does anyone know if the group Horizon, Horizon Hills Fellowshipn, or Horizon Industries has a reputation for cult behavior?
i am having serious problems with it's membership |

i have found out a little more about Horizon Hills Fellowship.
one thing is that they are the ministries for some of the social services in San Diego California.
i looked into this because a friend i know says they are being stalked, and harassed by the police department, and maybe the fire department.
he says that even though he doesn't have an arrest record of any kind, the police are circulating gossip in the population that he has a history of sexual misconduct of some type.
i have spent some time with him, and have seen that it appears the police, and other agencies are stalking him. in fact one ambulance seems to take a break just in front of his apartment building.
when he is talking to someone on the phone they "ALWAYS", have a SIREN going off in the back ground.
they stalk him with siren's constantly.
since i have been viewing factnet.org, i got the idea that it was probably a shared religious group or cult involved, and now i have found out that Horizon Hills Fellowship has the ministry for the fire dept., the sheriff's dept., etc...in San Diego county.
Could a ministry influence a whole county social services department into stalking someone illegally? |
