Mark Malvitz wins lawsuit
Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis wins court battle in litigation having case thrown out and / or dismissed last week. Sources say that the plaintiffs who filed against Malvitz may become liable for damages including fraud, Federal wiretapping violations, negligent misrepresentation, malicious litigation, libel and slander as well as court costs and attorney’s fees.
“These people have been proven to be blatant liars. They remind me of something that you would see on the Jerry Springer show…” says Malvitz. “These so called credible witnesses against our ministry range anywhere for convicted felons, tax evaders and registered sex offenders. The public record against these people speak for themselves.”
“In short, these people didn’t even survive the first phase of interrogatories and depositions without tucking tail and running away from us in a court of law. We are very pleased that they have been miserably defeated and openly humiliated”

I talked to James via email who knows Malvitz personally. I guess from several eye witnesses Malvitz was never assaulted. Some drunk woman started punching her husband and not Malvitz. I guess Malvitz was quite an accomplished martial artist growing up. From what I hear, he needs to pipe up his full contact competition again! I think I like this brother and I have never even met him! He sounds pretty bold and fearless from what I gather.

Looks like Malvitz’ opponents and lawyer were penalized and fined by the courts as well. The folks that filed their bogus lawsuit seemed to be pretty whacked. I’ve talked to a few of them over the years. I guess one of them by the name of Clarence has been out of jail after sodomizing a man and slitting his throat. He served an 8 year sentence. Matthew Upton is also a convicted felon who is out now.

Searching court records you can find Steve Presson and Sylvia McLain being sued countless times for issues related to tax fraud, breach of contract and a myriad of other legal offenses. Presson allegedly jumped on a hair dresser and started biting (yes biting!) him in front of his restaurant on J street. I'm surprised they haven't been thrown in jail yet. No wonder they d Malvitz. Malvitz shoots from the hip and doesn’t pull any punches. He’s probably one of the boldest preachers I’ve ever seen.
I remember Malvitz from the Stockton days. That dude was awesome to say the % His ministry changed my life. Where the heck is the guy now? I heard he was in itinerate ministry full time. I went to one of his meetings in Virginia. There were no less than 4,000 in attendance. It was pretty awesome. His wife also has an incredible singing voice. I bought one of her CDs.

I remember when the newspaper started blasting Malvitz for all kinds of fabricated BS. Thier sources were Alton Mead, who comes from a family of criminals. His dad was in jail for statutory and served over 20 years, his brothers are both felons and Mario (Whatever his last name was). I remember these two clowns. Both Alton and Mario cussed out my mother in law that lived next to them in their apartment.
What a crock that whole newspaper ordeal was. Malvitz should have sued the crap out of the paper. I guess the guys who did the smearing campaign had a 25,000 bench warrant out for his arrest and was thown in jail for child endangerment. That mans name was Gary Wisner from what I remember. The dude is a criminal.

I don't know what is up with this little Lodi News Sentinel and this fat slob by the name of Ross Farrow. Both Farrow and Hanner are a couple of little chumps and girly men. Mark J. Malvitz-Ellis was never assaulted in Sacramento. Some drunk chick that showed up at church on the rock started punching her own husband and I guess she and her husband were prosecuted by the district attorney. These people, like other opponents to Dr Malvitz-Ellis are nothing but a bunch of trashy criminals like Dr. Gary Wisner who was thrown in jail for child endangerment.
Malvitz-Ellis has been a competitor in martial arts since the age of eight and is a member of a professional martial arts organization. Further, he also teaches at the community center for troubled teens the art of self-defense. He is highly trained in both striking and grappling art forms. I would really like to see him in this little puss lawyer Glenn Peterson in a Full Contact match.
Mark and Martha are some of the finest people I've ever met in my life. Mark is bold and fearless yet compassionate and extremely helpful to those in need. I don't know where these #$%^ holes get off on attacking his character. He is highly educated, extremely gifted, and that high-profile figure. I think that Glenn Peterson is a little puss that operates off the ignorance of the general public but that's just my opinion.

