effort, you may do so by joining the yahoo egroups for this (easy to get off, and no spam will result), by sending an email to IPCUSA-subscribe@yahoogroups.com If you wish to complete a questionaire about mind control or torture in the US, on you or someone you know, please make a post to the group by sending a email to IPCUSA@yahoogroups.com And as we get better organised, we will send you the form to complete about your allegation of mind control or torture in the US (paper or email).