Yes,
Actually Dr. Malvitz-Ellis’ degree majors are in law, business administration, organizational leadership, and practical theology. He has graduated from some of the top universities in the United States according to the US news and world report, as well as the Princeton Review. Concerning his martial arts background I don't have a clue.

Further, we also found that individuals who filed what is certainly indeed found to be a bogus lawsuit were defeated by Dr. Malvitz-Ellis and his legal team. We were also surprised to find that the attorney that filed against the ministry was also fined, penalized, and sanctioned by the Superior Court of Sacramento. Moreover, this alleged infamous attorney came under investigation for attorney misconduct from what we have learned from sources who asked not to be named. Glenn Peterson Attorney Misconduct

The failed lawsuit led by Glenn Peterson concerning fraud / unfair business practices lawsuit against church pastor for misuse of donated funds and property and fiduciary duties proved to be bogus indeed. The failed lawsuit ended with Glenn Peterson fined and sanctioned by the Superior Court of California. The Plaintiff’s sources were two individuals Alton Mead and Mario Sebastian were dismissed from employment at the ministry where Malvitz-Ellis was the Senior Pastor.
Also involved with the failed lawsuit led by Attorney Glenn Peterson was convicted criminal Dr. Gary Wisner of Lodi California who was issued a $25,000 bench warrant for his arrest and also thrown in jail for child endangerment and sued by the Bank of Lodi for over $250,000. Also, noted and convicted felon Matthew Upton member of Discovery Baptist Church was involved with the plaintiff's bogus lawsuit. The main information sources were the Mead family the father of which was sentence to prison for statutory rape for having sex with a minor and the Mead family who were prosecuted and convicted on multiple felony drug crimes.
According to documentation both Alton Mead and Mario Sebastian were dismissed for sexual misconduct and sexual harassment complaints from several individuals; both male and female. After termination, Mario Sebastian left the ministry to continue his homosexual relationship with his long-term boyfriend in Lodi California and Alton Mead left to live with his girlfriend after the termination in Stockton California. Both Sebastian and Mead’s employment were terminated by the administrative management and board members of the ministry.
Ministry watch and spiritual abuse expert Dr. Bill Blanchard stated: “It was quite evident that both Mead and Sebastian attempted to smear the name of Malvitz-Ellis, but to no avail. Individuals that know Mark and Martha know that they are choice people with excellent character. Over the years, the truth always comes out.”
A local Sacramento Attorney stated: “I have studied Glenn Peterson’s tactics over the years and if he cannot come up with something legitimate he usually cries “fraud!!!” or “unfair business practices!!” and then settles his failing lawsuits. We usually work behind the scenes with people who encounter this Peterson clown” states a local attorney who asked not to be named after interview by reason of investigation by the California State Bar for attorney misconduct against Glenn Peterson.
In a 2005 interview Dr. Malvitz-Ellis who defeated Attorney Glenn Peterson stated: “A major concern with Peterson’s bogus lawsuit and similar lawsuits is the concern of outright fraud by litigants, including the fabrication of facts in order to present a complaint that cannot be dismissed in some of these types of cases.
These types of bogus lawsuits as launched by Peterson are certainly fraudulent claims and are in effect, to extort money from a defendant who settles because he would rather pay the nuisance value of a fraudulent lawsuit rather than fight it.
In our case, we were more than willing to move ahead and fight, exposing Peterson’s completely bogus claims" stated Malvitz-Ellis “However, cases that are dismissed with prejudice as was this one, simply means that Mr. Peterson and friends didn’t have a leg to stand on and took the cowardly way out. I really didn't think a counter-suit was necessary in this bogus lawsuit. Openly defeating 'Superlawyer' Glenn was good enough for us. Any time a totally bogus lawsuit such as this one is launched and is based on lies it is doomed for failure.
